Behold, my greatest creation to date...
Spoiler: Boring backstory • show As some of you may know, i'm on a "vacation" in Croatia..
It was meant to be a work vacation, we wanted to work on our 2nd home there, buuut things didn't turn out as expected.
We had some problems getting there, then there was this wedding that popped up out of nowhere which i had to attend, and now there's this thing with the roof.
We have to replace the hole *squee* roof, which has to be done by professionals cause i know nothin' 'bout replacin' a roof....
That's all fine and dandy but that means that i'm stuck in the middle of nowhere with absolutely nothin' to do.
"Oh well, now i get to waste all my time on the internet" i tought, well, all the antenna's that were required for doing that were on the roof, which is now almost gone.
So now after goofin' around for 2 weeks straight, i got off my lazy *squee* and did somethin' 'bout that.
You can see the end result in the nice picture above, please don't mind the bricks and the windows in the background, it's still a construction pit in the garden :s
I got my self some nice wooden poles, brought them together with some metal bracers and some screws, installed the antenna on top, got myself a parasol holder, jammed the thing in the ground, got some rope to hold the contraption in place and voila.
Anyhoo enough about me and my current situation.
