well I have tryed to use a picture sometimes when I post a comment or in the signature but it dont show up :o

Make sure that you are using the image tags:
Also, make sure that you're using a direct link to the image. If you get the image from a webpage, you can right-click it and select Copy Image Location.
For example, I can post your profile picture this way. I just put this in my post:
