Hearts warming eve is near. While some ponies visit other places, prepare for the play in canterlot, or simply enjoy being with their family, the snow starts to fall in and around ponyville.
The whole town is covered in pure white snow and a beautiful white scenery can be seen from the distance. Only the benches are not covered in snow.

This year ponyville has a "winter market". Ponies from the town, outside the town, and even from above, are setting up some Booth's to sell wares from all over the place. Hot chocolate, Apple Cider, Fresh baked bread, Glazed fruits, small presents, and even nuts, and more can be bought.

Artemis was shopping in the market for food, and spices. The comfortable looking earth pony was just wearing a hoodie and a scarf of purple. Her own purple eyes shot around, looking for anything else that she would need to buy, as she felt her saddlebag wasn't full enough.

Lusterless Nova is walking around in the main streets.
Hot Chocolate and hot Wine! Come and buy as long as it's ho~t!
Warm your cold hooves and tummy with a nice hot drink!

Teal flies down from the clouds and lands next to Nova.
I'll have a cup! Hey, is that you Nova?

Artemis' ears perked up from the voice. It was a familiar voice, but nothing that she could remember instantly. She paused, right before setting five bits down in trade for some cooking ingredients.

Nova turns around and sees teal.
Yeah. The one and only, live and in color.
He seems to be in a really good mood.

What are you doing in Ponyville? Don't you live in Canterlot now?

True. But i love to help out where i can. Some of the merchants here have too much goods. And instead of letting them stay in the falling snow i offered them to sell them for them.
And i also have something planned for Hearts warming.
So which would you like? Hot chocolate or Wine?

Hot chocolate please.
That's very kind of you Nova, I guess all the merchants up in Canterlot got big stores to stay cozy and warm in?

By using his magic, Nova sets up a improvised booth from his saddlebag and ignites a hot plate with his magic. The booth has even a roof.
Yeah. They gave me this one but it's fine.
He adds some ingredients into a small pot and starts heating some chocolate and milk up in it.

Wow Nova, that's awesome. :D
And that smells just as good!

Thanks. I added some fine powdered nuts to it.
The chocolate is heated up and Nova fills it into a cup. He puts 2 marshmallows on it and levitates it to teal.
2 Bits please.

Teal digs 2 bits out of his wings and hoofs them to the counter.
He takes the cup (mug?) of hot chocolate.

To be honest, even though i have all presents ready, i hope to get something to wear. I saw a very useful black leather robe a few days ago. It's not like i don't like my vest but it's old and i doubt i can fix it any more times.

Snowy is walking the streets with a smile on her face. She has white boots and a small, white scarf around her neck. A light blue aura surrounded her as the snow falls. Icy follows along with the same white boots and scarf as snowy. Icy's eyes are sparkling as they walk the streets. Snowy's mane and tail are glittering with snowflakes. "It doesn't get an better then this. The snow falling, the foals are playing and everypony is happy!" Icy nodded. "Yup..." as they walk, Icy watches as a mare comes from out a shop with a few bags. Icy's mouth drops at the sight. "Whoa- wait, Snowy! Look!" Snow stopped in her tracks and looks around. "What? What's going on?" "...Look real closely at the mare. What do you see?" Snow stares at the mare for a few moments. "Bags?" "Yes. Bags. Now THINK. What would those bags be for?" "...I dont know. Heart's warming-...." Icy nodded while Snow's jaw dropped. "Presents.. I-I forgot about.."    "Yup..." "But- but- when's heart's warming-" "Soon." "And I don't have any presents for-" "Anypony." Snow sighed and looks around. "I guess we aren't relaxing today, huh?" Icy sighed and nodded. "We are going to every single store in ponyville to find Moonlight, and you're friends a present!" "Icy, I dont think I have enough bits for every-" "Then fine! Since you want to be cheap, we can just find Moonlight something, BUT YOU ARE going to get him a present!" "But-" "NO BUTS! NOW LETS GO FIND SOME STUFF!" Icy runs off to the winter market and Snow follows with a sigh.

Range and Crimson both wandered around the marketplace to buy up some groceries while Price is off selling medicinal supplies to the local townfolk elsewhere. Range was wearing plenty of winterwear clothing, her body almost completely covered aside from her eyes and fractured horn, laying down on Crimson as they travel down. Crimson on the other hoof was more lightly dressed, only having on a scarf and not shivering the least bit, unlike his younger sister. They come across Nova's shop and Crimson decides to call out to him.
<Crimson> Oi there, Mr. Nova, Happy Hearths Warming Eve! I've heard of hot chocolate, but Hot Wine?

Artemis backed away from the stand she was currently at, counting the bits she had left in her little bag of money. She was oblivious to anypony around her.

Nova then hears Crimson.

Physics was walking through ponyville, his travelers cloak covering his body, keeping him warm. Physics decides to head towards the Wintermarket, having a sudden need for warm chocolate. Well I suppose I could use something warm to drink...it is cold after all... Physics says while he trots.

Who is this Nova? o.O

Nova starts to put his Booth up again. The parts fly out of his saddlebag as he uses his magic.

This is Crimson. Range's older brother.
Oh and this is teal. A good friend of mine.

Range sneezes a bit and Crimson Looks back at her

Physics arrives at the winter market. So this is the place? Not too shaby... Physics says to himself, taking the sight in for himself. Physics goes to order some hot chocolate for himself.

For you no problem crimson, but may i ask how old you are range?
Nova heats up the heater and prepares some ingredients.

Teal sips his hot chocolate.

Range kinda chuckles a bit when Nova asks.
<Range> Ha, I never though anypony would even bother asking about my age anymore; guess they just concider me a filly. Anyways, Age 18, Nova.

It's just part of the routine. If anypony looks too young i have to ask. Come to think of it i was never asked when i bought alcohol since i was 16. Not that i bought it for drinking but still. ((<--True Story)) 
So anyway. I have some flavors. Would you like Raspberry, Pair or some hot apple cider?

<Range> Hmmm... Pear would be fine, please.
<Crimson> Apple Cider for me. So, how much will that be, Nova? *He starts looking through his saddlebag.*

Nova heats up some Apple Cider and some pair wine.

Crimson pulls out 4 bits and sets them down on the counter.
<Range> Heh, well, from what I've heard it was a genetic defect that affected many aspects of my body, one of the side affects being my height. Most of it I don't mind... but, the fact I can't produce offspring with another offspring has been rather nerve wreaking... I mean, I can go into heat, I just can't produce hormones and my body never gone through puberty. I could TRY, but therapy sessions are rather costly, and I really don't have the coin to even have a child.

um...uh...um....
Teal sips more his hot chocolate looking nervous from the awkward answer he received.

Nova just listens and keeps his usual calmness.
You should consider adoption if you ask me. There is also the possibility of... ah forget it.
The drinks are heated up and he fills them into mugs. He levitates them to crimson and range.

She takes a small bit of silence to visualize everything, her fantasy life as she see's it flashing through her mind.

<Crimson> *He pushes the 4 bits over to Nova and takes both cups* Thank you kindly!

Range tries to levitate her cup over to herself, but Crimson refused to release his field of magic.

<Range> Come ooooooon Crimson, I can-
<Crimson> With that broken horn? No you can't.
<Range> Yes I-
<Crimson> Nope.
Range starts giggling a little bit.
<Range> C'mon, I know my horn's busted, but that doesn't mean I can't-

The both of them starts to burst out into laughter as Crimson set down both mugs, afraid he might drop them.

Teal smiles and giggles.
It's good to hear you doing well. I've been very good, things are very well and everypony's happy. ^-^

And i have a fiancee and a daughter. I also moved to canterlot and was promoted to first Lieutenant. Aside from my almost ruined vest i am doing better then ever.

<Range> Nice to hear everypony's been doin alright. And come on Crimson, I can hold my own mug.
Crimson chuckles a bit
<Crimson> Alright alright, but don't come crying to me when your start complaining of headaches. Doctor's orders where to-
<Range> Wait wait wait, Doctor? What Doctor?
Crimson points to himself and Range looked at him funny, as if he were some weird stranger she just met.
<Range> You are not a doctor; you haven't even been LICENSED Yet!
They both start laughing.
<Crimson> Whatever, I'm the best you got! Well... then again... there's also Zecora. She's more talented, but whatever, just drink your wine!
Range starts to snicker when she levitates her mug over and takes a sip, letting out a small sigh.

Just a idea but you know that she can use her hooves to hold a mug do you?

Crimson and Range had to think about it for a second till it finally hits them.
<Both> Ohhhhhh, Right,
<Crimson> I usually keep forgetting that... So used to practicing magic and Alchemy that I haven't been using my hooves for much of anything but walking...  Bad habit, but I think it runs in the familly; I remember Dad never really used his hooves for anything. Heh, well, of course, aside from-
<Range> Crimson, I'm going to have to remind you that we have kids running around that could read(Hear) us. Not only that, but please don't ever make that joke; It's just plain tasteless.

Nova facehoofs as he sees the reaction of Crimson and Range. Then he regains his usual attitude.

<Crimson> Sounds like a fun idea. If it's alright, we could try bringing Price over, try to get him familiar with the town. He might be a little awkward at times; he doesn't really know muich about equine manors, but it's good to see he's trying.

Range takes another sip of her wine while Crimson takes in a large gulp.

Jenzy starts to head towards the "winter shop" that was in town...

The more the merrier. It will be a event in the park.
Bring the presents you want to give each other with you.

Flame and Ice walk to the winter shop to see what they are selling

Jenzy checks around to see the merchandise in the winter shop as well as what's happening.

Crimson and Range both takes up their mugs
<Crimson> Guess we'll continue shopping and head on home to rest. Nice meeting you Mr.Teal. I could take the time to get to know you better, but I think Range doesn't wanna be out here any more than she's been out.
Another sneeze under her clothing was heard, then a sniffle.
<Range> Yeah, I'd just rather be in Madness's home... just us two... alone... wrapped around in his evergrowing warmth, falling asleep together...
Crimson chuckled and started moving on.

Bloom smiled warmly as she stood behind her small stand. There were flowers covering it. Poinsettias of red, white, and pink were the dominant flower there, but there were also little bundlles of mistletoe lying on the table as well. They were tied with red, white, and pink ribbons. Silverdust -a plant with silvery "dust" on it- and roses lined the edge of the table. "Flow~ers! For two bi~its!" she said in a melodious voice.

Jenzy walks to the flower stand...
Ooh... Flowers. They all look pretty amazin' :3
To himself, he said
Hmm... I could give some to Blaze. Heh... Maybe, or just something for the dining room tables would be nice...

"Thanks...Would you like any?"

He looked around again on the table, thought, then said,
I'd like 2 roses, 2 poinsettias, a mistletoe... and, uh, a 2 silverdust.

Bloom starts picking out the specified flowers while she asks, "And would you like them pre-arranged? With the mistletoe separate?"

Oh yeah, sure. That'd be nice. ^-^

"Oka-wait." She paused, remembering something, (Agh, I forgot to ask for specifications again! This is why I'm not the front desk mare...)
"Uh, what colour for the roses and poinsettias? Red I assume?" she asked sweetly, effectively hiding her slight irritation at herself.

Oh yeah, I didn't say the colors... Assorted would be alright, I guess.

"Okay."  ^-^ She get together white roses and red poinsettias. Bloom tied them into a bouquet along with the silverdust and some other leaves. "Five bits please~" She levitated the mixed and mini mistletoe bouquet in front of Jenzy.

Star was walking around in ponyville with a red scarf  and ear muffs on This snow is amazing I wonder if anypony will have a snowball fight with me  :D that would be awesome i need to find some pony for that

Artemis had exited the market, her saddlebags completely full. She ha a scarf an light grey hoodie on.

Artemis stopped to respond. "Uh.. Hi?" The purple scarfed pony replied. She may as well make a new friend, or 'acquaintance' as she called them.

"Well, uh.." Her face, for a second, had the look of indiscriminable thought. "Pretty much.." She wouldn't travel to Hollow Shades to say hello to her inner family, didn't live near any of her close friends, or true friends, and was alone in her dinky, small home that she rented. "Yeah."

well i can be your friend if that is alright with you Star looked at her concerned I love meeting new ponies and i love making them smile even more  :) Star got really excited

She merely smiled for a brief second, or two. The earth pony seemed quite mundane. "Well.. Ok." Her voice was hoarse, and dry, almost monotonous as she spoke.

so your name is with the night i love history of ancient races it so interesting but still not as fun as playing with others   :D

Physics was trotting around the winter shop, wondering what gifts he should get and for which pony should he give them too.
Defiantly one for Stella...defiantly one for Irina, Zappy and Jenzy should get something too... Physics says to himself.

Nova is at the market and hooves out flyers to the passing ponies.

Physics see's Nova and approaches him. Hey Nova. Physics says, taking a flyer for himself. What brings you to town? Physics asks, knowing that Nova had moved to Canterlot recently.

Nova turns to physics and greets him with a smile.

Canterlot has some shops that need help over the holidays. I am selling their goods, handing out flyers, and doing something on my own.
This is one of mine.

The flyer says:
Big event tomorrow on Hearts Warming Eve.
Bring your friends and presents.
Free food and drinks.

Makes sense I guess... Physics says to himself. So may I ask what this "big event" is then? Physics asks Nova, curiosity can be heard in his voice.

That depends on the mare-friend and the filly.
If you tell me something about them i might have a idea.

Well my marefriend Irina is very work focused, though not to much that she doesn't have a personal life. And as for Stella, she's caring, and willing to put other ponies before her...She also has a sweet tooth. Physics tells Nova. Good enough of a description for you? Physics asks.

Stella is a easy one. How about you bake her some self made cookies? I happen to have a easy chocolate chip cookie and a spekulatius recipe in my vest.
Irina sounds difficult though. Aside from just you being with her how about you go on a trip together? How about a vacation or a good old treasure hunt? Or maybe something that helps her with her work?

I guess I could try my hoof at cooking, not going to be great, but I'll assume it won't be horrible. And Irina works at a asylum, so I don't think I can help her with her work, so I guess the trip is the best thing I can go with... Physics says.

I could borrow you one of my familiars to help you with cooking.

That could work, I rather not mess up my gift for Stella... Physics says,  not wanting to disappoint Stella.

The recipes are on the paper. If you want to summon my familiar hawk just break the cube. He will instruct you and help you out if it should become necessary.

Range and Crimson finally return home and Range lies down in front of the fireplace, being sure to remove all of her clothing first. After a while, she finally picks herself up and takes her studies into the living room today, alongside with Crimson's studies. The both of them began discussing about the party and what gifts should they bring.

No thanks. What i am preparing is something special and if i would allow too much help it would just spoil the surprise.

I don't think she knows yet. I sent a letter, but I haven't heard back yet.

Having made her order, and getting it, she sat down at a table for two, but instead non-chalantly kicking the chair to another, making it look like somepony hadn't scooted it in. There was a cup of hot cocoa, and a plain old sugar cookie on the table.

She'd never celebrated Hearts Warming Eve before and still wasn't sure what it was about, but her metalworks booth and some chatter were sure to fill her in. Spotting her booth, she set up shop with her wares: silver, gold, and metal bells that were silver and gold plated for those with smaller coin purses decoraated with intricate engravings with some help from her kirin roommate, sets of painted tin ball decorations, metal wreaths painted to mtch real ones, blunt toy alluminum swords and armor sets, some various metal sculptures, and some other various nick-knacks. She'd even comissioned a festive-looking smither's apron from Rarity. All set up, she picked up one of the golden bells and began ringing.

after spending some time with the princesses the captain left them without saying anything, so that celestia and luna could celebrate the holiday together, as the captain walked back through canterlot and headed back to ponyville the captain had arranged for a special trip on the train to get back and so he did and after the ride back to ponyville the captain walked back to his home where he would spend the rest of this holiday alone

In front of Rad rises a light wall and a ring is on top of it.

*Rad zips through each ring as the came to them. When he comes to the wall, he flies up, closes his wings, vaults off the wall with his front hooves and through the ring*

The light changes and a zig zag course appears. It ends with a looping and a helix pillar at the end

*Rad followed the course closely and through the tunnels. He clipped his hoof on the tunnel while coming out of the helix*

Nova charges some more mana and a speed course appears. It starts high and has a long fall. Arrows show that the light tunnel have to be flown through fast.

*the cone sharpens and Rad begins to penetrate it. As he reaches the last ring, a loud bang is heard, followed by a red lightning bolt streaking through the sky*
