Rules
As some of you have not been in any of my RPs before, I'd like to use a bit more detail in the rules.
1.Forum rules
2.No power playing or god modding
3.No double moves-What this means is no posting a post with an attack before the one you're attacking reacts.
Here's an example of how it (typically) happens:
Ally 1 hits Enemy 1 with a fireball.
Ally 2 hits Enemy 1 with a kick.
Ally 1 hits Enemy 1 with a second fireball.
^ See that? Mask That is EXACTLY what I DON'T want. If you do this, your second attack will be ignored.
4.Avoid overblown, extreme or "instant-win" abilities. I do NOT want to see someone summon a meteor to crash into the planet or use a giant magic lazer beam to obliterate someone or hitting them 35 times in the blink of an eye with a sword. Harpoon If you fight like this, I will either tell you to tone it down or I will use more power than YOU.
5.Finally....just.....PLEASE. Know I am just ONE person and that it can become VERY hard for me to post if everyone is posting one Yeast after the other every second. This isn't really a rule, more a request. #5 is please don't post too fast.

With the rules out of the way lets move on to the Story. Here is a summary.
Zappy, a young changeling gifted with a unique magic that is augmented with lightning, was given a home amongst ponies in Ponyville. After being told he wasn't safe anywhere, he ran off into the Everfree forest. The ponies that cared for him chased after him, along with some other ponies.

Please note, if your character doesn't know Zappy, it's probably best if your just wandering the forest, instead of just "magically knowing Zappy as a friend"

I'm going to go ahead and say the ponies that were following Zappy have lost him, say they've been in the forest about 30 minutes now.

ALL the ponies that followed Zappy are in a small clearing in the forest. You may do whatever, whether it be planning, worrying or even crying. ( lol )
ALL OTHER ponies can show up how they like (unless it's something dumb like crashing a plane).

(( Finally! I've been wondering when this would be up. Anywho. ))
Arca had gotten a bit lost as she walked blindly in a large circle, silenced with anxiety of what could jump out at her. She was trying to find where the others had gone.

((I was lazy and wanted to play Video games all weekend, plus I had to mow the yards. Yes two yards, a back and front, in Florida, in early autumn....))

(( Oh, I see. Laziness can get the best of us. ))

Moonlight trotted around the everfree. I can't believe I lost him He tried calling out. Zappy!..Zappy!..Come on out its me Moonlight!

Arca was frightened by the shout, but she soon recognized the voice. She attempted to follow it, and she did so nervously, too.

Moonlight sighed when he got no response and tried once more. Zappy!..It's me Moonlight!..Come on out so we can go home!

((I'm pretty sure Rad followed Nova, I wonder if they haven't noticed this RP yet. :\ Then again Rad's AFK and Nova seems too busy with his discussion))

Arca's horn flashed once, and an orb appeared from the air. It was a small white light, and it began to circle around as Arca's eyes shut. It carefully wandered towards Moonlights voice, in the general area, but not in sight. The young mare sat silently, and stealthily as she manipulated the orb, which neared Moonlight.
(( Yeah. They'll come soon, I'm sure. ))

Moonlight kept trotting along recognizing most of the area from when he first found his console and hi calling in life. You would think constant trips back here for parts would make this so much easier  he thought

((might as well join, I feel a need for combat and chasing ponies!))
Physics followed Moonlight, the chase was just so sudden that Physics didn't consider not following him.
MOONLIGHT! *teleporting closer* Who are you! *teleport* chasing? Physics asked, his voice getting quieter every time he got closer.

The orb bumped into Moonlight, and gave off a small tingling sound as it watched him carefully. It slowly began to float around his head.

I'm not chasing anypony..Im trying to find a friend that ran away. Moonlight felt something bump him but ignored it then noticed the orb around his head. Where did this come from?

Nova can be seen running though the everfree. He is accompanied by 3 ghost hawks.
(I have to find him)

Maybe I can help? What does this friend look like?

The orb stopped infront of Moonlight. [glow=black,2,300]"I thought I heard you.. Did you find him?"[/glow] It sounded somewhat like Arca's voice, but different in a way.

Moonlight eyed the orb then answered No I haven't he then turns to Physics. It'd be better if only his friends look for him he said starting to walk off.

[glow=black,2,300]"I'll catch up with you."[/glow] The orb went dormant, but still followed Moonlight. Arca stood up, and began to follow the signature of her spell. Se was still anxious of what was to come.

Fine, fine, have it your way... Physics starts to wander off, a sad look on his face, after getting out of Moonlights line of sight, he casted a invisibility spell, and started following Moonlight without his knowing.

Nova stops after a while. He is panting from exhaustion.
I have... to find him.
The hawks spread and search the area for vlues while nova takes a break.

Someplace close by, Zappy's cloak is left hanging off a low tree branch, ripped up to the point of being useless.

((Most likely Nova's hawks would find it))

One of Nova's hawks spots the Cloak. It flies to it and searches for clues.

Physics hears the sounds of a hawk flapping it's wings, but theirs something...off about the sound, sounds somewhat...magical maybe? Physics sneaks off to investigate it. After following the sound Physics walks up to a tree and spots the cloak.

The only thing found on the cloak is bits of slime, it looks a bit browner in color than Zappy's slime.

The hawk took the cloak but before it took of again it noticed something nearby and looked around.
I know you are here. Show yourself.

Don't I...know you, you're voice sounds familiar...and the invisibility should wear off in 3...2...1...OH COME O- Physics invisibility wears off N!...Oh their we go.

You again. Look. Usually i would love to talk with you but right now i don't have time for that.
The hawk took the cloak and flew back to nova.

Arca soon stepped out of the forest, and onto the path. She caught up to Moonlight, but before she could say anything, the orb turned red. [glow=black,2,300]"Oh no.."[/glow]

HEY! My friend need that cloak to find his friend! Physics yelled, using his telekinesis to grab the bird, not grabbing the cloak since he didn't want to rip it.

Nova can notice the rips in the cloak are tears (not crying, like a tear in a sheet of paper) instead of rips. It suggests Zappy was captured.

the 2 other hawks came out of nowhere.

Hawk A: Is held by Physics telekinesis
Hawk B: Flies to hawk A and grabs the cloak and flies away.
Hawk C: Flies to Physics and flies around him. occasionally it touches him with the edge of his wing. ((do damage or cut's))

HAHA..stopHAHAHATHAT! IT TICKLES! Physics Screamed as the bird touched him with it's feathers.
HEHEHEHEY! GET HA! BACK HEREHAHAHA! Physics cried out laughing, Alerting Moonlight to his location from shear loudness.

Hawk A and C vanished. Hawk b flew away to Nova.
((he can be followed))
Nova took a closer look at the Cloak.
This is just my fault.

Physics chases after the birds. MOONLIGHT! COME QUICK! I THINK THIS BIRD SNATCHED SOMETHING THAT COULD HELP YOU! Physics screamed as loud as he could trying to get Moonlights attention.
Physics starts telekinetically threw rocks at the Bird B. (yes this is a attack)

The hawk dodged the rocks and kept flying.
I don't have time for you!

Moonlight knew whose hawks those were and let it go.

Physics gave up on trying to hit a airborne target, and decided to follow the bird until it landed or went to someone on ground.

The hawk reached nova. He took the cloak and looked at Physics. The hawk landed on Nova's shoulder.

Arca stared at Physics, attempting to recognize him. She stayed silent.

Physics panted, already exsasuted by the short run. Give that *gasp* to Moonlight *gasp* he needs it *gasp* to find his *gasp* friend. Physics legs collapsed, he rested on his stomach, tired from the experience already. Celestia I need to work out more...

Nova..if anyone can track Zappy down it's you he thought to himself while continuing forward.

Arca remained silent as she watched Physics, moving on. She kept her eyes straight, and a wand appeared in the air.

Vick's eyes could be seen from a tree "Psssst... Guys" He whispers

(Somepony notice :D)

Then good luck taking it away from me. I need it too.
His voice sounds just like the hawk's voice.

MOONLIGHT NEEDS IT TO FIND HIS FRIEND! Physics screamed. Would you be so selfish to not let him find his friend! Physics yelled.

Right now, I am. This happened because of me. This is why i can't let you have that cloak.
Nova stood up and walked away.

"GUYS!" Vick loudly whispers. and popped back down the tree.

What do you want vick?
Nova's mood was worse then usual as he spotted vick.

Physics jumps up into a offensive stance. Give me, or Moonlight the cloak, or I'll attack. Said Physics, trying his hardest to sound intimidating through his physical exhaustion.

[glow=black,2,300]"He's practically his father, you know.."[/glow] Arca was getting annoyed by the screaming pony.

Nova turned his head to Physics.
If you attack, you'll leave me no other choice but to fight.

((Question is Arca near Physics and Nova? I'm kinda confused))
LOOK! I'm *gasp* trying to help my new friend*pant* find his old friend, can you just please help? Physics begged, knowing he would lose any straight up conflict.

Nova thought for a while.
...Fine. I will wait for moonlight here.

"We have no hard feelings against Zappy. I just wanna help. :3" Vick explains.

I think I better alert him.
Physics attacks the air!
Physics uses FireBall!

(( Oh, no. Near Moonlight. Void that. ))

((The air catches fire! It spreads and the whole world burns! ovO That could never happen. x3))

Very suddenly, the sound of running can be heard nearby.

Vick has better hearing than all of them and his eyes open wide "Whats that?" She asks

Something runs past a nearby bush really fast, making it rustle.

Nova sends two hawks to where the rustle came from.

Nova's hawks can see 3 changelings rushing somewhere on hoof.

That Moonlight? I can't tell through this forest!

"Is it Zappy Nova?!" Vick asked wanting to help.

Changelings.
I will leave some hints behind. Tell moonlight to follow them.
Nova turns himself invisible and follows the changelings.

Physics also turns invisible, and starts following the Changelings aswell.

Vick smiles and Chagred without a sound

((Yes you are supposed to follow the changelings. Stealth is a good idea))

The changelings continue running, they seem to be heading for a mountain.

((That edit was....unnecessary Vick....truly unnecessary....))

The changelings come to a cave entrance and slow to a walk as they enter. It's very dark but a blue light can be seen in the back of the cave.

Physics closes up the distance between him and the Changelings, trying to hear something, if anything at all of what they were saying.

Nova uses a illusion spell and makes himself look like a changeling. He walks in with the other changelings.

The changelings are not saying anything. They don't even notice another changeling with them (Nova).
They enter the area of blue light at the back, entering into what looks like a big tunnel system with changelings all over the place. The three that were followed head down a large tunnel right in the middle.

Nova sticks with the changelings and remembers the path.

Arca begins to follow the shouts of the ponies. She doesn't catch up much.

Physics continues to follow the changelings, being un-phased by the hive infront of his eyes, having delt with several infiltraitors back in his illegal scroll runner days. Physics invisibility spell fails.

Some of the changelings (not any of them three being followed) notice Physics.
"Hey! How did a pony get in here?!"
In a matter of seconds, Physics is swarmed by so many changelings he would've only had time to mutter half a word before being hit and subdued.

((I ask that no one else reveals themselves, it'll damage the plot))

((But I have a AoE spell that would be perfect for a swarm  DD: But fine, I'll go KO'd for now.))

Vick hears the swams of the changeling scum. He is WAY to smart to just waltz in there and kick flank. Vick hides in a near by bush.

(Should We warn the otheres? Vick thinks to himself)
(Yes this is a question.)

Arca nears the foot of the mountain, barely getting a glimpse of the cave.

((an aoe spell would also hurt your comrades))
Nova in his changeling disguise helps the changeling attack. He doesn't put much violence in it though.

((I promise you that you'll get to fight soon(er or later) but for now just stick with the plot))

The changelings slime Physics so he can't move, much like being tied up only tighter. A few of them carry him down the tunnel the other three went down.
It comes to a chamber with a very large pile of cushions in royal colors. The cushion at the top being a regal purple. Nothing sits at the top of the cushions but a large changeling, one that held Nova hostage before, is in the room in front of the pile.
The three changelings address the large one.
"We are scouts! We bring info on the pony town!" Speak it. (Kinda don't remember his personality)
"The local populace is mostly harmless, most seem to be ignorant of the world around them. The smart ones are the dangerous ones, but it should be easy to take them out."
The large changeling forms a grin on his face. Our queen will be pleased to hear this, good work. And what is that?
The changelings with Physics throw him on the ground in front of the large changeling.

Gets flies out of the bush and goes to tell the others.

Physics wakes up in the goop, and starts to struggle against it, to no avail.
((can I still use magic))

Vick gets to the remainding ponies; Moonlight and Arca "Guys! There a cave with tons of changelings! They got Nova and Physics!" Vick explains not too loudly.

Arca watches the orange Pegasi jump out, recognizing him quickly.

((Nope, your completely helpless Gods. All you can do is talk. And when I say slime, I like to think of it as dried glue, it's tough to get off and get rid of but use the right stuff (in this case changeling acid or fire) will get it off))

The large changeling grins more and chuckles maniacally.
Perfect.....hehe.... The large changeling says. He then gets a very pained look on his face.
He turns and heads around the large pile of cushions. The changelings still in the room look nervous and scurry out of the room like they're afraid of something.

I know begging won't do me any good, you'll just turn me into a love farm either way...But wait a minute? I think I remember you! Yea that's right! I robbed you half a year ago! Celestia you were easy target, I'm honestly ashamed now that you managed to catch me this time, being the massive failures that you lot are! Said Physics, knowing he had almost no chance of escape, and he wanted his last words to be something memorable.

Nova acts like the changelings around him to prevent being suspicious.

((Too bad all the changelings were gone when Physics said all that ovO Anyone else wanna add reactions or anything before the queen shows up? Those changelings seemed pretty scared of their own queen.))

((that's what i meant. It would be suspicious if Nova just walked out with his usual serious attitude.))

((I was saying that to the large changeling, I was insulting him personally))

A moment later, the big changeling comes back. He stands in front of Physics.
[glow=black,2,300]Best prepare yourself, for you are about to experience a horror like none other.... >:/
All prepare to welcome the greatest majesty![/glow] he shouts.
Dozens of Changelings rush into the room in specified locations and spots, none of them anywhere near the pile of cushions. They form a circle around most of the room, with a few near the middle like they stand on the sides of a royal carpet.
((Okay, screw color for the big changeling.))

((only a side note. Instead of "Jump in" you should rename this to "private rp". Things will get messy if new ponies jump in all of the sudden))

"That was some other hive..."

No, no, I remember you! Your mug is uglier then the rests, I remember your ugly, putrid, awful face, and your awful breath too, I can smell it from here! Come on! Un-tie, I can take you, ya coward. Physics was grinning cockily wanting his last moments to be awesome.

Nova in his changeling disguise looks around for zappy.

Zappy isn't anywhere to be seen.
The large changeling glares at Physics.
"SILENCE OR I WILL STOMP YOUR BODY INTO A USELESS MANGLED MESS OF DIRT!"
He shakes his head and looks up to the pile of cushions. It looks like Zappy is up there now, sitting on a red pillow beside the large regal purple one. He looks terrified and constantly looks behind him. >.<

Vick sighs "Fine, Well go it alone" Vick said and ran way toward the cave.

((Teal can we please call in the entire company? If we do what will YOU do?))

((I'll allow you to do that, but not yet. I'll let you know when. By the way, I hope you brought extra radios ovO))

Physics notices the purple chaneglings. Physics suprises the entire crowd around him, and hogs a luggie at the the large changeling.
What's wrong embarrassing you in front of mommy? You won't kill me, if you could, you would have you by now, besides, you'd never hurt a member of Celestia's royal court, I turn out dead, the royal guard WILL hunt you all down. Said Physics bluffing as hard as he could looking towards the already scared crowd of Changelings  Right now you just might get the dungeon, with me dead, executions for all of you .

Arca slowly followed him. She wasn't sure about him.

((We can go get some. Let Vick ponder wheather thats a good idea so that we aren't "Ghosting"))

((Just say you have more radios, in case I decide to have a changeling slime one of them. Also Gods.....where did you see me say "purple changelings"? :o))

Zappy shoots his attention straight forward and ceases to move. He looks extremely nervous.
A pair of changeling hooves grab the regal purple pillow and pull, revealing the changeling queen. She's.....
Incredibly small. The queen is the size of a toddler, smaller than Zappy! She sits down on the pillow and looks around the room at the changelings, then at Physics. "THAT'S our practice dummy?" she says in loud, obnoxiously girly voice. ".....yes...." the large changeling says. The queen sighs. "Fine...." she huffs.

Physics looks at the Queen So YOU'RE the leader around here? That must be why these guys managed to catch me, a little girl, Queen or otherwise is a MUCH better leader then this big lug here.

The queen throws some metal 8 pointed star at Physics that hits him in the face. It hurts a lot, like a whip.

(If this goes on he really will get killed. Let's see...)
Nova looks around and starts to think of a plan.

Physics screams at the hit. B-but your highness, I was respecting you. I wa-as just saying how much of a b-be-better leader you are then big tall and ugly over here. I-if my comment about y-your size offended you, m-my apologies. Says Physics more fear in his voice towards the small Queen then had when talking with the large Changeling, also a subtle insult to him as well.

The queen chuckles a bit.
"He's a perfect target! So mean and nasty but weak and helpless at the slightest bit of pain!" lol ovO
"Come! Let us go to the main chamber and see how strong Thunder Pike is!" It's Zappy. :s
"What was that Thunder?" Nothing. :D Zappy fakes a smile.
The queen hops down from the cushion with Zappy following behind her. The large changeling grabs Physics and drags him behind them.

(I can't turn invisible now. Some of them would notice it right away. ... Hope this works)
Nova casts a spell which is hidden by his illusion. A sound comes from the other corner of the cave and a dark silhouette is seen moving around.

It's not at the pain, it's just that you, unlike the rest of these idiots, are actually worthy of fear. Physics says, lying to try to save the performance he made earlier from falling flat due to the show of weakness he just presented.

Spit spit! SPIT! Vick thought.

The queen just smiles more at the comment from Physics. (Gods I don't know if your trying to save your skin or your dignity lol)
Some of the changelings notice the silhouette.
"Look! A pony!"
The queen turns her attention over to the changelings. "Where?" she asks. "Over there!"
The queen looks to the silhouette. "What are you just standing there for? Get it!"
A ton of the changelings charge off to the silhouette, leaving a few behind.
"Do you wish to follow it as well?" the large changelings asks. "No, it's one pony. Let us continue to the main chamber."
The queen, Zappy and the large changeling continue to the main chamber.
Upon reaching it, the large changeling tosses Physics into the center of the room.

Vick was in a little fit of victory of want he hear in the cave.

The moment the changelings were distracted Nova turned invisible and followed the queen's group.

The silhouette turned out to be nothing but one of their own comrades surrounded by some darkness. (Poor little changeling)

Physics fell with a grunt.
You said I'm target practice right? Well it's only Lug Nut over here, I should be able to take what ever he throws at me. Tartarus, with how small his brain is he'll probably miss me! Said Physics, sticking his tongue out at the large changeling.

:o :I o_O o_o DD: >:O ((changeling reactions to mistaking a changeling for a pony))

Zappy stares at Physics.
"What are you waiting for Thunder Pike? Go down to him and show us some of your power!"
Zappy looks at the queen, who gives him a glare which makes him shudder and rush down to Physics.
He stands in front of Physics, then looks at the queen. "WE'RE WAAAAAIIITTTING!" she shouts.
Zappy looks at Physics.

This one's to small to hurt me! I think you better get some soldiers, all you have with you are a chil... hatchling, a big idiot, and yourself! Physics grinned, taking the anger he was getting from the large one in strides.

Nova watches the scene.
(Don't do it zappy)

((please give me a sign before/if you actually use your powers on him))

((Calm down guys! Yes Vick you can sneak in! Nova you will get to do something before Zappy does something!))

Zappy >.<
He charges the tiniest bit of magic in his horn and leans in close to Physics.
Run. he whispers.
Zappy spits a bit of acid on the slime covering Physics. It burns the slime away but just feels like warm water to Physics.

((Physics you are free to run or fight, everyone else, as I stated in the rules, please be a bit kind to me. I know after my next post things are gonna get hectic fast))

Physics takes a short moment before realizing what happened, he grins a vicious, almost predatory grin. He aims his horn at the most obvious target in the room, the large changeling. He knew his fireball spell would have no affect on a changeling of this size, so he aims at his mind.
Physics attacks big lug! (My nickname for the large changeling)
Physics uses Madness! (A KO spell done via telepathy mind overload)

(Sorry) Vick maned up and sped in without a sound.

((okay was probably wrong about Nova being able to do something before Zappy but....whatever...Big Lug's not a bad name by the way. Faster to type than large changeling.))

Big Lug's eyes go wide, then he shuts them and grabs his head screaming in pain.
The queen looks at him in shock.
Zappy pushes Physics a bit. I told you to run! >A<

Vick sees the whole thing MMMMM! (Thought) He wanted to fight so bad but the odds were against him.

Just need a distraction! Explained Physics, darting from his position running to the main hallway, he was meet with the sight of a large group of changelings who were (thankfully) facing away from him still angry/confused/etc by Nova's distraction. Physics quickly goes invisible, making it impossible to spot him, he slowly moves, trying to not make any noise, lest he be caught again.

Nova stays in the room. Without letting him notice he walks up to zappy.

Vick watches planing and shaping many things in his head.

The queen looks at Zappy.
"Thunder Pike! Why did you let that pony escape!? What did you do?! Thunder Pike! Answer me!" >:O
Zappy just ignores the queen, looking to the ground with his eyes shut. A few tears leak out.
More tears come as magic starts to build up in his horn.
Goodbye.... :c

Nova puts a hoof on zappy's shoulder.
Did you already forgot what i taught you?
Our powers aren't meant for destruction...

Physics turns to the Changeling who just saved him...he couldn't leave him behind, the boy was too young and he owed him for saving him. Physics teleports back, bumping Zappy, preparing to take a attack from the queen that never came. Hey Queen you know when I said you were scary? I lied.
Physics targets The Queen! (or atleast the area near her, Physics subconsciously won't hurt a child)
Physics uses Fireball!

Vick smiles and come up with a plan, so long as this works.

Zappy stops with a gasp and looks to where Nova's hoof is, only he can't see him.

The queen screams like a little girl and runs off. She runs outside the cave.

Nova slowly turns visible.

You ok kid? Physics asks Zappy.
Physics jumps back from Nova's sudden appearance. Were did YOU come from?

This MUST be a trick Vick says in his mind.

Zappy looks awestruck. He stutters to speak.
Th..th-they exist to... protect our friends... and.... those we believe in.

You just keep making me proud every time you know?
Nova patted Zappy's head.
Let's get out of here. Together.

Vick jumps down "Well that was pretty awesome" Vick said ready and alert to attack.

uh...um....how?
That few seconds of talking was enough time for about a hundred changelings to form a defensive wall at all exits and tunnels.

((forgot in the last post, Vick you may call the company now! :D))

Nova turns to the changelings.
He took a Gemstone out of his vest.
We break through.

Physics saw the changelings, he knew what to do. Great, you morons are back, we can take you, after all, Big Lug right their went down to me, in a second, and your little Queen aready ran off, and that was just me, I got 2 more ponies and a Changeling here to back me up, you really wanna take us on? Physics Says. Roll for intimidation.

Big Lug seems to be gone, he may have run off with the queen.

Want to know why Big Lug bodies aint here? Physics shot a fire ball into the cealing, it's explosion being far more flashy then the it was actually effective. That's why! You really wanna get hit by that? If not I suggest you lot get out of our way! Physics continues to yell at the crowd of Changelings.
Physics attacks the changelings

Physics' attempt to intimidate the changelings fails! They look angrier!

Zappy discharges the magic in his horn and transfers it to his tail. It glows bright.

"Roger that Nova!" Vick says ready to run at full speed.

Let's go!

-Nova Summons-
Nova drops the gem on the ground. As it touches ground it spins itself into the earth, leaving nothing behind but a hole.

The ground starts to tremble. The earth starts to crack.

The ground breaks up and some stones fly around. From the ground rises a huge golem. Nova stands on his shoulder.

Physics sighs, sad that his attempt at non-violence didn't work. Oh well, I warned you... Physics shots a fireball, over the changelings, giving him a moments distraction. He teleports into the crowd of them, his horn charges up a spell, unleashing a mental attack on all changelings within 10 meters of him in either direction.

The changelings go wide eyed, some of them lowering to the ground trembling, some covering their heads, and others huddling together and whimpering in fear.

Zappy gazes up at Nova's golem in awe.

The golem walks toward the exit. As it gets in range it swings his fist at the changelings to break their wall and open the exit.

The changelings are easily knocked out of the way. The other changelings attack the golem with magic missile like spells.

Physics clumsily teleports near the wall the golem made, being off by roughly a meter or two. That spell...takes too much out of me... Phyiscs whines. Physics shoots a fire ball at the largest group of coherent changelings he see's not trying to actually hurt them, rather suppress them so they can't fire back.

Run out! I'll hold em off.
The golem fight with the changelings. It takes small damage from the missiles.

"WHOO HOO! EAT THEM!" Vick chants and followes Nova's orders and flies out. And lands next to Phy.

Zappy runs out of the tunnel outside.

Some of the changelings use beams instead of missiles. They target the limbs.

Physics saw the hoard infront of his eyes, after catching his breath of course, he couldn't fire fast enough to do any meaningful damage to them. I'll make sure the small one makes it out *pant* in one piece! Physics yells to Nova and Vick, before turning and running out trying to catch up with Zappy.

The golem's legs break off and it stands on it's torso. It keeps fighting with it's arms.
(this looks a bit worse then expected)

"Oh really? Awesome!" Vick said and jumped into the mass of changelings getting a few cheap shots and then flying around for more.

The changelings start flying around the golem while shooting magic at Nova.
The changelings fighting Vick try to beat him down.

Arca listens from the battle from the outside, not bothering to go in, knowing she herself was only a stealth fighter, and not a warrior.

LITTLE GUY! Physics yells at Zappy. You know were the exit is? Physics asks.

The golem protects nova instead of keeping the fight up.

Zappy exits the cave in Arca's vision of sight. He stops and looks back into the cave.

The golem bows down to protect Nova with his full body.
The situation looks pretty bad.

Physics ran out of the cave, panting  from exhaustion I shouldn't have left those two behind...they probably got over run by now... Physics said, feeling ashamed at himself for running.

Zappy dashes past Physics back into the cave/changeling hive.
The changelings continue heavily pounding on Nova's golem with magic.
Suddenly Zappy darts into the room, glowing bright blue with lightning surging all over him.
He shoots some bolts at the changelings, causing them to get electrocuted and fall over unconscious.
Nova is safe now, the attack on his golem has weakened.

Nova came out of his golem's protection. He saw zappy fight.
(When we first met, you where nothing but a frightened child. Over the time you found courage, friendship, power and trust.
You could do anything now, run away, hide, but instead you fight)
Nova paused for a moment.

Zappy! Show them what you're made of!

((Okay let's try to finish this today.))

Zappy looks to Nova, then nods and looks back to the changelings, whom are all staring at Zappy with surprise.
He charges some more magic in his tail and shoots out a few large bolts, hitting changelings and causing them to fall unconscious after electrocution.
Stunned by Zappy's actions, most of the changelings watch and wait to be hit for moments before trying to run or attack. Any of the changelings that touch Zappy are shocked and blown back by his lightning aura.

Physics runs back after Zappy into the cave. Curse these *gasp* useless legs! Physics screams, still tired from the last spell. Physics sees Zappy attack. You get 'em kid! Physic yells, trying to encourage Zappy.

(I better not let him have all the fun.)
Nova charges mana.
Tremble in Fear. Fright!
He releases it with a volley of red magic projectiles.
Any changeling that get's touched by the red spheres feels incredible fear.
He keeps shooting.

Physics figured he should try to help, sure he could get maybe a single changeling, but it was better then nothing. Physics aims at one of the not fleeing changelings and unleashes a fireball at them.

Physics' attack hits the changeling blasting him into a wall hard.

Nova's attack causes the changelings to flee the hive as fast as they can, some of them getting hit by Zappy's attacks.

Arca gathered her grains of courage, and began to trek into the cave. She was levitating a shield with her family crest, and a fittingly colored, and sized sword that had somewhat of a glow to its side. Her instinct was fear as she looked around at all the caves, and goo.

Dozens of changelings come rushing through the tunnel toward Arca very fast, some of them pass her but others look at her and decide to attack her. 5 changelings land and try to grab her.

Arca's eyes focus in on one as she raises the shield, and begins swinging the sword with her magic. She backtracks, and skims a changeling. To the changeling, the sword would've felt as a normal sword was, but it didn't appear to leave any markings. The sword didn't seem, and most likely wasn't fatal, but it packed a punch.

The changeling Arca barely scratched with the sword backed up a bit and put a hoof over the spot he was hit. >:(
One of the changelings charges a spell and fires a ball of energy at her.

Nova looks around while keeping on shooting.
(Just how many are there?)

Physics tries his best, he can't do much damage here, gotta find a way to hurt more then just one...Physics looks up and see's some Stalactite over a some changelings, he waits a split second to aims and to recharge his fireball spell, and fires at it, dropping it on the charging insects.

The number of changelings starts to deplete in the main room. (where everyone but Arca is)
Zappy starts to get tired, his castings becoming slower.
A couple of changelings try to attack Physics and Nova with magic missiles.

Arca raised the shield in time, blocking the spell. It simply disintegrated into the shield, but since the shield was made of magic, to be specific her own magic, it messed with her magic. The sword didn't glow as much, and the shield wasn't as durable. It could take a few more hits before breaking. She kept rapidly swinging her sword, and decided to keep her ground. She, also was charging a blast spell herself, which took longer than usual because of her multitasking.

The 5 changelings around Arca try to tackle her all at once.

Physics was to tired to jump out of the way, so he tries to shape himself in a way so only one of the missiles hits him. Physics gets thrown across the room from the impact. Owww Physics groans in pain.

The changeling that hit Physics approaches him and raises a hoof to begin hitting him.

Ohhh, my back...AWH! Physics screams in pain of the changeling hitting him. Physics shines a light out of his horn, straight into the eyes of the changeling who was about to hit him.

The young mare attempted to block the changelings with her shield, ultimately failing with the shield broken to bits, as it quickly disappeared. The shield cost mana, and the mana was wasted. The sword disappeared with the shield and Arca was tackled to the ground as she tried to punch them off, which didn't work at all. After charging the simple spell, she fired it as a last line of defense. It surely could've injured a few, but it didn't work against all of them.

Nova takes a hawk feather out of his vest.
He closes his eyes and raised the hoof with the feather. In his mind he imagines a flame. As he keeps focusing he begins to chant his Summoning with a echo in his voice.
I call the Fire
See it burn
Let it's passions make life return.
The mana on the feather ignites and becomes a flame.
Hear my Call Agon.
It reforms and from the flames a phoenix is created.
It's flames burn gently on it's body as it took a seat on Nova's hoof.
((since no double moves are allowed my next move will take one more post))

The changeling shuts his eyes and backs away from Physics rubbing his eyes. >.<
Just as he opens them he gets hit by a bolt of lightning from Zappy that knocks him unconscious.

4 of the 5 changelings get blasted off Arca and fall on their backs, injured.
The one remaining is stunned and in pain, trying to cope with it by grinding his teeth. >.<

Phoenix Escape.
Nova vanishes in a blast of fire and appears the same way near physics. The phoenix still sits on nova's hoof. ((think of it as a kind of flame-type Teleportation))

Yes please... Physics says, feeling somewhat defeated.

Arca attempted to get up, failing. But, she had a plan. She quickly concentrated her energy to form a wand, and performed a spell that she had perfected over a few years when she was young. It fell to the ground, and smoke poured out into the area. It was thick and dense, but was only in the surrounding grounds. Anything that unsuspectedly breathed it would be coughing and hacking in a few seconds. Arca held we breath, deep in concentration.

Healing Halo
The phoenix takes of and flies around Physics with incredible speed. After a moment he looks like a fire ring.
The next second the fire ring becomes smaller and eventually explodes as it touches Physics.

While some may think that this was an attack, the opposite is happening. The healing flames restore Physic's Mana resources and wounds. The warm flames fade away.

One single feather is left of the phoenix. Nova took it.
Don't use your strongest spells yet. let's save them for the grand finale.

The changelings, gasping for air or panicking, breathed in the smog from Arca's spell and began to cough and hack. Any of them that were starting to get up were back flat on their backs coughing hard.

(OK, WE ARE BACK!)
There was a dust cloud over the horizon. There was a faint sound of stomping hooves in the distance.

(This will be the end of it all)

Physics cowers in the flame, worrying he was going to get burnt, after he was healed, he was confused. but...fire...burn...how am I fully healed? What?

You can ether hear my explanation-
Nova turns Physic's head to the changelings
-or do something about them.

Nearing to be out of breath, Arca breathed out and didn't inhale. Her horn glowed very brightly as she attempted the spell that challenged her the most. A teleportation spell. She attempted it when she charged up barely enough, and with a flash, she teleported a bit deeper into the cavern. As the young mare landed square on her feet, her vision nearly went back as she struggled to recover. She faintly began walking, and soon enough, she had tapped into her reserve magic, and stood at attention. She already knew that she would sleep for almost a day after that.

Almost all of the changelings are gone, but several dozen remain. They seem to be closing in on Zappy, whose magic is all gone and is left helpless.

The stomping gets louder and louder ovO You hear the huffing of many stallions.

(Teal, if you want us to stop just say the word. But still, how will Vick just say, "Stop! Go back" ?)

I can't really hurt more then one of them at a time...But I'll try! Physics teleports were Zappy was, he casted a Darkness spell, engulfing himself, and a few meters around him in total darkness.
Don't worry pal, I'll get you out! Physics says, prepping another teleport.

Physics teleports out, leaving the darkness with the changelings, hoping that maybe a few would try to pounce into it and land on their heads.

Zappy lets go of Physics and sits low on the ground panting.
The changelings are shooting magic into the darkness, trying to attack Zappy and Physics, ultimately failing.

The smoke was clearing, and the young mare who had caused the trouble was long gone, approaching the center chamber. She was hearing the sounds.

Physics takes a second to aim at the changelings, looking for the closest bunch in the group. Physics shoots another fireball.

The feather nova was holding burned up and refreshed some of nova's mana.
I will put everything i got into this.
Whatever he is up to. He seems to be serious.

A colt jumped out, pointed a metal tube out to any open area.

(Next post will be the end of it all. please tell us when the entire company charges in and easily takes down everything. This is a simple group of stallions and thinkers that simply charge it to 78 changelings. Many will be hurt and will go down but this will be easy. Think about it. Keep an open mind.)

Physics' attack hits the changeling, blowing him away.
The remaining changelings look to Nova, Zappy and Physics and begin to close in on them.
The queen returns with a mass of her changelings, any of them not injured or hit by Nova's fear spell that is.
"This ends here! Seize them!"
Zappy stares at the horde of changelings in shock. o_o

O power that lies at the root of all creation, O memory inscribed in ages past, hear my call and arise before me.
Four balls of energy, representing the four elements of Fire, Wind, Earth, and Water rise from the ground. As Nova charges his mana, the balls circle around for a moment, then stop, growing larger during the process. Nova then surrounds himself with a barrier before the four balls release their energy. Nova's barrier then reflects the magic into a flash.

Deep inside
All of you, hear me, so we can unite.
Light floods a small area around nova.

Oh Sweet Celestia not you again! Physics screams at the Queen.

The queen and all the changelings stare at Nova in silence. O:

The light fades away. The four balls were gone.
Only nova was there but he was different. He looks like his summons, like a ghost.

His front hoofs change and become a golem fists.
Come and get some.

All the changelings, save for the queen stare at Nova in shock.
"what are you all just standing there for, he said go get some! Attack him!" >:O
The changelings, hesitant, attack Nova with magic missiles and beams.

Nova slams his fists on the ground. From the shockwave a huge boulder rises. Nova gives it a strong punch which shatters it into pieces that fly at the changelings. it's like a rock shower.

Physics gives some support fire, shooting a fire ball into the hoard.
Physics also takes this time, to gloat. '[shadow=blue,left]You done goofed up.[/shadow]' Physics telepathically sends the Message into the Queens head.

The queen stares in shock at the rock shower coming towards her and her changelings, she gets Physics' telepathic message "You done goofed".
Just as she gets it, she takes off running away as her changelings are pelted with fire and rocks.

Not done yet!
Nova's hind hooves transform into wolf legs, giving him more speed.
He runs with them straight at the changelings while guarding himself with his arms.

Physics saw the queen trying to run, he decided to stop it right there. Physics teleports infront of the Queen. You ain't getting away that easily! Physics grabs the little Queen and teleports back to were he was before, holding the Queen tight in his hooves.

"No! Let me go!" >A<
The Queen struggles in Physics' grip, but she's too weak to break free. (I recommend you leave the queen to Zappy Physics)

The changeling still standing all run to the sides trying to dodge Nova's charge.

Nova jumps up to the ceiling. He punches it and a big part of the ceiling breaks off. The rest of the cave it stable though. Nova sends some of the rocks flying at them while falling with them.

 you want the Queen? Physics turns to ask Zappy, remembering hearing the Queen yelling at Zappy shortly after Zappy freed him.

Zappy looks at Physics, then at the Queen.
I just need a moment to rest, you can hold on to her. (It'll be the finale)

Changelings run trying to avoid the rocks Nova tosses at them, most of them failing.
A lot of the changelings retreat from the cave, flying outside.

Nova looks around at the rest of the changelings and gives them a deadly glare.
Get lost if you value your lives.

Physics simply nods a 'ok' to Zappy, before looking at the Queen in his hooves So then little one, tell me why I shouldn't get pay back for that little metal thing you threw at me earlier? Physics said, glaring at the Changeling Queen.

The remaining changelings hurry out of the cave, leaving only the ponies and the Queen.

"I'm the queen! I'll have you beaten and used for practice! You'll eat rocks and live on our molted shells!" >:O

Nova's body returns to normal and the Soul fusion wears off. Nova just stands there.

Physics had a angry arrogant grin on his face Queen of what? Your little changeling army is fleeing, you command no-pony now, your threats are all empty. Physics held the Queen out, showing her her fleeing army.

Zappy stands up and looks at the Queen.
Could I see her now?

After a moment, letting the Queen see the last of her Changelings run out the caveSure lad, though I must warn you, she's a little rude. Says Physics, walking over to were Zappy was, dropping the Queen infront of him, holding her down with his telekinesis.

Zappy looks down on the Queen.
"What are you going to do, Thunder Pike? Are you going-Ahh!" Zappy cut her off by stepping on her hoof and pressing down hard.
My name is Zappy, not Thunder Pike, and I am NOT your minion! I am not your weapon, I am not your tool, I AM NOT YOURS! >:O
Zappy releases the queen and pushes her over.
Leave and never, ever come looking for me again!
The Queen trembles, stunned that she was just shouted at by a common changeling.
She gets up and runs away as fast as she can.
Zappy watches her go, then looks down at the ground.

Physics goes over and pats Zappy on the back. Don't look so sad pal, she deserved to be taken down a notch...so your name is Zappy?

Zappy smiles and raises his head, he has a smile on his face.
Yeah, I'm Zappy. And I'm happy that I actually drove her off, I just can't believe it. It's like a dream...

It must be weird, betraying a Queen like that, and getting to yell at her too!...So this may be kinda out of the blue, but I was looking for a friend of a friend...I'm not sure what the ponies name is, but he recently ran away...Moonlight is worried, and I can't leave him like that...

....I think that was me, wanna take me back to him? Zappy smiles up at Physics. ^-^

Nova turned around. His eyes looked empty.

He fell on the ground.

Physics rushes over to Nova Dude? You alright? Physics asks the downed pony.

Nova doesn't respond. He lost consciousness. His vital signs are normal though. His heard beats and he breathes.

Vick and the others got to them all, to late to to join the fight

"Clean up please." Vick whispered into his device.

They all started to pick up the changeling mess.

Vick got close to the others

Arca had just arrived at a ledge that looked down to the chamber. She stared down, and spotted her friends. She watched carefully.

Vick turned away "Need medical assistence" Vick ordered.

Physics puts his hoof on Nova's neck and hoof, feeling his pulse.
Well he's not dead, that's good news... Physis says relived. And you're Moonlights friend? Physics asks, confused how a Changeling got in Equestria, let alone befriended any pony.

Zappy sits down and stays with Nova.
