Actually, that barely constitutes as Canadian bacon(peameal bacon) as Peameal bacon is sugar cured and rolled on cornmeal.  Real bacon comes from the side and belly of the pig.

I knew that one, and it explains why a bolt of lightning that struck the edge of a dirt-covered construction area by the backyard of the house my aunt used to live in instantly melted the dirt and turned it into a weirdly-shaped bubbly-looking rock.

That in 3 years it's going to feel odd or funny watching back to the future 2. (They goto October 21st 2015 if I recall in the story.)

Venice is sinking and there's nothing we can do about it! DD: Basements there are already completely submerged. If I had tons and tons and tons of money, one of the things I would do first is try to help Italy get Venice to stop sinking. It makes me so sad that such a beautiful, old, historic city is vanishing. :c

I've always wanted to see Venice someday, but I'd be afraid of falling off a platform and drowning.  >.<

Depending on how fast it's sinking I may never get to see the city in my life time.  :c
