Mega Man has been making some recent appearances (like in Smash Bros.) He does have a comic book series, which is actually doing a crossover with Sonic comic series right now. This topic isn't limited to discussing the classic series, you can discuss the other series. So here's a topic for discussing all of this.

I don't think so. All I've heard is that both companies agreed to doing the crossover. I highly recommend you check out the comics. It's amazing.

when it comes to Mega man games three of the most nostalgic series for me Are Megaman X, Zero, and Starforce I never played Battle Network until later (I did play Network Transmission though that game is also very nostalgic

I've played Mega Man 2, the complete works version. Sadly, it's in Japanese, so I can't make heads or tails out of it. One thing I do know: SPAM THEM METAL BLADES!
