Although we should already know what happened let me recap everything (or at least what i know).
Nox, a giant Snake of ancient times showed up near canterlot. It's intentions were unknown until some ponies tried to fight it off. During the fight, a filly that seemed to have the power to defeat him, was killed.
It was chased away by the princess but it is obvious that Nox will come back someday.

Today is the day of the foal's burial.

((Yeah Nova should add Fluffy Cloud's OCs to the list, and Ice too. Sponk and Nala should be allowed too since they are Teal's family members. (sponk controller Clutzer, though I'm sure he changed Clutzer's name...) ))

Teal is at home preparing to go out to Maple's burial. He does it mane and tail as he normally does but uses just a bit of make up to try to hide the tear stains on his face. He sighs staring at his reflection in the mirror, then heads to Maple and Clutzer's bedroom and grabs one of Maple's toys. Teal leaves the house heading for Ponyville funeral home.

Physics had used a spell to make his cloak black for 24 hours, it would be what he wore, as he didn't own anything else more appropriate for a funeral.
He waited in the living room, waiting for Irina and Stella to get dressed, and feeling very depressed at the moment.

There it is.

Nox can turn into a dark cloud. So hitting her will be difficult.
Luckily she has a weak spot. Her gem on her tail, but it's hard to break.
She was banished long ago into a necklace, which means she was released from it. And if something like this happens, the object is usually broken in the process.
She has the ability to change her appearance so be careful.

Yes miracle. It means that there is somepony else that can control one of the soul elements.
There are 7 in total:
Anger, Sadness, Hope, Desire, Love Courage and Joy.
I have the element of Desire, and teal has the element of Love. A friend of us has the element of Anger, and two elements came back a while ago.
Right now the elements of Sadness, Hope, Courage and Joy are available.

I know what you mean Jenzy but there is a great difference between the Elements of Harmony and the Soul Elements.
The Elements of Harmony are peaceful, while the Soul Elements clearly are made for battle.

There are 7 elements: Anger, Courage, Desire, Hope, Love, Sadness, and Joy.
The only thing i know that helps tracking a bearer down is that they are the personification of the element.
My element is Desire. I am a treasure hunter who seeks treasure, i want to protect others and realize my dreams. But i have to be careful because desire also means that i can fall into greed.
The Elements of Anger, Desire and Love already have masters. The others have yet to choose theirs.

It's difficult to explain but i'll try.
Once a element chose it's master it becomes a part of him. Then the master can call it anytime, for a short time. After it was used the master has to wait a while before using it again.

Their natures are too different to be a substitute for each other. And their combined powers are also way too different.
According to the legend, the first 7 masters of the Soul elements created our whole world.
I have no reason to disbelieve that. Last time we were 5 and we changed equestria. Don't worry if you don't remember it. I wanted it to be like that.

This is the legend of the Soul elements. It tells the story of the first masters.
Last time the elements came out of this page.
The symbols look like some kind of foreign language. Older then any runes that the Library of canterlot could identify.

I was hoping somepony would ask.
Since this is another language the words may differ every time because of the translation, but the core of it is the same.

Long ago, in a time before the creatures of today existed, the world was at war.
Light and darkness fought each other ignoring the losses on both sides.
A few however, 7 souls to be exact, on both sides, resisted to fight. Each one of them had another reason.
Because of their disobedience they were banished from both sides.
The war continued and with them, the casualties.

It is not known how long it took, but the 7 Souls returned with a new power.
By using their new powers together, they rend apart the whole world and put it back together.
They knew that their world will end, so they decided to reshape the world itself, and thus reviving and creating a new one.
Everything we see and feel, is the result of the seven soul elements.
Should all Seven Soul Elements join again, the world can be recreated again. But if they choose to do so, depends on the new masters and if they can work together.

I can cast some very basic defensive spells, but what miracle does is better then any defense spell i am capable of.
I bet you could take a hit from Solumn by now. Not that i would test it of course.

Physics coughs to clear his throat as he speaks. Well you don't have to cast the spell yourself, you can make a temporary familiar filled with some of your own mana to cast the spell for you. Physics says. This means teh familiar will have his magic cut down, not you, and since it's temporary, it doesn't really matter as it will only exists for a couple seconds or minutes. Physics says, quite proud of his plan.

That could work. But it has a catch. The familiar has to know how to cast that spell.
Getting one is relatively easy, teaching it magic is another. It's not impossible, it will just take some time.

Not one of those big, fire breathing dragons. A familiar dragon is smaller, about the size of garuda.
It's physical strength is bigger but the magic a bit weaker.
I may have to study magical creatures again so we can find the right one for you.

Nova waits a while and then gives physics a :l look.
Familiars can be a great help. Using familiars for just one spell is a waste.

This is the power of my Hybrid Magic.
The mist reforms quick. It looks like he is surrounded by a Magic cloak.
The Cloak seems to be the basis of this magic. It instantly changes and becomes a jaguar, complete with fangs and tail.
Nova seems to be the core of it.

((I'm sure you know naruto. This is like the one tailed mode, but a lot weaker of course.))

It's new so i will take a while to research it's possibilities. But for now i can use this cloak to use the aspects of pretty much any animal. Flying though is too difficult so i prefer to glide instead.
The cloak changes again. This time it's a bunny.

Alright, it's kinda a complicated spell so I'll break it down for you. Physics says.
First step, you focus your magic into telekinesis, and form the shape of what you want your familiar to be.
Two, pour enough magic until the "shape" of your creature is full, any extra magic will let it have that to cast spells
And finally, think really hard on how you want it to be like and act. Physics says, though he was not done yet.
Then you need to bind the familiar to you, least it run away, luckily, I know that spell and I can do it for you, since I don't think you need it to be any more complicated. Physics says.

He curls himself into a ball and rolls down the other side of the hill, gaining more speed then the jaguar.

Two beams that spin around each other fire towards the lion form Physics horn, passing through it then turning to get Miracle, there is a flash as she is touched.
Physics rubs his eyes to cancel out the flash. Alright, it's your familiar now. Physics says, putting the scroll away...somewhere.

They are not very high.
Just before they would have hit the ground, the cloak transforms again... into a fluffy sheep.
The soft fur catches the fall and teal is tight on it.

Well he....hold on I think I know how to call him. Physics looks around and pulls off a tree branch from a tree with his telekinesis. He throws the branch upward with the same telekinesis, sending it dozens of feet into the air. He blasts it with a blue fireball, setting it ablaze, using it as a makeshift signal.

The beam blows the clouds in the air away. The stars shine strong and even though it's day ((or not)) the vast sea of stars can be seen.
Each star sends some of it's light to Nova's spell.

A rain of light comes down on nox. It does not damage her. It is meant to completely restrain her and pin her on the ground.

Honestly, Jenzy is joyous most of the time, but he's no Pinkie. Nor is he sadness. And he's already done lots in his adventures. Just a bit of a coward. A bit hidden, but he's always in the background (not because you guys post fast or anything... :ajshifty:) I feel Courage will work best as his element. And cowardly-ness is just that minor flaw.))

Physics follows Teal, as he walks he starts constantly adjusting his soul element, the rush of battle leaving his body, and he could now feel the slight discomfort of wearing the armor.

I always imagined Teal and Nala's home to have really nice furniture, not that of a wealthy family but of a high middle class family. Nala did steal money from her dad to get a good head start lol))
