Like real names, it doesn't surprise me more than one pony with the same name exists. :)
I was just kidding, Echo is indeed a pretty generic name, so it ain't suprising to see more OCs with it, after all I also borrowed it as a name from elsewhere.
A piece of advice though, you should post information on your OC here, the OC section is not meant to advertise fanfiction, there is an appropriate forums section for that.
