The sun is going down as the day goes on. The wind is blowing fiercely in the two pegasi's face. It's very peaceful up here. The only sounds are the wind and some chirping of birds. Up ahead there are lights and smells of food. In the distance, there is a large wooden cabin. Snowy stops in her tracks. "We're here~" She flies faster towards the cabin. The sounds of laughter could be heard from inside of it. Snowy stops at the door with a large smile. The laughter from instead dies down and his replaced with two voices shouting at each other. One is male and one sounds like a filly. "Give me the card back! NOW!" The filly's voice yells. The male
voice booms through the room. "NO! I had it first stupid!" The whole family began to argue with the two. Snowy looks through the window and smiles.
Well that took longer than expected. Glad we're here though. Moon then hears the voices and raises an eyebrow. Well they seem...lively. he said with a nervous smile. How many siblings did you say you had again?
"Just Snow Storm and Ice Cream." She says still looking inside the window.
Well shall we head in? I'm sure they'll be more than happy to see you again. Especially your parents. he says then makes his way to the front door and raises his hoof to knock, waiting for a-ok from her.
"Ok, go ahead." Icy jumps from off her back.
Moon nods and proceeds to knock on the door then backs up a bit so Snowy is in front of him. Just in case her siblings are the tackle the random pony type.
After a few moments, a blue and white mare opens the door. Her eyes are just like Snow's, if not a bit lighter. "Hello there." She says squinting her eyes past the falling snow. "..It's me Mom.." Snowy says with a small smile. The mare jumps back for a moment, then hugs Snowy without a word. "Snow Dash!" Her mother breaks the hugs and turns to face the inside. "Everypony come quick! Snow is back!" A small filly with a light blue coat and light purple eyes come to the door. Her mane color is like Snow's. "SNOW!" She hugs her big sister tightly. "Hey Ice cream!" Snow Storm comes to the door rolling his eyes "...Hey Snow Dash..." He says remembering the last time they saw each other. A navy blue stallion with a blue and white mane also comes to the door. "Snow, my baby girl.." he says hugging her too.

Moon sat there behind her and smiled, thinking that she had a pretty big family. He didn't know what it was like to have siblings but Dark could probably be the closest thing to a brother he's ever had. Seeing how much her family missed her was almost enough to bring a tear to his eye. He noticed how close they were Snowy when it came to inherited features but that honestly didn't surprise him as much as he thought it would.

Snowy smiled at her family. "Well uh, it's nice to know all you are here. Can we come in?" Snowy asked. Snowy's mother looked very confused. "Who's 'we'?" Snowy steped aside so they could see Moonlight.
Moon was a bit nervous and it showed in his smile but he waved to them all, wondering what their reactions would be like.
Snow Storm growls at Moonlight, but the others smile at him. Ice cream walks up to Moonlight. "You must be one of Snowy's friends!" She says hoping up and down.
Moon looks down at her and smiles. Close little one. I'm her coltfriend, well fiance now. he says then points to the diamond ring on Snowy's wing.
All of Snowy's family stopped smiling. Snowy kicked some snow around. "Surprise..?" She says looking down. Snow Storm was the first to speak up. He looks directly to Snowy. "YOUR GETTING MARRIED TO THIS LUNATIC?" He yelled. Snowy's father glared at Moonlight without a single word. Snow Storm turned to Moonlight. He looked as if he were about to attack him. Snowy's mother just shook her head staring at Moonlight. "Please tell me this is a joke.."
Moon looked at how the entire family's mood immediately changed. Moon stood firm as her brother yelled then saw that him and her father both looked at him as if he just stole something precious from them and tried to return it. Lunatic... was all he thought then looked at Snowy's mother and shook his head. This is no joke. I'm really your daughter's fiance. Why're you all looking at me like I'm a murderer who showed up at the victim's funeral?
Snow Storm walks in front of his mother and father, and even a little past Snow. He wasn't completely im Moonlight's face, but was close to it. "What did you expect? You leave my sister for I don't know how long, then you come out of nowhere and want to marry her. Don't expect much of anything from me. And all of those stupid little secrets that you and Snowy have been hiding will come out today." He growls. It was a whisper so Nopony else but Moonlight could hear it. Snowy's mother sighed and began to shiver. "Well, lets get inside and talk about this.."
Maybe coming here at all was a bad idea... he thought to himself, completely ignoring what her brother said. You ever heard of a breath mint though. I mean sheesh... he replied to make it seem like he heard him then walked around him and stood next to Snowy. Icy has been kinda quiet since we got here. he pointed out then nodded as her mother made a good suggestion even though it wasn't that cold....to him.
Snow Storm stiid their completely offened to what Moonlight said. He growled and just followed everypony in. Snowy shurgged. "She must not want to get in all of this-" "Oh no i'm in this. And i'll back you up on anything Moonlight!" Snowy sighed. Snowy's mother sat down on a sofa. "..Ok, so... let's get this over with. What's your name?" Snowys father stood next to his wife. "Or should we call you pegasus zebra for the rest of your time here?" Snow storm chuckled and sat beside the door. Snowy sighed. "Daddy..!" Her father ignored her. "Well?"
Already off to a bad start.... he thought then cleared his throat. I'm Moonlight Gamer but everypony just calls me Moon for short. he answered not paying her brother any attention since he's obviously going to be that way the entire he's here.
Snowy's mother smiled. "Oh, that's a very..nice name. I'm Frosty Flower and my husbands name is Ice Blizzard and the stallion by th door is-" Snow Storm cut her off with a growl. "He already knows who I am mom.." Frosty nodded and turned back to Moonlight. "I'm sorry for my husband and my sons rudeness. We're just.. a little shocked Snow Dash is uh.. getting married."
I understand and I must apologize for not letting you all know earlier but I just recently asked her and she wanted to tell you as soon as possible so here we are. he says in a sincere tone. Also if I may say from the look of you two I'd say that Snow was raised by a loving family especially if you all were so quick to give me icy glares. he added then scratched the back of his head.
Frosty smiled. "Oh, well-" Ice Blizzard sighed. "Enough of this. Can we please get to the questions?" Snow Storm nodded. "And I think we should take this to the kitchen. Just me dad and Moonlight..." He says. Snowy shot n angry glare at her brother. "Don't worry Snow, we wont hurt him." Snow Storm says getting up. "Yet.." Ice Blizzard muttered walking off with his son. Icy's ear flickered and she sighed, looking up to Snowy. Snowy justt shook her head, and looked over to Moonlight. "If you need me, call me please.."
Moon smiled a little. I'll be fine. he says then whispers Though I can't be too sure they will be. I'll try not to fight back...much. then gave her a kiss on the cheek and followed them into the kitchen without a bit of hesitation. He figured if it did lead to violence he'd let them get their shots in them bring it to a screeching halt if necessary.
Snowy smiled a little and watched the three walk inro the kitchen. The kitchen was small, but very normal looking. It was big enough to fit a table with five chairs. Snow Storm sat in one of them with his Father. Snow Storm just glared at Moonlight, letting his father do all the talking. "Have you ever been to jail?" He asked looking serious. SnowStorm sat up in his chair.
Well there was that one time... he said, starting it off as a joke to see how far he could push them. Nah I'm just kidding. I've never been to jail he says with a smile on his face.
Snow Storm just rolled his eyes head. "Ha, very funny.." Ice Blizzard just sighed and just continued to the next question. "Do you have a job or do you just walk around the park all day and make stupid jokes?"
Both but then again with unhappy sounding voices like yours I'd want to ask that question too if I knew I couldn't make a stupid joke that anypony could laugh at. he answered with a smile. He wanted to get in their good graces but simple minded questions will get simple minded answers, he thought.
Snow Storm glared at Moonlight just shaking his head "I don't know what Snow Dash sees in you. Dad, can I speak to him alone?" Ice Blizzard walked out without a word.
Moon sat on the floor and looked at him after watching Ice Blizzard walk out, silently wondering what he was going to say about him to the others. Is there a problem Snow Storm? he simply asked with a hint of annoyance at her brother's attitude towards him.
After his father was completely gone, Snow Storm slammed his hooves on the kitchen table. "YES I HAVE A PROBLEM. YOU. YOU... MARRYING MY SISTER!" He jumped off the chair. "My sister went insane because of you! A friend of your told me what happened at the cafe.. a lot of months ago..."
What the hay are you talking about? Moon asked raising an eyebrow at his statement.
"Oh, you know. How could you forget something like giving one of your friends a heart attack? Yeah. I know about that. I went to Ponyville and Physics told me about that. And Snowy had a lot to do with it. And to my understandings, she was just following after you! Snowy wasn't putting other ponies in the hospital before you came!" He says circling Moonlight.
What does that have to do with anything? Plus he caused himself to have it. I never did a thing to majorly influence what happened. he replied, sitting perfectly still and keeping his eyes in one spot.
"The point is, you cause trouble and Snow Dash is already violent and crazy if you haven't noticed it. She doesn't need another violent and crazy pony to marry her!" He says still circling him.
If you took the time to open you eyes a bit you'd see that she's completely docile when it's just us. I bet that's not even the real reason why you don't want me to marry her. Go on, tell me the true reason. he said as he continued to stare in one direction as if he were talking to a wall.
"Oh it's only that reason. And the fact that you left her. And because i'm afraid you might break her heart..." He Stops infront of Moonlight. "..And then I migiht have to break you."
First of all, I didn't leave her and second, didn't your parents ever teach you not to make empty threats towards someone whose better than you. he said, staring him dead in the eyes with an expressionless look.
"Oh, so you think your really that better uh?" Snow Storm chuckles. "...Oh, we'll find out. Maybe not now. But sooner or later." he glares at Moonlight. "I admit it, my little sister may be stronger then me, but I can fight if I really have to.."
If your younger sister is stronger than you and you think you can take me then you're truly underestimating me. was all he said then stood up and made his way out of the kitchen.
Snow Storm growled " Oh, I don't think so. I'll get my chance with you.." her whispered and followed. Meanwhile, Snowy sat on the couch with Icy watching the fire in the fireplace. Her mother is sighing .
Sorry that took so long. Your brother is quite the talker and I honestly thought he was going to kill me with his breath. he said with a smile after sitting next to Snowy.

Snowy smiled back and looked to her mother. "Do you mind if we sleep in my room? Well have to spend the night.." Snow's mother sighed and nodded. "Fine.." Snowy nodded to Moonlight and walked up the stairs. "How do you think of my family?"
Moonlight followed behind her and smiled. Well your mom is nice, your younger sister hadn't said a word to me since I broke the news to them all, your brother Snow Storm is still the same idiot from before and your dad probably might say he hates me but deep down I'm sure he really, really hates me. he answered then chuckled a little.
"Yeah. That's my family. My father will like you.. just give him some time.. alright, a lot of time.." She walks into her room. The walls are painted light blue, but it looks pretty regular. The bed is big enough for two ponies.
I hope so. he said then walked in the room after her and sat on the bed. Is this really your room? Why is the bed big enough for two? Did you foresee this as a filly and prepare years before this exact moment? he asked , mostly poking fun at her but keeping the questions mostly serious.
Snow laughed and sat next to him. "Snow Storm had to share a room with me for a very long time. Then when turned five he got his own room." She says smiling.
Ah. Now that explains almost everything. What it doesn't explain is why he he acts like he's lost his mind.
"That's just Snow Storm. He's always been like that. When he was younger he used to fall out of trees a lot though.. so that might of had something to do with it too.." She says.
I guess he must've fell on his head a lot then cause there's no excuse to be that foolish. No good excuse anyway.
"That's why I don't like being with my brother hes annoying and stupid and he thinks I'M the crazy one.."
Well I don't see it. I see he smart, beautiful, powerful mare I fell for. he says then nuzzles her .
"And I see the handsome, talented, powerful stallion that i'm engaged to..." She says smiling
Moon smiles then puts his arms around her and kisses her then rests his head on her shoulder.
Snowy kisses him back then sighs. "Well, today has been super long.. but it's been the best long day of my life.." Icy jumps on her bed and smiled watching the two.
Moon smiled and nodded in agreement then looked at Icy. Oh there you are. You have extremely silent today. You're usually bouncing off the walls.
"Oh I know. But I did alot of bouncing today. You know, when you proposed to Snow! Soooo, now that two two are engaged , are you going to have children!?!" She asked.
Well aren't you the straightforward one. I believe that that will be up to Snowy. Whenever she feels like she's ready is when we'll...work on that. he said to keep it from being awkward.
Snowy looked down. "Uh.. at least give me a few days to see how being engaged feels like before having children.." She says with a light giggle.
Of course. I'm not in any rush especially if we have to end up coming here again when that happens. Luna only knows what might happen if they hear that you were carrying a foal.
"My mom may have been nice this time, but if she found out I was having foals.. she'd kill you.." She says laughing.
The males of your family are one thing but she seems like she'd rip my head off if she heard that kind of news today.

Snow nodded and was about to comment before she heard a knock on the door. "Come in.." She says sounding a bit annoyed. Ice cream comes in slowly. "Hi.." She says looking up to Moonlight and Snowy.
Moon looked at her and then to Snowy and back at Ice Cream. Hello. Are you alright?

"Oh.. i'm f-fine." She says staring at Moonlight, slowly backing away.
Moon raised an eyebrow at her action but didn't move. Are you sure?

"...Well..." She looks to Snowy and back to Moonlight. "...Well Snow Storm told me about you two, but I didn't believe him.." She says. Snowy looked over to Moonlight then back to Ice Cream
Good. I'm glad you came to us. If you want we can confirm or deny anything your brother told and make sure you know what's true and what's not. Moon says then looks at Snowy. Your brother seems like he's trying to influence your family to hate me....
She thinks about it for a second, then starts to laugh. "...Oh, I know. But you wont have to worry about it. You talk to Ice cream and i'll go have a nice little chat with Snow storm." She hopped off her bed and walk out, her wings glowing. Ice cream looked up to Moonlight, slowly making her way to the window on the side of Snowy's room. She sat under it. "Well, Snow Storm told me that you had a key as a sword or somethin' stupid like that.." She says.
Heh. Actually that one is actually true. Would you like to see it for yourself?
"Sure!" She says sitting up a little straighter then before.
Moon holds out his hoof and his keyblade appears. See..
Ice cream jumps a little. She comes a little closer. "It's cool looking..." She says. She looks up to Moonlight again. "Um, Snow Storm told me that you were a big jerk to all your friends and stuff. And he said that you used that thing on some of them. Is that true?" She asked looking into his eyes.
Well not entirely. I did use it on them but at the time they weren't exactly my friends.
Ice Cream smiled. "Well good. I don't really listen to Snow Storm anyways. Snowy is usually the one that I listen to. But most of the time she isn't here.. I have to listen to him.."
That's good to know. For some reason he just doesn't seem to like me period. He didn't seem to like me the first time we met either.
"Snow Storm doesn't like anypony who has anything to do with his sisters..." She says looking down. Icy jumped down from the bed and nodded. "Hes way to overprotective...."
Well it's one thing to care for your siblings but forcing yourself down the throat of somepony they like is just gonna drive them further away. I just wish he'd understand that before he loses you and Snowy permanently. he says as his keyblade disappears.
Ice Cream just sighed. She then smiled up at Moonlight again. "Well, I don't see why they're all upset. I like you! You seem very nice!"
Thank you. It's good to finally hear that from somepony in this family other than Snowy. I feel as though I've stepped on each of their hooves and rubbed them the wrong way so to speak. he says then sighed and lays back so he's actually laying on the bed.
"Heh, they'll like you sooner or later!" She says smiling. Meanwhile outside, screaming could be heard. Blue light could also be seen out the window.
Moon quickly sits up after hearing the screaming then goes to the window and looks outside. Sounds like someone is getting a beating and it doesn't sound very pleasant.
Ice cream giggled a little. After the loud screaming, Snowy voice could be heard. "And if you ever try to do something stupid like that again I'm going to tie you to a frozen tree!!" Her voice sounds high pitched through the Snow. It didn't sound like it was one of those annoying high pitched voices, but it sounded as if it could break glass. She slams the front door and walk back to her room. She slams her bedroom door and sat on her bed. Her wings stop glowing and she smiles at the two.
Moon laughed after just barely hearing what she said. He heard the doors slam then looked at her and fluttered over to her. So how'd your little talk with Snow Storm go?
"Lets just say he wont be bothering you that much anymore. I handled it." She says with a smirk. Ice Cream looks out the window. Snow Storm is tied to a tree outside of their house and his hooves are frozen. Ice cream laughed. "Good job Snowy!"
Well now that that has been handled I hope the rest of my time here will go as smooth as a cobblestone road he says then kisses Snowy.
Snowy kisses him back, Ice cream smiled. "Awww! You two are very cute together!"
Moon broke the kiss after about a minute and smiles at Ice Cream. I'm glad you think so.
Snow looks out the window blushing a little "...When are we going back to Ponyville?"
When would you like to go back? It's going be dark outside soon though.
"Maybe we could go back tomorrow if you want. Unless you wanted to stay longer.."
As much as I'd love to stay longer and enjoy the company of the only three girls in this house that like me, I'd rather head back to Ponyville tomorrow.
"Good. I was hoping you'd say that.." She says.
Looks like I leveled up and gained mind reading powers. he said with a chuckle then pulled Snowy into his arms and nuzzled her.
Snowy smiled enjoying how the day had turned out. Ice cream smiled, and slid out of the room. Icy stood by the door and watched the two. Snowy heard hoof steps and quickly pulled away from Moonlight. She turned her attention to the door. Her ears twitched.
Moon heard the hoofsteps as well then raised an eyebrow wondering who it could be and since Ice Cream left there were only two possible choices.
Snowy's mother walks through the door with Snowy's father. "Well, I just wanted to say goodnight..." Frosty says looking slightly annoyed. Snowy's father was about to say something before he realized they were sitting on her bed. He just sighed and walked out without saying anything.
Moon was a bit confused by their attitudes. It seemed like they were expecting something to happen. Wait...what's the problem? All we're going to do is sleep. If you don't want me sleeping in the same room as your just say so and I'll sleep on the floor or the couch or outside. Just say something instead of acting like I'm the scum of Equestria. he said with a serious look on his face.
"Well Moonlight I would rather you-" Snowy shot her mother a look. Frosty shot Snowy a angrier look. Snow just shook her head and looked away too angry at her mother to say anything. Frosty finally looks back up to Moonlight. "It's not that we think your the scum of Equestria.." Snowy's father walks back upstairs and glares the both of them. "Well I do..and I would like for you to sleep on the couch.." Snowy steps down from her bed and stomps her hoof to the floor. "Daddy! We're just going to-" Her father shushed her with an ice cold glare. He looks back up to Moonlight.
Moon had never dealt with somepony elses parents before but hear that one thought that he was scum actually hurt. He lowered his head and his ears lowered. He looked back at Snowy with a sad smile the made his way out of the room upon her father's orders. He slowly flies down to the couch and his sigh was jagged, silently tearing up on the inside. He drops onto the couch slowly and stares at the wall without another word being said.
Snowy glares at her parents, and just points to her door. "Out. Get out of my room." She growls. Her mother sighed and left toward her own room. Her father growled and just left, slamming the door behind him. Snow sighed and got into her bed shaking her head. Icy opens the door a little and slowly walks downstairs towards the couch. She felt bad so she curled up next to the couch, thinking that it would make him feel a little better.
Moon just laid there feeling kinda crappy now, the first time he's ever felt this way in his life. Even the flight school bullies weren't as bad as that he muttered to himself then sighed and noticed Icy curled up next to the couch then reached over and pet her with a half smile then figured the faster he fell asleep the sooner he could leave the place where he obviously wasn't the guest of honor.
The morning came and the Snow stopped falling. Snowy slowly walked downstairs to the couch trying not to wake her family. She poked Moonlight with her hoof. "Get up!" She whispered.
Moon slowly woke up and looked at her. What's going on? he whispered back.
"I thought maybe we could leave without my parents knowing. I don't feel like talking to my parents about this anymore.." She whispers picking Icy up and placing her on her back.
Yeah let's go. I'd rather not stay here a minute longer since your little sister is pretty much the only pony here who doesn't hate me for being close to you. he says then sits up and stretches his legs and wings then heads for the front door.
Snowy sighed and walked towards the front door too. "I'm sorry for what happened last night.."
I'll get over it...eventually. At least I know somepony in your family is happy for us. he said then opened the door and spread his wings, hovering a bit as he fluttered out the door.
Snowy walked out the door and spread her wings. She was about to start flying until she noticed her brother still tied to the tree asleep. Snowy sighed. "..We can either wake him up and let him go inside, or keep going. What do you want to do?"
Moon looked at her brother and bit his lip. After a bit of thought he sighed and shot two small fireballs to melt the ice around his limbs to free him. If he wants to go inside he can do it himself. Let's go. he said then flew off for Ponyville.
Snowy nodded and flew off with him towards Ponyville.
