For me.. I do this:

I can't believe "listen to music" isn't on my original list! If I was able to i'd be listening to music at work too X3
I also love talking to my friends on teamspeak, the odd time they're online.
Playing guitar can also be added to the list, even though I horribly suck at it...
I have recently discovered that in my free time I think deeply about random things that have no or little involvement in my life :P
