Storyline
Located in an ally in Canterlot an orphanage stands wearing down with age.
The Orphanage is run by 2 old mares.
Madam Heart Hooves and Lady Duskshine.
Foals are brought in from the streets or their dropped off.
Despite the flyers and announcments made about the the foals they have avaible for adoption very little family's stop in to adopt anypony.
The Orphanage has been in buisness even before Princess Luna was banished to the Moon.
Over the years living conditions in it had gotten poor in the 6 floor wooden house.
The steps up to the door were starting to wear out having to be fixed almost everyday the floors and the wall was covered in mold not to mention the treatment of the foals are poor.

Teal, a little poor pegasus about the age of 5 standing not much taller than toddlers and having some oddly large wings, close to that of a teen's size wings, wakes up in his dirty bed and gets up. He has some dirt caked all over his coat, a lot of it is stuck in his wings in between the feathers.

A white coated unicorn is sitting on his bed, tiredly fluffing his pillow with his own magic. Somehow, he seems cleaner than the others.
Teal goes downstairs to get something for breakfast.
The white colt raised from his well managed bed, and quietly snoops around.
Teal gets down and eats a cheap canned uncooked soup out of the can. :s
((Sweet, now to test out a new OC. ^-^)) A large stallion sat a filly on a step outside the orphanage. Stay here. It'll be your new home. But Daddy... The filly's lip quivered. Don't you love me anymore? She leaned against him. He never answered her question, and turned, galloping down the street. The filly landed face first into a puddle and began to cry quietly. She wasn't a very old filly, her blue coloration showing through the mud of the puddle, and her white mane in pigtails. She closed her dark red eyes and sniffled softly.
Teal hears the crying just outside the worn door. He looks around, nopony else to open it.
He gets up and walks to the door, stretching his little hoof up to the handle and opening the door. He steps out and sees a filly not older than him crying in a puddle.
uh...h-hello? :(
The filly looked up. Hi. Then looked back down at her hooves, standing up. :'(
uh....a-are you...alright?
I guess so. She stepped a little closer to him. Do you live here? She tilted her head slightly.
um...yeah...I live here...
Teal's dirty face looks quite sad.
Are you....coming to live here too?
Unfortunatley, yeah. I am. So, what's your name? I'm Herbal Dreams. She gave a slight smile.

I'm Teal. Teal smiles back a bit.
He reaches his hooves out to help Herbal up.
Herbal nodded. Nice name, thanks. She grabbed his hooves and got up.
um...welcome. Are you hungry?
A little. Herbal sunk her head down slightly. I guess we should head inside, then.

Come on, I was just having breakfast...
Teal leads Herbal inside.
Herbal sighed and followed Teal. Home sweet home... I guess. She faked a small smile.

Teal walks over to the table and sits back down. His half eaten can of uncooked soup is still there. He sighs and resumes eating.
S' alright. Herbal trotted up to a cubboard and opened it, coughing when dust flew out. I'm sure there's SOMETHING here... She started searching for some sort of food product.
Teal looks at the filly, remembering that was him not more than 9 months ago. He tears up and looks away, sobbing quietly.

Herbal finally found a loaf of stale bread and a can of soup. Here we go... You wanna split some bread? She called over her shoulder, half smiling.
I....
Teal looks at Herbal and wipes some of his tears away.
Okay.
He pulls a seat over next to him.
Alright. She pulled of a little bit, handing the rest of the loaf to Teal. Here you go. You need more than I do. She set her small portion on the table in front of her, pulling the top off of the soup can. Don't cry, it'll be alright. She hugged him slightly, then turned back to her soup can.
T-thank you.
Teal wipes more tears away and starts to slowly eat his bread.
Herbal took a sip of the cold soup, forcing herself to eat a little. It just needs a little fixing up... She told herself softly. Then it'll be okay.
Teal looks at Herbal.
Y-you mean....this orphanage? You think WE can fix it up? >.<
Herbal sighed, turning to Teal. Maybe....Anything's possible. She ate some more of her soup.
B-but...how? :(
Teal sips some of his soup.
Herbal set down her can and stood up. I guess a little dusting and cleaning could help... Just as a start. She dashed over to a dirty window and opened it, letting in a little sunlight.

Teal looks out the window she opened, the morning sun never looked so beautiful to him.
I...yeah. Maybe we could start cleaning this place up. :')
A little tear came in the corner of Herbal's eye. She nodded, then looked back at Teal. You can finish eating, and you can have my portion, if you want it. I'm good. She trotted over to the cabinets, opening them wide.

Teal finishes eating what he can and gets up.
um...we have brooms, dusters and pales across all the floors. I'll go get the ones upstairs.
Teal goes up the stairs.
Herbal put her hoof to her chin. Alright, now, I'll start by clearing the cabinets... She started pulling out what little contents the cabinets contained.
Teal comes down the stairs a couple minutes later carrying a broom and a duster. He's got the broom in his mouth and the duster tucked under his wing. He sets the broom down and looks at Herbal.
So, the cabinets first?
I thought I'd start small. She nodded, slowly taking a duster from him. Can you start sweeping? She cocked her head slightly, dusting out the cabinets and coughing.
Sure.
Teal takes the broom and stands up on his hind legs. He stumbles a bit balancing but gets it down, then starts to brush up all the dust bunnies and bits of food and such.

Herbal smiled and set down the duster on the counter. Chore number one, done. Now to put the food back in... She carried the food back, setting them in a semi orderly fashion in the cubboard. I'm going to do some dishes, good job with the sweeping. She nodded, turning on the sink. Even though the water was cold, she washed a dish with a semi clean wash rag and a little bit of soap that was left.

Teal finishes sweeping and picks up the dust in his wing, heading outside and dumping it all in a garbage can.
He comes back inside.
I'm gonna start to clean the windows.
Teal trots over to the sink and gets a wash rag, wetting it and wiping dirty windows with it.
((I looked at Herbal's OC page. She's older than Teal is in this RP, so earlier when I said she not older than him, that's now null. x3 Teal's 5 in this RP, no cutiemark.))

Herbal set down a clean dish. Alright. Oh, and we're having WARM soup for dinner! She smiled. I found a pan!

Star sat down on a small patch of soft grass outside.
She flipped through several pages of her astrology book lying next to Commet Fire.
"Did you that when a star dies when it falls from the night sky each wish that is made on that Star another Star is born?"
She asks CommetFire not taking her eyes off the book.
Herbal Dreams woke up early, and stood up, fixing her dirty sheets. She straightened her pillow and headed downstairs, into the kitchen. She let out a soft sigh. I can't believe I'm still here... She muttered under her breath. I was so sure it was just a horrible dream...
Teal comes down the stairs to the kitchen, he sneezes into his wing and sniffles. :x
H-hi Herbal...
Herbal's eyes widened slightly. Are you alright, Teal? You don't sound so good...
I-I think I got a cold.
Teal shakes dirt out of his wings and coughs.
I-I think the bedrooms need cleaning....
Alright, I can do it. Herbal gave him a hug. But first, I'll make you some soup... She turned around and grabbed a small pan and a can of soup. She set the pan on the stove, not turning it on yet.
Teal felt a small shock go up his spine when she hugged him. o_o
He stares at her as she readies to make him soup.

No problem. She smiled and turned on the stove. I'll always help a friend in need! ^-^
Teal smiles, which is broken by a cough. He takes a seat at the table and shakes more dirt off his wings.
Herbal puts the soup in the pan and lets it sit for a second, and she grabs a broom and sweeps.

Teal rests his head on the table and watches Herbal sweep, then looks to the soup. He tries to smell it from where he is.
A young Staticboom (around 4) sits at the door to the orphanage, he was very confused. He had went to sleep at home like any normal day and woke up out here. He stood up and looked around before thumping the door with his hoof. "H-hello?" he says very timidly.

Herbal set down the broom and dashes back to the soup, stirring it. She heard the knock on the door. Who could that be?
Static sniffled a little before tapping the door with his hoof once more. "A-anyone home?" he said, a lot louder this time
h-hm? uh...oh! Maybe it's somepony come to adopt one of us!
Teal gets up and trots to the door, he opens it and is disappointed to see it's a foal like him.

Teal's wings are oddly teen sized wings, he's also very dirty and look sick.
Herbal stood up and trotted to the door. Hi, there! Who're you? She smiled kindly to Static.
Static's eyes lit up at the two other ponies but he still lowered his head shyly. "Hi..m-my name's Staticboom" He said, his voice barely above a whisper.
Teal...hi. :s Are you...visiting or...?
"I...dunno, I'm not sure how I got here...I went to sleep at home and I uh w-woke up here" He lowered his head alittle

Herbal shook her head. You poor thing, Static.. Come on inside. She ignored the fact that he was abandoned, not wanting to make Static even more upset.
O-okay He followed closely behind Herbal, glancing at Teal every few seconds. This place smells a little Static said with basic innocence in his voice.
Teal sighs sadly, feeling sorry for the new foal.
Herbal shrugged. You get used to the smell after a little, I guess. Herbal trotted up to her pan of soup and stirred it. She sniffed it and sighed, at least one thing smelled okay.
Blaze Drifter, about the age of 4/5 was at the door. She wore a grey blanket around her.
She looked around, confused how she got there.

She tapped the door once.

Herbal sighed. I hope that's not another one.... She trotted to the door and opened it, plastering on a smile. Hello! Who're you?
Static turned and watched Herbal go to the door before walking over to Teal and looking at him.
Teal looks at Static and coughs into his hoof.

Well then I could probably learn to fly quicker and I mean if I had big wings I'd look big and stuff and that would be so cool. He grinned as he talked quickly.
um...okay...I-I guess that's cool. Teal smiles a bit, holding his wings up a little.

She slowly walks into the house...
Soup's done! Herbal called, smiling. There's enough for everyone! She nodded and turned off the heat under the pan. Opening a cubboard, she pulled out three bowls she'd cleaned the previous night.
ooh! Good, can you fill my bowl for me please?
Um... okay. May I have some too? Please...
Static took another look at the wings before turning around to see the new pony Who are you? He asked curiously before turning back to Herbal Oooooo Can I have some please? He said again almost directly after the first question.
Herbal nodded and put bowls of hot soup in front of the other three ponies. Careful, it's really warm. She smiled, spooning a little bit of soup into a fourth bowl for herself.
Uh... Blaze Drifter. You?
And who's the big winged pony? o.O
Teal sniffles and sniffs the soup. He smiles and licks up soup right out the bowl, eating it. ^-^
Static took his bowl and drank some before responding I'm Staticboom and that's Teal, isn't he cool!?
And I'm Herbal. She nodded in a slight welcome, taking another bite of soup.

Herbal shook her head. Nah, I'm not really feeling taggy right now. She trotted upstairs, her ears lowered, but she kept smiling until she reached her bed. She broke down into sobs as her face hit her pillow. She'd been hiding how upset she felt for the other ponies for hours and needed to let some of it out. And herself. It was only yesterday she'd come here, and she still missed her mom and dad, and her siblings. She curled up under the covers, sobbing.

Teal gets off his seat and heads upstairs. He enters one of the bedrooms and looks around and spots somepony under the covers.

Nightmaress strode into the old building. Her blue phoenix rode, perched on her back. The purple unicorn looked around for some sort of reception.
"I hope we get a cute one," Squealed the bird but her master hushed her.

Teal heads into the bathroom and looks around.

Staticboom was sitting in the main room, drawing 'scribbles' on pieces of paper.
Nightmaress ignored Dolly's remark and cut straight to the chase.
"Are you the one in charge?" She asked haughtily.
Teal gathers up the supplies Dolly asked for.
"Then who IS?" She asked in a demanding tone.
Static had heard the whole commotion and he made his way slowly to the front door. Hiya! he said happily to Nightmaress
Teal is in the bathroom sitting down with the bucket and several cloths.

Static heard the water running and ran upstairs to the bathroom, he was holding a piece of paper in his mouth. Hey guys check out my drawing! he said in a bragging tone, though the picture itself didn't really resemble anything.

He knew this wasn't an easy question to ask for anypony here to answer.

Teal falls backwards and tumbles off the bed, luckily landing on his pillow. He gets up and hops back onto the bed and swings it at Static.
Static flaps his wing and half-flies-half-falls backwards onto the floor with a thump.

Royal looked to her mother, she was about 10/12 weeks old, her Cyan eyes watery.
But, Mum...I can stay with you! Royal said through tears.
Royal began to cry harder, as her mother kissed her forhead and walked away, Royal hiccuped as she walked in the dark building, her eyes no longer full of wet tears, her hoofs clopped on the floors, it echoed.
HELLO! she called out.
A small light creme Colt, with a yellow-cremeish mane walked up to her.

Star didn't face the colt but informed him of a new filly.
"There's a new filly!"She looked around

Interested she took a step toward the other colt in the corner.
Shadow Ghostsoul was [lurking in the shadows ((if day))/silently moving through the night ((if night))] when he finds himself near a large orphanage. He stares at it. "I haven't anywhere else to be," he says in a almost whisper tone. The black colt walks slowly towards it, if you looked at the colt you would automatically see he was hungry. He walked up to the door knock knock knock he knocked. He then said in a hardly audible voice "may i come in and stay for a while, I believe this is an orphanage, correct" now since he was talking a little regularish you could tell he spoke in an ancientish way using words almost nopony uses.
She turned to face the colt who was entering.
"Of-of course"
She bowed her head in a greeting
The colt bowed back, his movement seemed to suggest he was an ancient pony bowing to a king. The mysterious colt entered, if you listen close enough to him you can hear that his hooves do not make a sound. The colt looks at the mare then said in a louder but still quiet tone "Hello miss, my name is Shadow. I am sorry for being rude, but may I have something to eat, I haven't had a proper meal in ages." He said as if he were older than he is.
Star bowed her head.
"Nice to meet you Shadow I'm Star and it's no trouble at all the orphanage is free to everyone"She smiles warmly.
She motiones with her head toward the kitchen.
"Follow me."

for once the colt looked surprised. Many people when they heard his name and looked him over a few times quickly made a reason to leave, he didn't get much niceness. Shadow followed her, he looked at his black saddlebag, he had a bit of bits in there, enough to do something with, judging by the breakingness of the house he thinks he should help them out. But he didn't think money would do a thing. Even if he did have one hundred bits, why was he hungry, you might ask, if he had so much money, well money can only get you so far, since the evil Arcora is his mother many ponies are scared to do business with him.

Royal jumped back, GET AWAY FROM ME! she seemed to hiss, swiping at him, but his magic caught her hoof. He chuckled, Easy, miss. I'm just trying to tell you. This place, you gotta be strong to make it here. No whimps. his eyes glowed with madness.
Royal took a step back, and stood up straight. Yes...sir?

Herbal grabbed a broom, starting on her personal chores for the day. The filly swept up the floor , then trotted to the sink, to wash the dishes.

He nodded, and got a small peice of a grass blade from his bag and chewed it, up to a small grain then he spat it onto the marble floor, the spit mixing with the greenery of the grass.
Atlas was sitting at a table, reading a large book. He had nothing better to do, and he was only sitting there, flipping the page occasionally.

Herbal dried her hooves and yawned. The little filly's pigtails were still messy, she hadn't fixed them in several days. She dashed about, grabbing dirty dishes and putting them in the sink.

Rivet smiled, a small sinister smile, perking up near his ears. Watch this. the colt said, and got up, walking over to where Atlas sat, he looked to his book, then he got up behind him, grabbing one of the prank things from his bag, a water bag, he popped it over Atlas's head, water splashing everywhere and on his book.
The water got all over the old book, and it's pages darkened to a brown color. His hair flattened, and he sat there for a second, in silence.
Rivet laughed, since his colthood was about bullying from his old friends, he advanced in bullying, he snortled and laughed, at Atlas.
Royal sighed, she pushed Rivet away. Are you okay?
She said, her teal eyes calm and gentle.
An Old mare appeared in front of the orphanage her gray coat white with age.
On her back was saddle bags filled with supplies her and Madam heart hooves gathered for the foals.
She drew in a heavy breath and walked toward the door
"Are you blind? Do I look alright?" He stood up from the seat, using a drying spell on the book. He closed it to preserve the writing.
She started up the old broken steps and looked around.
The elderly mare turned back to face the door and opened it with a loud thud her coat starting to get drizzled by the rain that was starting to fall from outside
She looked around.
"HELLO??"She called in her rather unfriendly quite unpleasent for the ears voice.
Royal noticed his rudeness. "No need to be rude, sir. I was just trying to help." her horn glowed as she cleaned up the watery mess with a towel, scowling at Rivet from time to time. "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience." she kind of Liked Atlas, but disliked his rudeness.
She sat the saddle bags on the floor muttering under her breath.
"Stupid Foals I go out lookin fer things fer em and dey don't even help me?"
The colt was only about eleven. He had the book in the air, and was already drying his wet mane.
Royal helped up under the table, and over the table. "So, what's your name?" she said, with a friendly smile.
"Atlas Glyph. Yours?"
The filly took a time to answer, she was marveled by his name..for a reason. "I'm Royal Lace, People Call me Royal or crystal."
Star drew the old colored pencils over the pictures nearly finished with her consolation picture.

"Oh.. Okay. So.. How did you get here?"
She drags the saddle bags over to the door way.
Nevermore there was always one filly she could manipluate in to doin anything for her.
"STAR!!!"She calls in her witch shrieking tone.
Royal began to sob quietly. "When my Mum had me, my father was dissapointed, he never wanted me. He thought I was a freak...I always loved to be in the dark, not cuz I liked it. But, because I never wanted him to know I was there." she sighed. Rivet just walked off.

The filly jumped up falling off her seat with a yelp.
Her head snapped up at the sound of her name regonizing the voice.
"COMING!!"She called in a quick tone trotting quickly toward the doorway
"And so you came here? Why not go elsewhere? Why here, this heap of metal, wood, and concrete we call an orphanage?"
"It's about time."She said in a gruff voice.
"Carry these bags Up stairs also I want you to take the contents out and organize them to where they belong understand?"
She looked down at the filly
"My father...he was a lunatic, always tryin' to kill me when Mum wasn't home, and he didn't let her take me to a better home, so he said. "TAKE THAT HEAP OF BONES TO THE ORPHANAGE!" I just...ah.."
Teal wakes up in the bedrooms upstairs and gets up. He brushes his tail with his hoof, happy to wake up clean after so many months.
He gets out of bed.
The pegasus filly looked down at the heavy bags and nodded with a fake smile.
"Yes Ma'm.."

Teal heads downstairs and heads into the kitchen to get something to eat. He gets himself some stale bread and chews on it.
As the Mistress walked away Star sighed tucking her deformed wings away to make room for the heavy bags.
She loaded them on to her back and when she tried to stand she was met with a large crack and a sharp wave of pain causing her to wince

The short colt pushed her off with his own magic, her head being on the table. I guess she's tired.. He stood up.
Star panted collasping on the top floor giving a tired moan but gathered herself up again
Teal looks at Dolly and smiles.

He takes a bite of the stale bread.

Royal snored, she got up a few seconds later, falling on the hard floor. "Ow..." she groans, her head hurt now.
After doing her duty of organizing the new supplies in their place.
Star quietly made her way downstairs took her drawing and ran out on to the back porch to clear her head.
"Are you alright?" He held out his hoof for her to get up.
CommetFire looked around the breakfast hall for her.

((She's a good lizard, our dad got it from a guy at work who's wife didn't want him to keep it. The guy didn't really hold the lizard much and fed her pizza (lol) but when we got her the thing was very solitary, it literately only does 3 things: Eat, Sleep and poop. That's all. The lizard seems content but yeah...it pretty much does nothing all year round. Sleeps extra randomly for what I assume it thinks is winter.))

Herbal stirred a bowl of yogurt. It was the first thing she'd eaten all day. Taking a bite, she leaned her head on her hoof and let out a small sigh.
oh wow...it's called a keyblade? It's the strangest thing I've ever seen for a weapon, is it sharp? o.O
Herbal took a bite of her yogurt, grabbing a coloring book and sketching with some worn down crayons. She smiled and took another bite, scribbling happily. ^-^
How come it vanishes like that? Is it some kind of magic blade?

Herbal pulled the picture out of the book and held it up. The filly nodded in approval and set down her yogurt, trotting to the fridge and grabbing the only magnet, and put the picture up. Herbal smiled and stepped back over to her yogurt.
Okay, and some of the other kids might not wanna see it...
Should we go find the others and give them toys too?
Herbal threw away her yogurt...... I've gotta find a toy to play with... She trotted into the main room, grabbing two dolls and a chipped tea set.

Teal finishes his stale bread in one bite and heads into the main room.

It reads:

Herbal fixes her pigtails in a mirror, humming softly to herself. She grabs a brush and a doll, and begins to brush the doll's mane, smiling.
Teal is sweeping up dust off the floors in the bedrooms, humming a song to himself. :)
Herbal puts the dolls mane in small pigtails, like hers, and hugs it close. She trots downstairs, one hoof holding the doll as she gets to an old dusty couch and lays down, letting out a quiet sigh. She closes her eyes and thinks to herself.
Star sat outside alone on the dark porch and shivered.
She kept her eyes glued to the night sky talking to them as if they were her family.
Thats how she saw the stars as her family there would be only one during the day.
And when she fell asleep at night all of them came
Out and she felt it was like they were watching her.
Guarding her while she sleeps.
Teal gets all the dust and dirt into a pile and scoops it up with his wing and dumps it out the window. He slaps his wings together to get any left off and closes it. He sighs and heads to his bed and sits down.
It's getting colder...it might snow soon...
Herbal sat up, dusting herself off, and running upstairs to make the beds again.
Static was pacing around in the bedroom, he was having trouble going to sleep.
Maybe I could draw something... He muttered to himself then sat down on his bed.

Herbal grabbed a small backpack and put the doll into it. She grabbed an old black sheet and stuffed it inside as well. She set the backpack aside, then finished making the beds and grabbed it, opening a closet door and hiding inside. Pulling out the doll and the sheet, she curled up in the corner of the closet, holding the doll and letting tears fall. she looked at her hooves, which were caked with dirt. She closed her eyes and fell half asleep.
I- um... I'm Neon, and- Um- Who are you?
Frost walked up to the door to the orphanage slowly.

Herbal wiped her tears and stood up, holding the doll and using the blanket as a cape. She walked downstairs to the fireplace, grabbing some logs and throwing them in. She sat back on the floor and lit a match, tossing it in, waiting for the fire to catch and warm her hooves.
She yawned her eyes growing tired as she let out a wet sneeze.
"Ugh..."She shook her head entering the building.

Don't worry about it buddy, I'm sure we can all figure some way to stay warm, besides the owners won't let us freeze to death...I think.

The fire caught, and Herbal curled up on the ground. She hugged the doll, soaking in the fire's warmth, and the small filly wrapped herself in the blanket.

Herbal sat up, listening to the other ponies and tried to ignore them. The little filly felt extremely upset that they were all cold, yet didn't notice the fire she'd built. She thought that maybe they didn't like her and wanted to stay away from her.

Star went over to her bed in where all the filly's slept.
Her bed was right by a window with a perfect view of the night sky.
Static nodded and got out from under Teal's wing and moved to the side of the bed.

Katerina was being brought by a police-pony to the orphanage. The police-pony had a black eye for some reason. Kate was trying to get away but he was holding her pretty firmly. When they where pretty close to the building, the cop said "look, it's for your own good and safety if I brought you here. So stop trying to go away."
Kate didn't give up and was still trying to escape, with no success. The police-pony looked around, in case he would see the one in charge of the orphanage.

With that said Static got to work on building a 'kart' out of lumps of snow.

Paper Jenzy also designed himself a mini-kart out of the snow. He didn't need to use much snow from his size.
Static finished his kart rather quickly, and it defiantly showed. The 'kart' was just a lump of snow with a hole in the middle for sitting, and four lumps around the outside for wheels. Still static looked rather proud as he sat in it.

Frost Shard puts on the saddle bag then grabs Silver Wind and places her on her back. Then opens the window and flies off toward the older part of Ponyville and lands at the entrance to the alleys and starts walking among the alleys. Day turns to night with Frost Shard still walking among the alleys carrying her now sleeping daughter on her back.
Frost Shard: These alleys are like a maze I should fly up to see if I can find somewhere to leave Silver Wind. (She slowly starts flying and she finds a decrepit building nearby.) There. (She flies to the building and gently lands nearby and listens to hear if anypony else is there.) Good there are other ponies here. (Gently sets Silver Wind on the doorstep and wakes her up.)
Silver Wind: (Whispering.) Mommy where are we? (Looking around.)
Frost Shard: (Whispering.) This is an orphanage I think. (Lift's Silver Wind's face with her hoof.) Listen Silver Wind without any money and a home I can't care for you. (Writes "Please take care of Silver Wind for me." On a piece of paper and lays it on the doorstep.) So I'm going to leave you here where the ponies can care for you.
Silver Wind: I love you mommy. (Hugs Frost Shard.)
Frost Shard: I love you too sweetie. (Sets the saddle bag next to Silver Wind.) Here please take this. (Places some toaster pastries in the saddle bag.) That's your breakfast for a few days. Silver Wind please take care of yourself. (Knocks on the door.) Good bye Silver Wind I'll miss you. (Flies off for Cloudsdale.)
Silver Wind: (Voice breaking.) Bye Mommy. (Starts sobbing and grabs her stuffed cat from the saddle bag and starts hugging it tightly.)

(This is another OC of mine which i thought to post something where he does something for all of the foals living in the Orphanage.)
Dark Hooves is walking around town which all seems normal until he walks past an alley and senses mana from what he can tell are young ponies.
Dark Hooves: Mana from young ponies in the alley? (Starts walking amongst the alleys and after an hour he discovers a decrepit six story wooden building.) (Focusing on their mana.) What is this sadness, fear, abandonment? (Thinking.) Poor kids all alone in the world with nopony to love and care for you. I won't be gone long little ones. I'll be back with food, water, and medicine.
After an hour Dark Hooves returns with a large box filled with fresh bread, bottles of water and medicine and sets it down on the doorstep. Dark Hooves starts writing a letter.
The letter says: To the little pony who can read this, I found the decrepit building you all have been calling home although I can't do much more right now than give you the fresh bread, clean water, and medicine for any of you that may be sick that is inside the box this letter is taped to. Just stay strong and hold on for a while longer and I'll help you again. Hopefully I get to meet all of you that call this squalled place home. Signed Dark Hooves.
He sticks the letter to the box with some tape then knocks on the door and flies off for his home.
Dark Hooves: (Thinking.) I wish I could do more, but I still have to care for myself and Angel too.
After 15 minutes Dark Hooves arrives at his home and enters through the front door and finds Angel's Breath relaxing on the couch.
Angel's Breath: Welcome home Darky.
Dark Hooves: (Sadly.) Thanks sweetie.
Angel's Breath: What's the matter Dark Hooves?
Dark Hooves: I happen to find a really old building in the older part of Ponyville among the alleys while I was patrolling for danger and I noticed that the decrepit building is occupied by young ponies living without any parents to care for or love them. So I used some of our money to get those kids some fresh bread, clean water, and medicine.
Angel's Breath: That was really nice of you Darky to give to those kids who have nothing.
Dark Hooves: (Angrily.) To think that some ponies are so heartless to just leave their kids at such a decrepit place really makes me angry. (Snorting angrily.) (His eyes start to turn red from dark mana.)
Angel's Breath: (Shaking Dark Hooves.) Please calm Dark Hooves I know it's inexcusable for ponies to just abandon their kids like that, but there isn't really much we can do about that.
Dark Hooves: ............... (His eyes return to their normal hazel color.) Sorry about that Angel I was losing it for a moment. (Places his hoof on his head.) My head hurts.
Angel's Breath: What was that? I saw the colored part of your eyes turn red.
Dark Hooves: (Confused.) Really my eyes turned red?
Angel's Breath: Yes they did and it felt like I was looking at a totally different pony.
Dark Hooves: I don't know what that is. This is the first time it has happened.
Angel's Breath: Please don't get so angry again you were really scary looking Darky.
Dark Hooves: I'm sorry for scaring you sweetie.
Angel's Breath: Do you remember anything?
Dark Hooves: I only remember being really angry after that it's just endless darkness with a small window of light which appears to be my eyes viewed from the inside of my head looking outward which I saw you shaking me and you looked like you were talking, but I couldn't hear a thing.
Angel's Breath: This has me worried Darky. (Nestles up to him and looks him in the eyes.)
Dark Hooves: Well I'm back to my old self now so please don't worry sweetie. (Kisses Angel's Breath on the cheek.)

Silver Wind wakes up and gets out of bed still cuddling her stuffed cat grabs some toaster pastries out of her saddlebag and starts walking down the stairs.
Silver Wind: (Sadly sighs.) (Thinking.) I guess mommy isn't coming back.
*goes to the door after hearing the knocking, and reads the letter attached to the box,before bringing it in*
Silver Wind: (Curiously.)(Very quietly.) What in box Slender?
*opens it to reveal bread, water and medicine*

*looks to Silver and nods before getting her a drink and hoofing it to her*

*puts the young filly on his back in the hopes that it would be more comfortable than the floor or the moldy beds*
After Slender puts her on his back Silver Wind drops her stuffed cat and wraps her front legs gently around his neck.
Silver Wind: (Mumbles incoherently.)
*picks up her cat and tucks it under her head as a sort of pillow*
Silver Wind starts rubbing her face on the stuffed cat trying to get confortable.
*shifts into a better position for Sliver to sleep on*
Finally Silver Wind gets settled enough to start sleeping soundly.
Silver Wind: (Snoring loudly.)
*chuckles ever so slightly before taking her to bed and then looks at the letter, wondering who this "Dark Hooves" is.*
After sleeping for a few hours Silver Wind wakes up and gets out of the bed covered in dirt.
Silver Wind: (Yawning.) (Very quietly.) Me filthy. (Tries shaking the dirt off, but the dirt stays in her fur and feathers.) (Sighs sadly.)
The filly is downstairs in the kitchen looking for any source of food
Silver Wind grabs her saddle bag then puts her stuffed cat in the bag and starts walking down the stairs backwards dragging the saddle bag with her mouth.
Silver Wind: (Thinking.) Careful, careful. (She gets to the bottom of the stairs then walks over to the corner of the room where she's been staying at and pulls out some toaster pastries from her bag then eats one of them and leaves the other one in the wrapper.)

Silver Winds sees the sad expression on the fillies' face then decides to walk over to her and give her the toaster pastry she didn't eat.
Silver Wind: (Taps on her shoulder and holds the food up to her.) (Very quietly.) here you is, you cans have it
no I'm fine it wasn't for me anyways I don't have to eat for some reason she says her voice has no emotion and the mask and cloak cover everything but her dark green mane

Silver Wind: (Very quietly.) Ok. (Walks back to the corner then lies down and pulls her stuffed cat out of the bag hugging it tightly while looking out the window.)

After a half hour of laying on the floor sobbing she shifts to lying on her side and crosses her hind legs, but doesn't move.
Herbal Dream is downstairs in a dusty armchair, cuddling with her favorite doll.
Silver Wind gets up and walks up to to the filly sitting in the armchair and taps on her leg.
Silver Wind: (Very quietly.) Where is fillies' room?

Bloom walks to the front of the building with a medium-sized bag. She knocks on the door and says politely, but louder than usual, as to be heard, "May I come in?"
Silver Wind hear the filly and walks to the door and opens it.
Silver Wind: Hello there me Silver Wind.
Bloom smiles. "Hello there." The teen unicorn continues, "I thought you foals could use some toys."
Silver Wind: (Confused.) me guess come on in and make you home.
"I'm not here to live here. Only to drop off these toys." She levitates the bag in front of the filly for emphasis, then returns it to her own side. "But I could stay a while if you'd like." she says sweetly.
Silver Wind: Ok just sets them wherever.
Bloom nods and walks inside. She puts the bag down and opens it enough so its contents could be seen. There are several stuffed animals and plushes, and a basic 'art' kit.
Silver Wind: (Grabbing an art kit.) me have my stuffed cat so me will let other ponies have the stuffed animals.
The art kit was contained in a cloth binder, re-enforced with internal wooden slats. It had ten coloured pencils (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, pink, grey, black, and white), eight crayons (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black), and a pad of drawing paper. The pencils were slightly worn, but were no shorter than three quarters of their original length.
"That's kind of you."
Silver Wind: Thank you. (Walks over to the corner and opens the art kit then takes pad of paper and the purple pencil and starts drawing.)
Herbal Dream is in the kitchen, cooking up some nice water soup. She thinks to herself, This needs something to make it taste better... and runs to a cupboard, opening it and pulling out an almost overripe lemon, some dried rasberries, dried strawberries, and many other herbs and old fruits that are still edible. She promptly carries them over to the pot she's cooking in, and drops the ingredients in with a splash. ((Somepony's getting their cuuuutie maaark!))
Bloom smiles fondly, since she has a talent for drawing with coloured pencils.
Hearing a splash, Bloom walks hastily over to the kitchen. "You alright?"

I'm great! Herbal smiles to Bloom as she grabs a spoon to stir her creation. Just making warm flavored water! She smiles.
Silver Wind: (Sniffing the air.) What that soup? (Walks into the kitchen after setting down the pad of paper and colored pencil.)
It's a... um... random herb soup! Yeah... That's what it's called... Herbal trails off, going back to her stirring.
Bloom nods. "I bet it tastes great," she says encouragingly. ^-^
"Well, this is all my time for now. I may come back later, but I have to be somewhere." She heads for the door. Farewell! she says as she walks out the door.
Silver Wind: me guess it was really nice of Bloom to leave we toys to play with.
Herbal nods. Very nice indeed. Now, I think this is almost done.. She takes a bite, then glares at the spoon, spitting the bits of herbs into the sink. The herbs don't taste too good.. But the water does! She smiles, then spoons out the herbs and drops them in the sink, leaving only flavored water. I think my mom used to make something like this.. She called it tea, though. Herbal puts some of tea into cups and set them on the counter, taking one for herself.
Silver Wind: Cans you get me one? Me don't think can reach.
Herbal giggles, then gives the cup to the younger foal. Here you go!
Silver Wind: Thanks. (Takes a sip.) Yummy! This really good.
Herbal sips some of her own, then looks around, and something green catches her eye. She looks down at her flank, where she sees what caught her eye. My cutie mark! She cheers and smiles. Her cutie mark is a white bag with green tea in it. Finally!

"Just making things feel more at home I am grateful to never again roam."
She smiled at the older filly as her dreamcatcher hanged with a foriegn and elusive look.
Star looked at the DreamCatcher that hung over the middle of their beds which the two of them had pushed together due to the fact of Jinx being a bit antsy of the dark.
"Well do whatever it takes to make yourself more comfortable."Star smiled.
"By the way if you don't mind me asking what does a erm,dreamcatcher do anyway?"
Silver Wind wakes from her sleep and yawns. Then she starts coughing so hard her chest starts to hurt.
Silver Wind: (Groans in discomfort) (Thinking) What did me do to deserve this?
She grabs her stuffed cat and gets out of bed then walks down the stairs, upon reaching the bottom of the staircase she sees the zebra and alicorn talking to each other. She walks over to them.
Silver Wind: Hello (cough, cough) me name is Silver Wind (cough, cough) nice meet you.
Jinx twitches her ears at the approaching Filly.
"A pleasure it is to meet you My name Is Jinx and this is Star to"She motions over to the her friend.

Silver Wind: me don't think so, but a pony named Dark Hooves left a box of food, water, and cough and cold medicine for us. Could you brings me some? It's over there. (points toward the box)
he runs over to the box, clinches the edge between his teeth, and carries it over to silver "here you go" the pegasus says cheerfully as he sets the box down
Silver Wind grabs a bottle of medicine then opens the bottle, and pours some of the medicince into the dosage cup filling it halfway then drinks it.
Silver Wind: me wishes it tasted better. (closes the bottle then places the dosage cup back on it and puts the bottle back into the box)
"are you feeling better?"
Silver Wind: a little, me never did get your name.
"my mother always called me trash"
Silver Wind: Is that real name?
"i hope not. She never told me my real name" the colt looks down with a tear in his eye

After a month and 12 days of staying at the orphanage. She is trying to warm up to the others.
Silver Wind wakes up to the feeling of wetness from the rain soaked bed.
Silver Wind: (Starts shivering.) (Thinking.) Me couldn't have. (Checks underneath herself which is dry.) (Sigh of relief.) (Thinking.) Nope.
She gets out of the bed cuddling her stuffed cat still shivering and rain water dripping off her wing tips and mane. As well as her mane being a mess from all of the rain water. Silver Wind starts walking down the stairs, but slips because of her hooves being wet and starts falling down the stairs.

Silver Wind runs up to Frost Shard and gives her a big hug.

Frost Shard: I need to rest anyways I barely made it here with my wings because I've been working myself to the bone. (Turns to the other ponies.) Umm everypony else you must have something to say about me leaving her here do you? Well before you say it I just want to say I deserve any harsh words you have to say to me and that I never quit loving Silver Wind and I always will love her with all of my heart.
*writes in the notebook "It is understandable as you have a actual reason for leaving your child here and you do no need to write in the book, I CAN hear you. Being mute means I cannot speak and that's it."*

Frost Shard gets up and walks to the door opening it seeing the foal, she picks up the foal and brings the unicorn inside. She sets the unicorn down laying nearby.

Frost watches as the family enters.

The crash makes her spring up waking Silver Wind. Frost runs to the door opening it quickly.
outside there is a colt and a filly the filly has a hoof over her mouth and the colt is in a defensive stance there is a royal guard holding his jaw who falls through the door when it is opened

I made them in the kitchen early today I just had to teleport them
The platinum blonde mare passed by the small building again, watching the children playing in the street for the thousandth time, it seemed. Her perfectly preened coat rustling in the chill air and distorting her circle and heart cutie-mark for a moment. But she stood across the street, a stalwart guardian gazing at the different foals and fillies, soon that familiar twinge was building up in her chest again and she couldn't stay.
Hurrying on she stopped at the 'Twining Hooves' coffee shop, less than a block away, grabbing herself a hot cappuccino, she sat there watching the foam meld into the coffee. She had to stop coming by here, what good did it do her besides causing unnecessary anguish and making her feel selfish. Besides, she knew what her mother would say, "Yo-you went where? How could you Silver, what would the neighbors say if they saw you trouncing about those parts!?" and she could FEEL her father's disapproving stare and sad shake of the head. Just enough to be patronizing and extremely obnoxious. Then he would blow out all that disgusting smoke from his 'hoof made willow pipe' and let out one single, unbearable statement. "We raised you better."
Then the burning sensation hit her, her entire right hoof was COVERED in cappuccino. Her hoof slowly tilting as her concentration waned further away from the present until it finally burned her back to the present.
The waitress hurried over to assist her and she made her hasty departure, soon after. Keeping those magnificent cyan eyes off the other customers and waiters, who MUST have completely captured her with their attention. Just the thought brought a slight crimson hue above her dulled-yellow scarf.
Then she was there again, staring across the street at the children of the Orphanage, a hoof on her scarf and immobilized.

Then once again the pain was piercing her chest and she caught sight of small eyes peering out at her. It was . . . too much, she nearly let the tears, struggling to escape, free. But she drew a shaky breath, turning to make distance away from the small orphanage. Soon she'd be home and she could forget . . .
But she never could forget completely, never completely. She'd come back again and stare at the children again but she would deal with that when it happened. She couldn't deal with it now, she couldn't. So she pushed it as far back as she could, trying to throw the memories out the back of her skull and tried to walk away from the building.

Silver sat in that monstrosity of a room, that room so laughably referred to as 'The Living Room.' The enormous marble hearth let out it's decadent heat but the room was not homely or even warm. Even the great fire and the three servants always tending to it couldn't warm the abomination of a room. The fire-light didn't even reach the ceiling . . .
Then there was her father, sitting across from her, nearly ten feet away. Reading some book or studying some papers or ordering some associate around. Today it was the book, that firm back stared her down a constant shield between them and if that wasn't sturdy enough there was the endless silence. Even when the servants entered with logs and tilled the fire the sound seemed dead, non-existant and something that could never affect her.
She had her own papers before her, a few documents crammed with legalese. "A necessity to understand, for when you take over as Lady Handle." Her father preened incessantly, what could she do but agree? What else could she possibly do? And normally she would welcome the distracting world of legal banter but not today, today those little eyes never thought her mind.
"They were frightened . . . I think."
"What was that!?" Lord Handle bellowed out, ringing around the silent room and sending a quiver down Silver's spine. Lord Handle always talked louder than was 'necessary', he had to talk over his fellow nobility at important chair-meetings or over the crowds around the billiard table.
"No, I . . ." Silver grasped at any thought, anything that could possibly make this situation go away. "THIS BILL TO REVOKE TROLLY FARE, THEY ARE AFRAID THEY WON'T BE RE-ELECTED." Perhaps she had shouted, perhaps she WAS sweating and looked the very picture of a liar caught in her own web, but Lord Handle had already returned to his pipe and his book. "Bloody Politicians"
It was better to excuse herself now, these feelings weren't going away and if she kept this up . . . she'd give away everything. That couldn't happen, that couldn't be allowed. So she tilted her head stiffly and gave a lame excuse: "Father, I'm going to the market, I . . ."
She didn't have to finish, he waved his stout hoof at her. "Alright, you've been studying too hard anyways. Bring me back one of those cherry blossoms." His face slide out from behind the book, giving his daughter that smile he reserved for her, solely. A caring smile without a hint of his usual sarcasm or wit, a purely affectionate gesture.
Silver nodded, her neck catching mid motion and she let out a shaky smile but Sir Handle didn't seem to notice.
A moment later she had her scarf and this time she brought her 'fur' coat and mane-formed hat. Then she was off, back to the orphanage, no plan, no idea what she'd do when she got there, maybe she wouldn't do anything at all. But she couldn't keep her facade up anymore, today. So, she was off.
Trick go upstairs once he gets to the 6th floor he climbs out the window and onto the roof
Silver Wind sits there unsure of what is going on.
It looked like that mare reconized you so i ran you upstairs as fast as possible I'm gonna go make a safety bubble so we are safe from her as she said that she teleported downs stairs and put a magic blue bubble around the place to protect it

The wind still blew and the day was colder than before; night was coming on. It was that time of day again, that time when the sun stared across the streets of Canterlot before falling below the streets, twilight. The light turned Silver's head and brought tears to her eyes. But this blazing brightness wasn't warm, the streets were so cold and becoming just as silent; ponies leaving for home and prepping their business for close. Silver had to hurry.
She blinked past her tears and continued, heading into the heart of the flame. Then, there she was, before that small wooden apartment. Her usual spot, across the street and looking on with that strange expression of longing, but this time, this time, she crossed the street, moving up to the ruined steps and recoiling for a moment; several splinters coated her back legs. The frayed remains of the steps even managed to catch her back hoof.
"This, these steps are awful." Indeed closer up the building looked more like an old abandoned ruin than any kind of liveable habitat, several windows hung away from the building and several frames didn't even have panes. "Who . . . who upkeeps this place?" The fantasy was wearing off, Silver was beginning to see the reality here and it was startling horrifying. Her gut jumped as she debated entering, what awful things would she find inside, but she was determined, determined.
She moved her hoof out to meet the handle, but it met a strange resistance. A kind of surface that felt solid at first but as she applied more pressure found it to be slightly pliant. Confused by this strange 'barrier' she moved back a step to consider what this could mean. Silver's head was already reeling, trying to understand the dilapidation of this place; a barrier brought fearsome thoughts to her mind, horrible worst case scenario.
So, she wasn't paying attention to the missing railing and she fell. It wasn't far, perhaps a foot or four but it was enough for her to land poorly on her back left hoof. She had flailed about in the air for a fraction of a second and then there was pain. There she was, moments before night, a nobleman's daughter, crippled outside a dilapidated orphanage. It would of been humorous if her father wasn't going to destroy her.
Phew the shield worked only the foals in here can get in and out
Silver moved to stand; her back leg couldn't be that bad, right? But it was. She collapsed back onto the ground with a quick scream of pain. She wouldn't be able to stand, that was a certainty. Looking around quickly for some-pony to assist her, any pony she could appeal to . . . there were none.
Now panic was settling in, perhaps her father would tear her apart but how was she going to get home? Did she have to wait all NIGHT? The thought dilated her pupils making her grab about herself fruitlessly, pointlessly. What would she do!? What could she do? She could . . . she could try and drag herself away, somewhere where more ponies were about.
No, no she couldn't do it, just dragging the hoof sent out intense waves of pain. So much pain . . . she had to bite her lip to prevent another scream; now the tears were falling and regret was punching a hole in her heart. Why did she do this, why did she come here? It made no sense and what good could it ever have done for her?
But here she was, under the howling wind and declining sun. Burying her muzzle in that plush fur coat, she let herself begin to really cry.
Well im going to sleep night! she said as she fell asleep on an old couch
Silver falls asleep after cuddling up to Leafy for warmth.

Phew that colt is gone
Silver wakes and stretches.
Im going to make pancakes Leafy gets up and finds ingredients and makes pancakes

So what should we do today silver
Silver had lain there and felt like she was going to die there but at that point she was only anxious she didn't know she could be any-more fearful, at the time. But she learned how wrong she was. Something came to her that night, a pony covered all over in lesions and sores, it took her a good five minutes for her heart to die down. When the blood stopped pumping into her brain she was able to hear and see, again . . .
The creature was upon her, he must have been limping in her general direction for minutes . . . hobbling along in pain and upset. And he was talking to her, for it was a he, she could discern such from his voice; a voice of a young man . . .
She tried to scream but her lungs couldn't hold air, vertigo came over her and she collapsed onto her hooves. Hey eyes rolled up in her sockets trying to keep track of this thing, this abomination. Minutes passed and the thing didn't move, slowly she could understand his words, "No, no, calm down. Come now, are you all right?"
It was humid that night; the deliciously cleansing scent of water permeated the street-stench and spelling the future of rain. But even the strong scent of watered plants couldn't block this ponies decay. Pus and blood coated the air before him, making Silver ill. All this . . . it was too much, far too much. Silver finally fainted, her head crashing against the cold pavement and releasing unconsciousness taking hold.

On the front porch dusty and untouched laid one lone wooden box piled with blankets as if it intended to keep something warm.
Jinx lifted an eye from her meditation as she spotted the box set upon the porch.The Zebra foal trotted down the stairs gingerly opening the door slowly."What is this that I see abandoned here containing something so fragile and weak?"She examined the blankets gripping one with a hoof and pulling it up to reveal.
A gray colored filly no more then a couple days old laid huddled sleeping peacefully in the content of the box.Her jet black mane fluffed up around her had small barely visible flecks of white highlight.On her forehead was a horn that slightly curved upwards.
Silver Wind eats her waffles and belches loudly.

A young blobking, around ten or so, walks up to the door. he still couldn't believe his parents had kicked him out. he was older than most of the foals there, and he probably knew his parents for longer than all of them, but that only made the feels worsen. the fact that his parents would just tell him to leave was unbearable.

Silver Wind hears the knocking on the door and walks over to open it.
Silver: Hi there, my you is a good bit older than me is. Come on in.

Silver: Thanks. (she walks over to the corner and lies down on her blanket she got on her bday from her mom with the bday card and plastic number three, she opens the book and tries to read)
Blob smiled at his success. he went upstairs, and pulled out his 3DS. he had brought it and his games. too bad he couldn't take his TV and console.
Silver struggles through the entire book not knowing if her grammar has improved any.

Silver: I'm not sure. (realizes her grammar) I said "I" instead of "me". (giggles happily)

She lays down on her bed and falls asleep cuddled in her blanket and hugging her stuffed cat.
Blob played some more and eventually fell asleep.
Silver gets up and walks over to Blob's bed and cuddles up with him falling asleep.
when morning came, Blob woke up to see Silver in his bed. he got up from the bed, trying not to wake up his new bedmate. he went downstairs and sat at a table. he pulled out some poptarts for the foals in the orphanage
Silver wakes and walks down the stairs holding her most cherished stuffed cat that her mom had gave to her when she was younger.
Silver: (sniffing at the air) I smell something yummy.
I have poptarts! blob pulled out a chocolate poptart. do you want it toasted or not.
Silver: Toasted!
Blob pulled looked around for a toaster, but only found an electrical socket. luckily, he had brought camping supplies. he pulled out his mini-stove and small propane tank, and lit it. This is the best I can do, hope it works.
Silver sits down and watches with excitement.

Lather had seen the building before, but never quite like it was now. To say it was in disrepair would be liken unto compairing a hovel with Canterlot Castle. The paint was all but gone, what hadn't peeled off already was in the process of doing so, or faded enough it served no purpose. The roof looked like more nails than shingles, and half of those were broken or molded. The walk up to the "door," if the mold ridden excuse for plywood could be called that, looked half matchwood, and half splinters! The windows were all at least scratched, most cracked, and one on the top floor actually broken out. Her heart cried for those poor souls that lived there.
No, Lather had seen this building, but never quite in the light she now did. Yesterday, she had seen a filly on the cusp of marehood run up to the buildings door. She was crying. She looked abandoned; hopeless. She tried to see what she did, but she couldn't see, a coworker had distracted her.
Or rather, an ex-coworker.
She had found out that this dilapidated building was actually the orphanage. To think, the place she had heard so much about, albeit about the water-cooler, was just across the way from her favorite coffee shop. Even as she looked, she could see the remains of the old and broken sign, bearing only the smallest trace of comfort, a yellow paint strip that had yet to fall. That would not do.
She walked forward to the steps, intent on seeing this through.
Silver: (hearing hoofsteps) I hear somepony walking up to the building.
After a steadying breath, Lather started to brave the doorway.
Now that she was closer, she could truly inspect it, but little else was to be seen. While it was, in fact, not a matchstick pile waiting to happen, she did not wish to remain on it unnecessarily long, should it then decide it wished for a different fate. The railing, or rather lack there of, was disquieting. As she saw though, it did have a railing. It was hanging by a grain of wood or two, looking none to supportive. Worse yet was the small patch of fur clinging to it. Worse even still, she recognized it as the color of the mare from yesterday.
Steadying herself, she lightly tapped on the door frame, for the door held on only by what looked like a wad of gum and hope.
"Hello?" she called, both praying she would, and hoping she wouldn't hear an answer
She carefully opens the door.
Silver: Hello?
Lather wanted nothing more than to run away at that moment. There are actually children here! And, so young . . . However, she was invested now. She had walked forward, acted, and been seen.That's the last thing these children need, someone else to abandon them. So, she acted instincually.
Smiling down at the young filly, she took a moment to compose herself, then asked a terrifying question, "Hi, um, I was wondering ,ah, can I talk with the owner? I'd like to, um, discuss somethings."
Blob walked over to the door From what I know, ther is no owner. for the night I've been here, I've acted as a big brother.
Silver: Well my mommy showed up on my birthday with a cupcake and a couple gifts, although I wanted to go home with her, but she is working very hard from what she told me to get a place to call home.
Blob looked slightly envious. blob had recently gotten his cutie mark, but it wasn't in a way his parents had expected. they kicked him out, and he's been kind of scared of doing spells other than basic ones.
"I see. That, ah, hmm" Breathing deeply, she tried not to panic from this new information. Oh, dear. This is bad. This is really really bad! No owner, operator, or adult in sight. And this is an "safe place?!" How have they stayed healthy, or have they? They need a steady pony that they can look up to. No, This is bad, and must change.
Sighing, Lather started to think. Well, let's see. There is no support for her whatsoever, despite the need. The building should be condemned as it stands, but then where would they go? Looking around, she confirmed what she had thought, No, a blank slate is not what they needed. They know problems, clearly, but they are still trying. That is good. Hope can rarely be fixed if broken.
Bringing herself up, she made a decision, "Well, lets try to improve this." And then, she started to plan.
I just got here yesterday.
Silver: What is the pony doing? (she asks Blobking)
She's trying to help us fix this place up.
Silver: I hope she fixes the leaking roof upstairs. I don't like waking up soaked by rain.
Huh? is that why you moved into my bed?
Silver: Yes, that and I was cold even though I have my blanket.
You didn't feel wet.
Silver: I woke up to the sound of thunder and knew that it could rain, so I climbed into bed with you.

Silver: So how long do you think it will take to get this place fixed?

Silver gets a notepad and a pencil then gives them to the newcomer.

Silver: Well Luan, please make yourself at home. There are beds upstairs, and there is plenty of food, water, and cold medicine in the box in the corner over there. (she points to it)

Silver walks around looking for her stuffed cat she has misplaced.

Silver: Thank you, this cat is my most cherished possession.

Silver: My mommy gave that to me on the day I was born. I have had it ever since. My stuffed cat is the only thing I remember aside from my mommy's face.

I'm Bacon I'm Blobking. bacon went upstairs to the bathroom. she had basically been living in there. She took out some baking soda, vinegar, gasoline, a lighter, water, a mixture of methane and oxegen, a balloon, and other stuff. she first inflated the balloon with the gas mixture, coated it in gasoline, tied it to a long string, and put the weak acid and bases in an empty unused heat pack that mixes chemicals when you break the center barer.. she tied a small weight, not heavy enough to pull down the balloon, but enough to break the barrier in the icepack. she tied a fuse to the ballon, and went downstairs. i'm ready. tie this ice pack to your back. and tie this balloon around you. then go outside.

One of the hits actually managed to break through the door, big enough for a hoof to fit through. He lied on the ground, wornout, his coat was now a dark grey color and his mane was black

Frost Shard picks up Silver Wind and leaves the orphanage. She then gently takes off to fly back to Ponyville where she lands in front of her newly purchased cottage. She takes her sleeping daughter inside and lays her on the bed in her new room. She sits quietly waiting for her daughter to wake.

He felt a slight relief as she ran off, but was now worried about her well being. It didnt matter at this moment though, he had to get away before his mind completely switched over but just as he made it out of the door his body tightened, he couldnt move. His fur was now ash grey and his mane was completely black and his mind finally swapped positions.
He stretched his limbs until they started to crack That feels a lot better

He brushed his mane back with a hoof, a few strand fell onto his face, but he ignored them

miku ran over and tried open the chest HARMONY!!!!!!
A loud horn went off ne the trunk started to make a strange humming noise, slowly fading away from physical reality until it was gone completely
