Why isn't there a fail thread? lol You can post a something you did that failed or a time when a other person you saw failed.
Fail: When I was playing SSBB online, there was a sudden death match between me and another player and I kept dodging him until the bomb-omb rain came, so I stopped then the guy came running towards me and ran into a bomb-omb. FAIL! lol
somehow I missed class AND because of it I got an A+ O3O a fail that is also a win? kindof.. because I still got in trouble.
During the middle of the night..I was getting some water. And I noticed a large black shadow on the corner of my eye...I punched it really hard, then I realized it was a bag....full of stuff.....I failed.

I did the same thing, only I had a spasm and fell to the floor whilst I threw the cup of water in the air, only to have it splash water on me, and me alone.
trying to epic catch an object i dropped... I smacked it into the wall...

*Passes out in bed again*
Then, my phone apparently rang 5-10 times between 6:45 and 8am, naturally my boss wondering where the hay I am, but my phone will NOT wake me up.

OMG I have a dream im awake and go to school then school is over and right when i got on the bus I WOKE UP and found out IT WAS ALL A DREAM

Once when I was 8 I took off the cover for a light switch and thought "Man this is one dirty light switch, imma clean it out with this butter knife"
Hilarity ensues...
Making soup on an electric stove in a metal pot. Is an idiot and sticks finger in soup, electrocute hand. Cuss, grab metal ladle and put in soup, electrocute arm. Attempts to pull pot off of stove, electrocute both arms. Finally realize fail and turn off stove.
