I'd assume an empty coffee pot and a desktop picture background with some kind of depth trick, which probably doesn't help me understand it since I have a minor depth perception problem with my eyes. ovO

^you have to move your eyes around a bit, the ones you aren't looking directly at leave trace images that make them seem to move.
