What are seaponies? Are they supposed to be like hippocampi? I've never seen them in the show, and I've seen every episode.

As of now, Seaponies are not canon with MLP FIM, they have been seen in previous MLP content however.

Nobody said that seaponies become pegasi on land, so no Alicorns are not sea ponies.

He is a regular pegasus. When I posted the seapony version of I clearly said "It's a tease of my OC". It was just for fun, he's not an actual seapony.

No G4 seapony toys yet, otherwise MLP Arena would know by now. They're usually the ones who always find toys first. There is a book coming out though.
