Just like the most annoying things on videogames thread, you can post your favorite things about videogames here! ^-^
For example... I love how I can have immense fun with friends. Portal 2 is hilarious. lol

Being able to have fun and, if there is a story, feel like you're part of it.

Exploring everywhere :D Leave no place unfound!
The fact that you're experiencing all those adventures with the characters, as if you were really in the game... <3
Ah, forgot something in R&C... the RYNO :P overkill guns make every game better :D
Being so HONKIN' strong in Pokemon I'm undefeatable.
Testing your mettle
Getting stuck (it's happened so much that I'm starting to like it.) :P
Glitching NPC's, Trolling enemies :P
Immersion is one of my favorite game elements. For me it makes a game so much more fun.
Dead Space 1, Issac never talks so you feel like that's you that's there.
Mass Effect series you pretty much feel like you are Shepard.
Dragon's Dogma makes you feel like an epic hero, as well as the Elder Scrolls series.
Halo Reach sure does a great job with immersion.
Fallout series has decent immersion, though the background of your character tends to ruin it for me.
Banzai charges in Rising Storm.
Especially when this is playing on the background
(This starts playing when there's still 10 minutes left, the enemy is running out of reinforcements, and you're about to attack the last objective)
Meaty sound effects.

That sounds very good... The song, anyways. I'm looking forward to playing that game...
Successfully landing a rover! Mount Dull, here I come...
I love that it feels like you ARE part of the story in portal 2
The fact that i can wear 3 hats ontop of each other while i hit a man wearing a robotViking hat with my frying pan whilst soaring trough the sky due to an explosion to the feet.
and other reasons ofcourse...
Having multiple solutions for a problem. Gives you that satisfaction of getting the job done your own silly way.

how you can develop a relationship with your companion/friend/partner/ally and actually feel nervous and worried when they're in danger.
The Last of Us
Ellie getting smacked by a gun from a hunter while you're bleeding heavily and her being captured by David

L4D?
I feel sort of stupid saying this, but...
I like immersing myself in the game so much, it feels like I'm somewhere else, someone else. It's fun, and it helps me get away from my worries.

I just love the fact that we are now able to essentially experience a movie through our own actions.
Oh, and of course the mods. I mean, who doesn't love running around Skyrim as a pony? :D

:P One of my favorites is story. I feel that the deeper and more developed the story is, the more easier it is for me to get into it.
Recent examples is with my current playthrough of Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Square Enix really did something strong with the story, setting it in the future and focusing more on the aspect of artificial limbs and what they can do for society. Throughout my playthrough, the story doesn't seem to just stop with the main story, it somewhat branches off to every place you go and the side missions as well; I remember in the apartment Adam Jenson, the main character, lives, I could hear an argument in the next room over two recently augmented people and how the wife had an affair because she wanted to know how it felt to be with somebody "Normal", even if she suggested to get the enhancements in the first place. Really, the things you see and hear, this game really wants you to think about the subject, in how much this could mean for humanity, and all ties down in the end where the big question is, If given the choice, do you think you have the wisdom to select humanity's next course of evolution, or should they decide for themselves? And also, Should technology be harshly restricted in what areas of study, should it be eliminated entirely, or is this just the road for something much more rich for mankind?
So... Yeah... Deep stories ^-^
