I don't understand why anyone would WANT to become sad o.O
A person who is usually happy all the time needs a way to release emotions otherwise that might lead to insanity , or anger issues.
But this only applies to people who don't show their anger so I guess i'm safe.

As far as i know, that only applies to people that are mentally unstable in the begining or mind blocked by a trauma (which can turn into a pathology), being that "Happiness" a fake state caused by the stress they suffer. Or that's what i remember at least... my brother is studying "Psicology" so sometimes i get some accidental info X3
Mentally stable people doesn't really needs and excuse to feel sad... sadness is just a way to externalize the ones bad feelings about a particular matter, so, if you haven't really any reasons to be sad... then is probably because you don't need to be sad ^-^
But if you want sadness, this makes me cry DD: http://www.mondoxbox.com/en/news/38804/microsoft-xbox-one-will-region-lock.html

I have to echo this. This makes no sense, otherwise mlp is teaching kids to be utterly insane and angry via Pinkie Pie.
Actually, that does makes sense. Party of One, anypony?
And although I feel kind of bad for the dog, it's better he be put down rather than suffer. Am I horrible for saying that?

It is a stress type thing if a person keeps there emotions to themselves then usually they let out all at once. Which is bad because sometimes it is over the tiniest things. I know this from personal experience X3
i guess why someone would need a cry would be like watching a sap story. if you watch those why not do this?

Precisely. Also speaking from personal experiences, i'll echo what was said here because this happens way too often for me than i'd like, and if you can't find an outlet for build up emotions you'll melt down, and like it says here, anything can set you off(Last time it happened to me it was a note my boss left for me, he wasn't even at work).
There are many ways to cover or subdue emotions(eg. Video games, meditating, ponies), but the 2 best ways I can think of to dispel negative emotions is A)Screaming an basically having a private temper tantrum....or B)Bawling your eyes out, and hopefully not be at work when you do it.....
