So today school ended and I came out of school. ERMAHGERD, THE RAIN WAS SO HEAVY.

It was so heavy my shoes got completely wet inside and out, and it was wet and squishy all the way. My clothes got wet too and I'm hanging them to dry -.-
The winds were also so strong that my umbrella broke o.o

At least the things in my bag didn't get wet. Good job bag :D

I haven't really had a bad rainy day as I actually don't mind walking through the rain if it isn't thundering. It's always sort of refreshing the nice clean air and cool water. x3

Unless it's really cold out then it's not fun anymore...

Summer, 2011, In the middle of Nowhere.
Job: Tree planting

It started to rain, really much. And it's was quite cold day.
The water drops were huge. And it was really windy. And I mean, really windy.
And of course I didn't have any sort of rain clothing.

So I sat under a tree. I was wet and cold.
I sat threre for few hours because the killed the motivation to plant completly.
When we got to the car, we had to wait there for about 30 minutes so the rest of the group is in the car.
And then an hour to get back home.

The only things that stayed dry was my socks.

Like, the rain was so heavy here it started mini-flooding. Only half a cm high though.

It almost never rains here, and when it does, it's always pretty light.

I hate it. >:/

It rained so hard that my high school got marshy. Huge puddles in the courtyard.

Once in middle school during winter, it rained overnight. The whole next day, everything had a layer of ice. Roads, grass, trees, bushes, roofs, etc. The layer on the grass was thick. It was like the grass had icicles. It crunched when you walked in the grass. After school, I picked some grass and threw it at the sidewalk to shatter it. Even the grass blades broke.

Have to cycle trough that kind of rain almost everyday.

England? I hear it rains a lot there. Even the English joke about it.

Funny seeing this now. It's raining as I type this. lol

Once, I went to a lecture and my friend and I had to walk down this hallway that was pitch dark because it was so gloomy and rainy outside. It was so scary! We were just waiting for some creep to jump out with a chainsaw lol

I don't really have situations like that because when it rains on me like that I say buck it and I start messing around under the rain. :3

Recently, when I was out riding my bike with a cousin it started raining just like in those pictures Deviant posted. It was AWESOME! B)

When I got home it was as if I'd jumped in a pool! lol

almost had to walk home in hail once, but fortunately light hail and not giant golf ball sized

I think it rained for 2 days straight at one point here. it turned the creek into a river with a waterfall for awhile. It was pretty cool to watch next time I need to record it, the water actually got pretty close to the house but our house is on a hill so it's usually fine o_o

I could make so many "heavy rain" game references right now. ovO Anyways I could relate to this thread, once I had to work and then guess what....Rain...My head and clothes was soaked along with my shoes. Mud and water everywhere on the floors with each step I took.  ovO

I've been trying not to mention Heavy Rain as well. lol

I don't own a PS3 but Pewd's just finished playing it (With the best ending). Man, such a good game...

I love rainy days like that because how often do you get to be completely soaked while wearing clothes?? o 3 o

Here's the logic of rain for where I live.
It rains only when you are outside and when you go inside, the rain goes away
Or when they say in the news that a thunderstorm is coming but never heard one when they said it. Only heavy rain.

And for thunderstorms... It's only at night, between 9pm and 4am, when its not announced and it wakes you up.

Those things are just annoying. :l

Okay, let me reiterate that... The rain made the water up to my ankle at some points.
Normally when it rains here, even when it's heavy rain, it doesn't flood until that much.

Well, we had a huge drought here, and then it started flooding in the nearby city. It was fun. My cat thought there was fish in our backyard and started trying to catch its own reflection.  :P  Only when there was hail that it was unbearable...
