Changes:
+ I will make different color themes.
+ I might add ponies from the game's storyline to the sides of the forum.
Hey, everypony!
As usual, I make a forum theme, use it for a few months, and then get tired of it and make a new one.
But right now, I'm all out of ideas of how the new theme should look.
So, I'm leaving it up to you guys.
Not really completely up to you guys, but I'll be sure to take in any of your suggestions and ideas.
Let's do this.

I'm iffy about creating multiple themes. While giving players options would be lovely, we don't want to take up too much space with a bunch of themes.

Add different ponies doing silly things in the background. ^-^
Make new buttons. With that I mean that a new color and perhaps different style for the buttons would be nice. :nod:
Make a more... Shall I say... "Complete" background. The current one is only clouds and two rainbowfalls. :P
New color scheme up to you, but I liked how the old theme changed according to the time of the day. Perhaps something similar could be done this time. :)

I see we currently have a Cloud theme. Seems to resemble Cloudsdale...
Maybe a Sweet Apple Acres theme? :] (Unsure what to have besides apples/apple products and accessories apple trees)
Or, Crystal Empire theme. With that aurora thing coming from the Crystal Heart (Center, the LoE logo).

lol The new theme I'm making doesn't have image resizer installed on it, so all the images are super huge.
We are staying away from official show themes, and we kept ponies out of the forum and website theme for a certain reason. :ajshifty:

I like it! Like Judas said, it looks classy! :]
Even though I'm not particularly a fan of the Dark Blue color and overall how dark it seems compared to the current theme, I am sure many will appreciate it. And hey, I'm a fan of Black and Dark Gray.
I would prefer a color like... Orange or Yellow instead of Blue, but at least this matches my iPhone's UI. lol
Glad to see the new search bar and the return of the profile picture! ^-^
I can't wait to see how the new theme affects mobile browsing. It shouldn't of course, but that's what testing's for! ;)

The new theme seems to be coming a long pretty well though it sort of feels easier on the eyes, Although I would miss the colorfulness of the current theme.

Sorry. X3 The idea really came from when someone's iPhone/iPad glitched and inverted the colors of everything everywhere. We didn't find out the weird coloring was just inverted colors until I used Paint to invert the forum's colors. We just thought it looked cool.

Yeah. Even though it looks less attractive without the rainbow falls, the new looks very very neat.
And I see there's now a Quick-Search bar to the side. Makes Forum Searching easier.
It seems feathers replace the Sun and Moon. Blue as the Sun (New Posts) and Grey as the Moon (No new posts).

Please post those errors here.
And feel free to make any comments or suggestions about the new theme. <3
Post in here if you'd like to use the new forum theme.
Now, I highly doubt any of you will have issues with old verisons of the theme in your cache since it'll be brand new, but in that chance, please be sure to Ctrl+F5 (clear your cache) a lot. Thank you!

It appears to have worked, nicely done! From first glance the main things that stick out weirdly to me are the width on the sides of the page, and the box around the users avatar. Possible i just need getting used to them though :nod:

For some reason, this theme kinda reminds me of the old, OLD forum. But in my opinion, the purple is... Meh. I just think it looks plain. I know your not done yet though.

I love the new theme so far it looks great, I don't know if it's my screen or not but it's a little bit hard to notice the blue feather that shows new posts compared to the grayish-blue one. It may just be my screen though. ^-^ Other than that it looks cool though.

I like this theme, it's really classy ;) even if new posts are just a little hard to notice, the calamus that change from gray to blue could be a problem for colorblind users.

It would be great if we could choose the colors for those areas. The colors from the forum should be more then enough.
Would it be possible to make a small menu for this? I know it would take time, but i and probably most users here would appreciate it.

A lot of forums actually have an option for multiple themes, colors could be sorted into those themes. Though I think HDD space is limited on this forum isn't it? I remember hearing something about running low on memory If I recall. o_o

We actually use to have the option on the old forums that allowed us to change the profile colors, and background to that of mane 6 and certain other ponies. Anya said she wasn't going to bring that feature back however, I don't think it was because of data issues though. She'll be able to explain

We try to stay away from any sorts of show characters. Also, when we had over six themes available for all users to pick and choose from it made fixing errors on the themes difficult.
Instead of vectoring the staff members (that's over sixty ponies!), I could vector all of the main characters in the Legends of Equestria storyline, but I would have to go through Bloomberg to make sure that's okay.

Well, you could make the old theme it's own theme... Unless there isn't enough memory or if you already deleted it. o_o Or making separate color schemes, like a light blue color scheme, because I'm kinda used to the forum being that color... Like I said, only if there is enough memory.

I Print-Screened the Window and measured the width. And I even checked scrolling to the side with a shrunk Browser Window.
Even changed my Screen Resolution.

Yes, that's not an error. It's supposed to be like that. Seeing the sides when minimized would end up reducing the space left for posts.

From what firebug is telling me and the little I do know about website backend stuff
When they implemented the new theme it looks like they switched folders in the backend and the badge pics weren't transferred to the new folder, so the forum is looking for the pics but they aren't where the forums are told to look(Themes/Regal/Images/something......)
those stars are the alternate text that is shown when a picture fails to load
(I love how Magus' pic is called june2012troll.png, lol)

A nice Night theme would be nice. I'm not really a fan of really bright Window colours. Especially when you're staring at the screen at night. :P

Oh, I think the theme for the main site should somehow relate to this one.
My bookmark on my Mac is for the main site, rather than the forums. Going from the usual rainbowfalls to the purple orange looks odd (Though at the same time, kinda neat for some reason). :P
