Personality: Kind, Outgoing, Protective, Compassionate to her friends and family, Friendly once you know her, Always wants to meet somepony new.
Special Talent: Her voice due to its minor magical property, It is able to soothe anypony of any ill feeling they may be experiencing and is known to replace the feeling with happiness. It is even rumored that a lullaby sang by her can bring on pleasant dreams.
Hobbies: Filly&Colt Sitting, Herbalism, Studies of Dream Magic

Bio: As a young filly Dreamer would sing at least once or twice a day while she was working around her home town .During the spring and winter months the rain and snow storms that frequented her area would scare her little sister and she would gladly sing a lullaby to her on those nights to help her get to sleep. What was some several years later, a dragon had been sighted very close to her home, and as one would expect no intention to leave without some persuasion especially after already burning half of the town to the ground and taking every gem from the jeweler in the village. To her it seemed there was nothing anypony could possibly do to help, but then her sister would trot up to her looking at her with worry in her eyes "I don't know, but I promise everything will be okay." Then in a sudden loud crash the dragons tail would smash into Dreamer's home and expose her and her family. She would look around and help get her sister and parents out of the house. The beast would bring his head over them and laugh at the pathetic mare trying to shield her family. Dreamer would fall to a bowing position. "Please......just leave this place in peace...we haven't done anything to you, why would you want to hurt us!" The dragon would lean his head down scoffing at her plea for sanction as its tail swished and destroyed a couple more cottages. Dreamer would shake both extremely scared and angry She would look at the dragon and did the only thing she knew how to do. She began to loudly sing the serenade of serenity. The dragon continued to smash several more cottages barely noticing the faint sound of Dream Dust's voice at which he would scoff and laugh at the mare singing at a time like this. Soon however the dragon would seemingly just collapse having fallen into a deep slumber. This night gave her a realization, knowing that something was special about her singing and as she wondered to herself how she could expand her talent. Her cutie mark would appear in the symbol of a Light purple cloud with dark blue and yellow sparkles around it,and from that day forth she continued to practice her singing daily now knowing her talent was in her singing.
Creation (Birth): While dream mares have long been dead for over a millennia ago. However the creation of a Dream Mare is that of a complex series of events. A long story short her mother and father were both unicorns that had a deep love for one another. As a result of both of them being very powerful, her mother in that of being able to sing and preform magic on a great scale, and her father had a great knowledge of ancient and powerful magics dating back too some of that of the first dream mares created. Her mother and father fell asleep one evening their horns crossing with one another. As a result they were both visited by a powerful Dream Pony known as Dozlong Dreammaker. He greeted them with a soft tone and brought to their attention that they were to bear the first Dream Pony ever born into a world since the millennia past.

Special Talent: A rather swift flyer, but primarily her voice being able to lull anybody off to sleep, even the most alert and hardened ponies.
Bio: Dreamer has been born to fly since she was a young filly. Her wings developed rapidly, but it also surprised her to find that she seemed to have a talent for singing. Her mother was a earth pony, known for her beautiful singing and grand ability with musical instruments. Her father was a Pegasus that was far stronger than he was fast, he was semi renowned for saving a young princess that fell from Cloudsdale before her wings were fit for flight. After they ((Her parents)) met one another post the event of the falling princess. Her Father Storm Gust and mother Eterna Lightsong met and from their it was absolute magic. Later in their lives they brought a beautiful young filly into the world. Her father couldn't have been more proud of bringing a young Pegasus daughter into the world. As she grew so did her speed, much unlike her father she received the more agile attributes of a pegasi. However, her mother seemed to have the most pride as Dream Dust grew she obtained the most beautiful singing voice, second only to her mothers. As she grew and watched her family grow, later her sister was born. One night her sister was fussy and it seemed nothing could calm her down, soon Dream Dust would come in and sing her sister her favorite lullaby swiftly lulling her off to sleep. She has since grown to became a grand flyer as well as an inspirational singer.

Shadow Mare: I have made some edits to the OC recently in the past week. I am just curious if her power seems a little less overpowered and is explained better.
Why do I get this feeling you took this "making you fall asleep with my voice" from the Pokemon Jigglypuff?
As it stands I had never even thought about it, but now that you mention it that does seem the case. I just thought it would be an interesting unique talent. :c However even if that had been the case it is no different than you basing your pony off of a skyrim style theme :/ ((not aiming for controversy merely a point))
