Deep in the depths of the sea lives a goddess name Estuary, who created the ocean. She is a powerful Goddess who protects the seas from the Equestria ponies. At times she would be merciful and give ponies new life if they happen to fall into her realm. For years she would tend to her sea ponies and the creatures while keeping eye on the land. Recently a massive ship dumped thousands of pounds of garbage into her once. Blinded by rage, she summoned all her magic to drown all the land ponies. But, a group of sea ponies begged Estuary to give the ponies one more chance. The Goddess agreed but only if those few ponies would turn in their fins for hoofs. She demanded that they go to the surface and keep tabs on those land creatures. Estuary assigned each sea pony a land pony; and stripped them of their fins. Now it is the selected few sea ponies job to prove Estuary that not all Equestia ponies are bad.

Hello Sea Ponies this is your supervisor, Peninsula, speaking! Estuary has given us a task to prove the Equestria ponies worth! Don't worry; it is as simple as it sounds! Before we depart on our adventure you were given an orb. DO NOT LOSE THAT ORB! Not only does that orb tell you who your Equestria pony is, it is your ticket back to the sea! Lose it, and your stuck up here! Also, its an easier way for you to send your weekly reports to me. That's right, this field trip does have homework! Shouldn't be hard right? Just hang out with the surface ponies, make sure they respect the sea and everyone will be happy! Alright, enough squiding around. Time to start this journey! Oasis Shores is a beach goer's dream come true. It is a small island with crystal clear water and white sand. There are palm trees that provide shade for ponies and some banana trees! Wild Life is pretty tame here but if you are lucky, you might see a few turtles! This tropical paradise has been recently became a hot spot for ponies to kick back and enjoy the sun. There are rows of unique beach houses for ponies to rent out for the weekend or buy. These houses have a great front view of the beach and easy access to the main land. Once you get the sand out of your mane, you can go out and enjoy all kinds of local owned shops and restaurants. The island also provides fun activities such as: scuba diving, two seat bike rides, boating, and any other tropical actives offer at fancy resorts! Recently the island suffer from a big litter problem. A garbage ship sunk in the ocean and now the beach is trying its best to pick up any litter that happens to wash up! Most of the trash is gone but now ponies tend to litter more than usual. . . But the beach is still a fun and clean place for any one to visit! Oh and there are a few stray cats that roams the island. If you see any cats, please be extra nice to them! Enjoy your stay at Oasis Shores!

[Center] Day 3
Good afternoon Sea Ponies! The sun is setting, but that doesn't mean the fun has to end! There will be a Fire Works show on the beach tonight! Ice Cream and other cold treats will be sold 50% off during the show. Be safe and have fun! [/center]

Peacekeeper starts his day in his usual planned course: wake up, go to school, come home, eat, and do anything that is needed. Doesn't phase Peace's emotion for doing the usual. Usually there is always something new he learns and experience. Though not much ponies he comes around with, he does meet with his fellow classmates and discuss either classwork, or some interests they like to share. Currently he is on his week-long break, and just started today, so pretty much a lot of free time. For start, he always wanted to go to the mall, or the city, or perhaps go to the beach since he hasn't been there for a while. Well... his idea first start-off is the mall, which takes him close to his school, but still a fair distance from it. Wonder what he would like to buy or see?

A mare pokes her head above the ocean. Her dreads floated around her as she scanned the area. As requested by  Estuary, she was sent to the surface to make sure it was safe. The mare didn't see anything threatening, besides those weird orbs the Equestria ponies were throwing around. The coast seemed clear so she decided it was time to take her first step onto the sand. The mare sunk back into the ocean before swimming toward the shore. Once the water was too shallow, the mare stood up. The gravity felt weird on her body and her legs wobbled as she tried to take her first step. Sadly this was too much for her and she fell face first into the ocean. She could hear a few ponies giggle and she shot back up. The mare took a deep breath to calm her nerves. She tried to take a second step; she succeeded but it still felt weird. Slowly she made her way onto the sand. The sand felt weird on her hoofs and the sun was very harsh on her eyes. Living at the bottom of the sea most of her life didn't prepare her for the harsh sun rays. The mare tried to block the sun with her hoofs but even being outside was still too bright. She collapse on the ground as she covered her face with her dreads. In a sharp tone she said,
???: AUUGH! What the glub is this?! How did these surface ponies managed to live here!? I can barely sea! Oh, I'll have to report back to her that these ponies have evolved to with stand intense heat... AUGH! Why am I burning!?
The hot sand was too much for her to handle. She quickly fled back into the shallow end of the sea with a big splash. The mare then started to plot a plan to over come this first challenge as she watched the surface ponies play under the sun.

After some time of traveking, he finally makes it to the mall. Looking around the vast marketplace that sells many variety of items and services, Peace wonders around looking for something of interest. Though he isn't a pony that wears a lot of clothing, just his casual black shirt, he decides to enter a store that sells graphic tees. The store sells very interesting design shirts varying from popular pop culture to inside nostalgic jokes. He checks around the store more to find exotic accessories. Unfortunately, even if it is a neat design, would be embarrassiong for a tallion to wear a bracelet made for mares. He decides to explore more of the mall and leaves the store a bit satisfied by his search.

The mare ended up perfecting her walk instead of taking on the sand again. She would slowly take steps and would end up falling every other step. The mare would let out a frustrated sigh as she pulled at her mane. It was a long process and many looks were thrown toward her but eventually she was able to take decent steps. The mare let out a victory laugh; she was glad to be able to claim her first victory on the surface. Now she had to conquer the sand. A large frown formed across her face as she stood near the shore. The wet sand was fine but the dry sand was too hot for her to handle. She stood on the wet sand and examined her surrounding area. A few things caught her eyes. A unicorn who was suffering the same pain as her from the sun placed some weird object over her eyes. The mare made a mental note to find that weapon against the sun. She then notice a stallion had some bright color shield on his hoofs which allowed him to walk on the sand. The mare scratch her chin as she tried to figure out how to obtain these surface pony technology...

After a long stroll acrossthe mall looking around clothing store, department store, and even sports store, Peace decides tohead out, but before he leaves, there is one more thing to do. Eat. Peace hasen't eaten for a while and for traveling across the mall, he heads over to the food court.

Hmm... not sure what to eat.
He checks around the food court full of restaurants varied of every kind of food. Well... it is a long walk and travel for Peace, and he don't like traveling on a full stomach, he decides...
I could just get a cheese pizza and juice. Should be enough.

He heads for he pizzeria to get his pizza and drink and enjoys his meal. Was a good time for srolling around the mall.

The mare would step on and off the sand; each time she step on she would let out a soft yelp. After the twentieth time she angrly said through her teeth,
???: This hot land floor will not best me. . . . I, Peninsula, shall not fail!
The mare, Peninsula, took one hard stomp of the sand and then started to run through the beach. Tears of pain and determination flew off her face but she continued to push on through. After falling a dozen times, she made it off the beach and onto the sidewalk. The sidewalk was hot but more bearable than the sand. The mare squinted in disgust; the city was bigger than she expected and crowed with a lot of land ponies. She also was squinting because the sun was still too bright. The mare remember the items she needed to obtain to help her adapt to the surface area. She looked around and saw a large outdoor building. The mare tilted her head as she saw ponies walk in and out of buildings with shopping bags. One of the ponies walked out with eye and feet protectors. The mare gasped as her eyes filled with joy. That store must be where they store all there technology. The mare proceeded to cross the street but some large object came flying pass her. She let out a yelp and ran back onto the sidewalk. The mare gave the large object a frown. To her surprise, land ponies emerged from the large object. Peninsula was awed by how advanced these land ponies were. Maybe those transportation objects can help her across the street? The mare sat on the sidewalk and stared across the street. Soon she will obtain the objects and achieve yet another victory.

Peace finishes his food and now proceeds to return home. But before hecan leave, he needs to head to his school to turn in his homework and to make an appointment with advisors. He takes his tray and returns it to the same restaurant and heads to the exit at the food court. He awaits at a stop to await for the bus. Though he is a pegasus and flying makes travel easier, he prefers more the ground, and the distance is a bit too far for his wings to take him before fatigue overtakes his wings. And his flying stamina isn't that great either.

Oh what luck. *with a small chuckle*

The bus happens to be approaching near the time Peace makes it to the stop. He gets right on, pays thr fair, and the bus ponies proceed to hauling the bus to their route where his school happens to be.

The sun, the sand, the street: all these factors were too much for Peninsula. She knew that this won't be a victory she could achieve alone. The mare notice a pony getting up from a sitting object and decided to take their spot. The bench was also hot and surprised her. In a defeated tone she said,
Peninsula: AUUGH! Everyfin here is too hot! I can't walk. I can't sea. I can't even sit! What is this place?!
The mare sunk over, ready to admit defeat. But something under the bench caught her eye. A piece of clear garbage contained some water. She quickly snatch the container up and smiled. An idea hatched and she was ready to defeat this challenge.

Peace makes a stop to the school. He makes his way around to the Student Service office and walks his way to the counselor's office. He asks for an appointment to be made for next week. After a couple minutes of marking Peace down for the appointment, he gives a thanks to the advisor and makes his way out.

FINALLY, he can return home. But then... nervermind. Peace sees the comic book store and gets curious. He still got a lot of time on his hooves, so he then decides to go over to the store and check it out.
Wow. So many comics. Guess on TV they weren't kidding on this many comics. Lets see some of them.

He strolls around the store, searching through comics from familiar ones to the very unorthodox ones, comics he never heard or seen before. Finding familiar ones, he scrolls through pages and sometimes reade the whole page. He can't help but be satisfied in the world of comics. He decides to stay for a bit before returning home.

The mare looked around to see if anyone was watching. As she scanned the area she unscrewed the lid to the water container. Quickly, she spit into the bottle and screw the lid back on. After a few good shakes the liquid turned into a jell like substance. Peninsula smiled as she unscrewed the lid again and dumped the jell on the bench. She then molded the jell into hoof protectors and place them on her hoof. She placed the empty containers under her hat and was ready to take on the sand. The mare slowly walked toward the sand and carefully placed a hoof on it. She could still feel heat but it was a comfortable heat. Peninsula punch the sand and let out a victory laugh; she mastered the sand. All was left for her to deal with the sun. The mare walked along the beach as she tried to figure out how to obtain the sunglasses without crossing the dangerous road.

These comics are neat. Not sure to buy one.

Peace thknks long and hard whether to buy a comic or not. In the end, he decided not to and places it back to the appropriate spot. He leaves the store and heads over to the bus stop again. He looks down the road to see if any buses are coming. Unfortunately, he don't see a bus down the horizon.
Might be a while here.

With a small sigh, he walks around in circles and even daydreams a bit in hopes it passes the time for the bus to arrive.

A random stallion wearing a fedora and tie sat down at the bus stop. He rested his head upon his hoof, pondering some mystery. "What do Equestrian buses run on? Petroleum? Gasoline? COAL? Electricity? Magic? Or is it just a large carriage with a guy pulling it, like the taxies?"

Peninsula started to pick up trash as she walked along the beach she was amazed by how little the surface ponies cared about the sea. As she continued to angrily pick up trash she notice a stallion place garbage into a big container. Peninsula thought the stallion was littering and become furious. She ran (and tripped a few times) to the container. As she was about to reach for the trash, her eyes widen. So much trash in one area made her feel sick. The mare mumbled a few rude things as she reached into the trash and started to pull trash out.

Doomato pulled a paddle-ball from his fedora, waiting at the bus stop.

Peninsula was back on the beach; still collecting trash. The mare would pick up trash and stuff it under her hat; if the trash was too big, she would just carry it inside a piece of garbage she found that could carry things. She mumbled under her breath about how this wasn't her job and the ponies she be lucky she is willing to do this. Luckily during her time saving the world, she found large eye protectors that someone threw away. The eye protectors were silver and had a few scratches on them. Now she would be able to walk on sand and handle the sun.

*Abyssal Ruins emerges from his deep depressing home underwater, and swims to the surface. Most of the time Abyss would journey to the land and finish some work at the Dragon Pony Industrial Tyranny (linking rps together lol ). None of the sea ponies know where he be going, nor does he even care to tell them. Coming up to the surface, he see's Peninsula picking up trash.

"Oook reached the coast at last! That was quite the swim. Now to find a nice spot to embark on this land-walking thing."

A dark green sea pony muttered to himself with his head sticking out above the water, hoping to hide his long, finned tail below the surface of the water. He found his landing spot in a small jetty with a rowing boat and fairly few ponies around, in contrary to the long strip of beach which was positively littered with ponies and well... litter. The land ponies mostly just seemed to be laying there or playing around in the sand, only few bothered with the actual water.

Freeflow is the sea pony's name and he quickly and nimbly made his way to shallow water, where he quickly turned into a four-legged pony with only a tiny tail with long, light yellow hair on it to match his mane. Not much use for swimming, that.

He made his first few steps considerably less nimbly and got himself his first mouth-full of land-sand. "Uuegh, tastes just as bad!" The next few minutes Freeflow spent trying to figure out how to walk, at least remembering to keep his mouth closed the next few face-plants.

Peninsula hears the splish sploosh of water and turns to see who is making all the ruckus. To her surprise, it was few Sea Ponies. One pony was failing at a task she already achieved, and the other one looked suspicious. The mare squinted as she pulled out her orb to looked through the list of ponies that were authorize to come on land. FreeFlow was on the list but Abyssal Ruins was put on probation or she think he is. The orbs are not as advanced as they should be, even though her orb is more updated than the rest. All she knew is that Ruins had an explanation mark near his name. She made a mental note to keep her eyes on him and continued to pick up trash.

After waiting for a while, the bus finally arrives. From what he can see, the bus didn't seemed all that packed with ponies. Very unusal for this time of day with a minute amount of passangers on the bus. Looked like it probably only needed 1 pony to haul it instead of 2, but it is uncertain that the bus could be packed or empty. The bus finally makes a stop.

Before Peace gets on, he stops and with a soft swing with his hoof as a gesture of showing a pony the entrance, he looks to Doomato:
You can go ahead first sir.

FreeFlow was a fairly long sea pony, and made for a fairly tall but lanky stallion. Which really did not help with his first attempts at walking at all. Standing up was not so hard, four legs do make for a nice and stable standing experience, it was that walking that kept turning the unfortunate pony into a mess of flailing limbs.

"This is... harder than I thought." FreeFlow said, taking to sitting down for a bit to catch his breathe and get used to having twice the number of legs.

The mare formed a small trash pile near a hole she dug. She looked over at the sad pony who couldn't even walk. The tiny pony walked on her jelly legs toward the stallion. As she bent over to be at eye level with him she said,
Peninsula: Get your shell together; you are embarrassing our race! I, Peninsula, have mastered the movement with these weird. . . Whatever they are called. You too can master this art, but only if you stop failing as bad as you are right now.
The mare set a pair of broken flip flops next to the stallion before heading back to her trash pile. She lowered herself into the hole and started to analyze the trash she had collected.

*Abyss sighs at what the two now land ponies are doing, and goes off to do whatever he always does. He can't help but wonder why he had this idea of doing this little plan. For one thing he didn't care one bit, a second: What will he get out of this? I guess he just has to play along until the right moment.*

Who even picks up trash anyway..? the sand's just going to get dirty all over again... :/

The mare squinted at the comment Abyss said; she made another mental note to teach him the importance of keeping the sea clean. For now, she would figure out what the surface ponies consider trash and what they consider valuable. It would be a tedious task, but some mare had to do it. The mare also would have to find her assigned pony but she assumed he would show up sooner or later. Peninsula emerged from the hole and picked up all the trash again. She decided before she can further her research, she would need a base of operation. The mare started to make her way down the beach and picking up trash along the way.

"Legs, I think they are called." FreeFlow responded with no hint of sarcasm. "At least they wont know its our race, we probably just look like a pair of goofs who hit their head on something. Not that unusual for me." He put the flip-flops on his front hooves, unsteadily got back up and opted to just carefully shuffle out of the shallow water.

"So are these hoof-coverings some sort of local atti- AGH!" FreeFlow stepped on the dry and very hot sand with a rear leg and promptly went back to ground level again.

"Ok, now I know what these are for. Would be nice to have another pair, I don't think I will manage walking on just two legs."

She picked up a piece of trash next to FreeFlow. Shaking her head she said,
Peninsula: You truly are a sad, sad stallion. . . Fear not! I, Peninsula, pity you and will help you through these harsh tides.
The mare took out another water container and spit in it. As she shook it up, she looked around to make sure no one was watching. She then poured the gel substance out and formed hoof protectors. As she hoofed them to the FreeFlow she said,
Peninsula: Use these hoof protectors and stop squiding around! I will NOT tolerate slacking on the job! If you need me, I will be making a base of operation. Some mare has to get stuff done around here and [I]she[/I] trusted me to be that mare!
The mare let out a hardy laugh before leaving the stallion. As she walked down the beach she fell a few times, but a mouth full of sand wont stop this mare.

*Abyss doesn't see why walking on 4 feet was such a problem. But he shouldn't really talk, he's been on land for more hours and days then the average sea ponies. The only thing he couldn't really get used to was the fact that the sun always beamed down on him, and he would sometimes had to go in the shed...*

*... Seeing that Peninsula had 'everything' under control, Abyss walks to a nearby umbrella and sit under it, watching the now land ponies do their job.*

"Quite inspiring, boss! I can only hope to meet your standards, but I also hope this base doesn't get built from this smelly rubbish your collecting."

FreeFlow gratefully put on the new and improved hoof coverings, picked himself back up and shambled in the general direction of his supervisor. He gave some questioning looks to the sea pony... ish fellow who came along with him and who has clearly been here before, given that he just strolled up onto the beach without issue and went to laze about under an unattended parasol."Not very helpful that one, but maybe he's just having a bad day?" FreeFlow muttered with a questioning look. "Well no need to judge him too harshly, who knows how he ended up being volunteered."

Peninsula: Again, you are fooled by this new area! This. . . This rubbish is actually useful! When its not in the ocean. For example, these eye protectors. These ponies have somehow formed some sort of. . . Light shield so they can stand the harsh rays of the sun! Though this one must be broken. . . The sun is still pretty bright. . .
The mare said as she marched a long the beach. Her legs gave out every so often but she wouldn't allow herself to fall down in front of her ally. Dragging the garbage around made her slower and she started to get tired. As she tried to cover up her heavy breathing she said,
Peninsula: This fort will need a lot of materials. . . I don't know what these ponies build their structures with but keep your eyes peeled for anyfin useful!

Marina breached the surface of the water, flicking her short hair back. She looked around with curious eyes, aqquainting herself with the new environment. The mare made her way forwards, and as she moved into shallower water, her tail shifted and changed into a pair of legs.
She managed to upright herself, after a lot of wobbling. One bold step forward, and she'd fallen face first back down.
Marina sighed as she stood up again, realising this was not going to be as easy as she had assumed. But, she was a determined young thing, and would not let a couple of slip ups stop her. She began practicing, slowly pacing through the shallow water, wobbling and falling more than a few times.

((Well... I don't know where to start with who or who...))

Natura is somewhere on the beach, levitating trashes and putting them into a trash can. The green Unicorn is not really happy. She's seemed worried and tired after all those trashes picking.
"Oww... why nopony care about nature? Why they don't stop to throw those things in the forest and in the sea? What about those poor creatures who lives in?" She thought.

((... Or where they are.))

"Hmmm I don't know... the rubbish that covered my last job sure wasn't particularly useful. Maybe we should just find a nice lake to- Ooh, what's this?"
FreeFlow had found an old, orange and ragged fishing net. It was partly buried in the sand and had likely washed up after being discarded at sea somewhere. "Heheh, I had a cousin who got stuck in one of these. Took us forever to get him out. It made for a really nice way to carry stuff around after that though!"

FreeFlow tried to pull the net out, obviously he slipped and fell instantly. "I'll just try this from the ground..." He sat down on his haunches and slowly but steadily pulled the net free from the sand. It looked like it had been there for years but most of it was in tact if not a bit funky looking.

"Hah, score! Ok maybe you were right boss, there is some neat stuff here." Shaking the net and himself free of most of the sand, he threw the net over his back before getting back up, nearly slipping again and got back to following Peninsula again.

(( All the sea ponies are at the beach and the equestrian ponies are at a bus stop, Julien. :33 ))

The mare stopped to see what the stallion found. At first she wasn't  impressed, but once he dug it out her eyes lit with joy. She let out a victory laugh as gave the stallion a "good job" slap on the back. As she started to move the garbage into the net she said,
Peninsula: Excellent find FreeFlow! With this land technology, we can dispose even more garbage! The first day on the job and you already are making use of yourshell. I appoint you as my personal collector. Anyfin you find you bring to me to examine! With my knowledge and your collector skills. . . I, Peninsula, will make the crown proud!
The mare let out another hardy laugh and gave the stallion another "good job" slap. As she was basking in her glory, she notice a green mare littering into the bigger litter container. Peninsula was disgusted and surprised that a mare would be bold enough to litter in front of her. She nudged FreeFlow and pointed toward the mare and said,
Peninsula: Do you sea that?! This is why we are up here. . . To stop careless ponies like her from ruining this planet. . . But we care more about the ocean. Remember that!
Peninsula let out a frustrated sigh as she continued down the beach. The mare would examine the area and see if any spot was fit to conquer. So far, nothing seemed to catch her eye.

"Technically I'm not a sir because I haven't been knighted by Queen Elizabeth. Down with the Equestrian princesses! Viva la revolution!" Doomato entered the bus and sat down.

Peacekeeper sees Doomato with a strange and confused look. Wasn't really sure what he meant by Queen Elizabeth and a revolution.

Oh...kay?

Peace enters the bus and sits in the front, his usual favored spot. The ponies begin to haul the bus to their route. The route will cross by a beach which Peace hasen't seen in a while. He has been going to another beach, but finally gets to see the old beach once again.

The mare was wondering not too far when she found the dunes. Her eyes lit up as she ran as fast as she could to her discovery. One of the dunes were pretty deep so she lowered herself into it. Sitting with a satisfied smile, she started to mentally draw up the blue prints for her fort.

After a moment, the bus finally makes it to Peace's destination. From outside the window, the ocean can be seen. Such a hue of blue tinted slightly darker than the sky extends to the horizon line. Peace looks in awe and finally gets off the bus. Upon exiting, he wiffs the air and definitely can smell the sea breeze, nice, cool, and moist. He checks around himself to see if everything is with him, and sure enough he is good.

Rush trotted on the path down to the beach from the forest. He whistled a happy tune as he reached the sand and continued down the coast. He appeared to have a little dirt on his white hoodie, but nothing too major.

Doomato followed Peace out of the bus.

After some more practice, Marina finally got the hang of walking. Or at least, she'd managed to get to the point of being able to walk without falling on her face every 4 seconds. She grinned triumphantly as she walked slowly, but steadily, onto the dry sand. She flinched, drawing her hoof up quickly. She hadn't expected the ground so be so hot. Gently, she pressed her hoof against the ground, slowly adjusting the the higher temperature.

Curiously, Marina looked around her, squinting in the light. She decided to check her orb, as she wasn't sure what to do next.

The orb glowed a soft blue light as Marina gazed into it. The orb was voice activated and it displayed a few options. One option had a symbol of a cutie mark and the words "Assigned Pony" over it. Another option had a question mark and the word "Help" over it. The last option had a pencil symbol and the words "Weekly Report" over it.

"Where... am I?" A lone stallion couldn't help but ask as he looked all around. It was a beach, that much was for sure, and judging by the cart he was pulling around, and the deep tracks in the sand...
Well, let's not mince words here... He was lost. Completely and hopelessly lost. "Was I supposed to go north before I got to the sand...?" The colt asked himself, diving into the cart for a brief moment before pulling out a map.

"South? What sense does that even- Wait..."

He flipped it upside down. Then after a second of staring, immediately let out a groan. A week. He'd wasted a whole week's worth of traveling on one little error.
"Only I could be dumb enough to have read it upside down all that time...!" He half-yelled in despair.

As Rush walked along the shore, he notice a stallion that looked a bit out of place. He paused and stared in the stallion's direction, both confused and a little bit curious.

FreeFlow had followed Peninsula along with the net full of rubbi- er, treasures, trusting her to know what to do but also not really being bothered to think about it too much himself.

Dunes were a bit of a struggle with the cargo. The sand behaved in a really weird way out in air, it just sunk away as FreeFlow tried to climb the slopes, causing him to leave a messy trail of dug away sand and bits of rubbish.

The way back down into the tiny dune-valley Peninsula had found was a lot easier as FreeFlow just lived up to his name and let himself slide down, totally not looking very silly in the process.

"Oooh nice spot, could use a pond for sure, but good enough for now. Also, another nice thing I discovered about this sand is if you dig away some of it, the sand below is nice and cool!"

FreeFlow went on to drop his cargo, pick out an old magazine and and dug himself into the sand enough to stay nice and cool.

"Learning to read was a good idea! We could learn so many things about this above-land just by reading these!"
"Let's see... 'Manehattan's Mid-summer Fashion Mix-up', 'Dubious Divas Divided'... 'An exclusive look inside the crystal palace royal chambers'..... Ok this did not answer many questions but apparently your eye-protectors are 'all the rage', which sounds kinda bad."

Peninsula looked worried when the stallion mentioned the pond. She has to make sure all her followers have a good supply of water to drink here. The mare gazed at the ocean as she continued to wonder where the group would get water. Her gaze fell back on FreeFlow as he said something about the sand (which she ignored) and about her protectors shades (which she didn't ignored). Peninsula peaked over to see what the magazine had to say about her shades. It was hard to focus on the words on the paper with only two eyes. She rubbed the eye shape scar on her forehead as she said,
Peninsula: All the rage!? This explains why the other land ponies are looking at me weird. . . I must be offending them with these eye protectors! I must get rid of them to avoid detection! FOR THE CROWN!
The mare took off the eye protectors and shoved them into the trash haul. The sun instantly attacked her eyes and she let out a painful scream. As she covered her face she said,
Peninsula: FreeFlow, you have to go out and find me new eye protectors! I, The Great Peninsula, can not let the sun defeat me! I also can't offended the new land ponies. . .  So do more research within those history books and figure out what is appropriate protection for the eyes. I will hang back and make sure this fort is up to standard while you are go. Failure is not a option and do not embarrass the crown!

"Right! Let's see... These here look interesting, they are uh, stunning?! I don't understand why these ponies would make eye coverings that stun."

"How about these. 'Fit for a star'. Fit for a star?" Looked up the sky questioningly, which he knew would be filled with these star things at night. "How would that even... Ok next."

"These uh... 'the coolest pair of shades this summer'. Ok that sounds good! This place is could certainly do with some shades and coolness!" FreeFlow quickly rose from his spot, quickly fell over and quickly rose again. "Right, I will procure this pair of cool shades! But I was not raised in a sea trench, nothing goes for nothing." FreeFlow went over to the hoard of treasures, and picked out a number of excellent pieces. A dented, empty oil can, a leaky beach ball and a broken umbrella which he stowed in a somewhat moldy and very sandy saddlebag.

"This I could trade for some shady cools, perhaps even a pair for myself!"

"Bah... Well, it's no use cryin', just gonna have to haul this thing out and..." The colt pulled hard on the cart, only to receive some bad news. It wouldn't move.
"Aaaand you're stuck." He then clopped his hooves together, laughing. "Yep, just what I always wanted! Getting stuck on a beach when I don't even know if it's high tide or not!"

To be honest, he was surprised he made it this far dragging it through the sand... But now that it was stuck, he wasn't leaving it. Who knew what would happen to his stuff?
He then made a noise that was somewhere between a sigh and a groan. "At least somepony's bound to come by eventually. Can't resist the beach on a nice sunny day..."

*Suddenly Abyss comes up and with one hoof, raises his cart up from where it was stuck. He pushes it back.*

hmph... What's the matter with you?

*Abyss saw what Illusion was doing, and just had to go and see. It wasn't the pony that intrigued him though... He takes another glance at the cart.*

"Oh, nothing, just ended up readin' the map wrong and went completely the wrong way..." The stallion had said.
Taking a deep breath, he tugged hard at the cart, only to lose his balance and fall flat on his face when it actually moved.

He then mumbled something into the sand.

But taking a look at the cart's contents would've yielded no results. The colt had thrown a thick white cloth over it, likely to protect the contents from whatever weather he went through.

She watch the stallion go off on his side quest from the dunes. Hopefully he is skilled at bargaining as he is at collecting. The mare looked at the dunes that surrounded her. She didn't know where to start the preparations to build her fort. The mare decided to get an birds eye view of the dune, so she climbed out of her hole. As she stood up something caught her eye. In the distance was an old abandoned shack. The mare stood and stared at the shack for a while. She wasn't sure what to make out of it but she had a feeling to check it out. The started to slowly make her way toward the shack; her eyes locked on the ground to protect her sight from the sun.

*Abyss rolls his eyes as he walks in front of the Stallion.*

Are you done..? I forbid myself from asking to many questions, but where were you even trying to go anyway with a full cart?

The colt soon stood up, spitting out sand before brushing some off his vest. "I was trying to get to a small town called Ponyville to start building up a name for myself. Easier to impress small-town folk, you see... Or at least, that was the idea... Erm, no offense if you came from there."

He then looked around, as if trying to find a road. "You happen to know where the nearest town or city would be? 'Less I find a place, I'm gonna be lost for a while longer..."

I'm not from there, nor do I go there often. It isn't a place I would want to go to...

Rush watched the two stallions quietly from a distance.

"They seem to have everything under control." He muttered.

Peace begins to traverse the busy streets passing by markets, restaurants, knick-knacks, sporting goods, and hotels and apartments. Nearing closer to the ocean, he can finally see the sandy beach and the many ponies who come to relax in the sun or to play in the water or have a leisurely time. Peace proceeds to come close to the beach, watching by the grass in front of the sand among the many palm trees. He looks around and talks to himself.

Woo mane. Been some time and they made quite some good changes. The pier is upgraded and improved. Added 2 playgrounds. and the life towers looks more modern. Everything else still looks the way I remembered.

The mare stumbled her way toward the shack. Along the way she past Peace Keeper, but she was too focus on her side quest. Once she arrived she stood on the patio of the abandoned building it looks like an old beach house but very small. The palm trees hide most of the house, except the flag on top of the house. The flag had a some sort of cutie mark; she assumed it was the cutie mark of the owners. Peninsula slow walked up the old steps of the house and tried to open the door. It wasn't lock but it was jammed. With all her strength she forced the door open and fell fast first into the house. She let out a painful cry as she rose from the ground. Her lit up as she took in the room. It looked like a typical beach house; the living room, kitchen and dinning room were all connected. The kitchen was outdated and the furniture looked like it belonged in the 90s. The mare smiled as she walked through the house. She discovered two more bedrooms and a room with a weird chair. Peninsula decides that this will be her base of operation, since it was already built and she knew nothing about building a fort. She let out a victory laugh as she stood in the middle of the living room. The second day on land and she already concurred the Equestria Ponies land.

"I'm not asking about that, I'm asking if you know if there's another town somewhere around here. Actually, let me make this easier... Where'd you come from, and if you don't mind me asking, where is it? C'mon, buddy, don't leave me lost and confused..."

((am I suppose to tell that he's a sea dragon from the sea?)) lol

"I'm sorry, what? I'm lost, confused, in the middle of nowhere, and you want me to talk about myself? When you haven't told me anything about you?"
The colt rolled his eyes. "Alright, fine... Born and raised in Canterlot, got an education at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns, bought a cart when I hit 19, and I've been traveling ever since. Now can you please tell me where civilization is? C'mon, don't make me beg...!"

*Abyss chuckles*

Looking for a few more seconds, ot hits him.

He looks around to find a beach shop. Probably the closest to the beach compared to every other building. He goes inside to find many things indise from concessions to clothing, to fishing and surfing to souveneirs. he is surprised to see all these nice things, but still can't help but get something to eat. He finds a bottle of juice and a wheat bar.
Mane I am craving those Sun Chips, but gotta keep of that junk.

He continues to look around now that the many things inside caught his attention.

Rush stopped looking at the two stallions and continued on his way. He turned and continued to make his way down the shore.

The colt tilted his head, confused at the other pony's sudden stop.
"I don't see what's funny, and I know my puns. You tryin' ta keep secrets from me or somethin' like that? Fine, I'll explain again... I think I'm lost because I read my map upside down. No offense or anythin', but the way you're acting doesn't seem right... It just feels fishy."

*He puts his shades (I forgot to mention he has shades that he wears sometimes when he's on land) on, then continues...*

I'm Abyssal Ruins, or just Abyss. My home is the waters as you can tell by looking at me. Now as for you... Your on an island... Can't you see..? They are shops and stuff nearby... But I don't think you would be interested in that. I'm not asking how you got here, because I don't want to know... As for a town you won't see one for miles. You really screwed up you know that right? And no I can't show you the way because I don't know and care.

Joystick walked along the streets, stopping at a food vendor and purchasing a banana.

"Feels good to take an actual, worry-free vacation," he said to himself, continuing on the sidewalk. "I'm never able to relax back home."

He enters the beach shop, having forgotten to pack a swimsuit. I mean, it probably didn't fit anymore anyway, he thought, looking around and taking detours as he strolled towards the clothing aisles.

The colt's pupils turned to pinpricks the instant he'd been told he had somehow blundered his way onto an island.
"H... How...?!" Was all he could ask himself. "I didn't even- How could I have- I just- What...?!"

And with that, he went completely wall-eyed as he tried to understand how exactly he failed hard enough to get himself stuck on an island without even noticing it.

Are you about to hurt yourself again..?

*Abyss was wasting his time with this pony. He should just go and let him have a tantrum or something... Abyss ponders why he didn't leave before hand to go to the Dragon pony Industrial Tyranny instead of talking with this pony...*

"No, it's just... Just...!" The colt started to go wall-eyed again before he shook his head, taking deep breaths to calm down and try to forget about the impossible feats that he must have performed to get here. Especially since he didn't recall taking any boats; He'd remember the motion sickness if he rode one.

"Wait... He then said, realizing something. "Wait, you said your home is the waters? I don't follow. What does that mean...?"

*Abyss sighs*

I am a sea serpent, or sea dragon pony or whatever you land ponies call yourselves. It's nothing special, for I come on land more then travel in water... Why do you ask like that?

"A... Sea Pony?"

He looked puzzled for a moment, but soon he just narrowed his eyes, not amused in the slightest. "And I'm Celestia's nephew. Nice to meet you, commoner."
The unicorn sighed, shaking his head. "Look, I've tried to be patient, but now I just feel as if you're mocking me, so why don't you make this easier for the both of us and just point to the nearest shop or wherever?"

I don't lie... Theirs unicorns, pegasi, alicorns, etc., and your standing here telling me that you don't see the sea serpent when you see one..? Your very clueless to be a traveler...

*He points to a gift shop with a big seashell as a banner*

"The Serpents are one thing, but everypony knows that Sea Ponies are a myth. I don't know where you're trying to go with that argument." The colt said skeptically as he began to pull his cart along. "You? You're no serpent, just a normal earth pony from what I see, and one that looks nothing like a big scaly snake. And you're - no offense intended - a blank-flank, as well. Is that why you seem so grumpy?"

*Now Abyss gets angry. He takes off his shades, and stares at Illusion. Water from the beach splashes, or more like hydro pumps on Illusion.* lol

What, and who gives you the idea that I am one of you? And a mark that shows my destiny is something I wouldn't want and try to waste my life trying to find.

*Water surrounds Abyss*

"H-HEY, what are you d-?!" Was all the unicorn could get off before receiving the water cannon right to the chest, bowling him over.
Shaking water from his wet mane, he stood right back up, looking less than pleased with these events. "That was just plain rude... You can't work up a convincing argument, so you resort to hitting me like a foal throwing a tantrum? Because might makes right, right? How mature of you..."

Apparently you are one of those clueless ponies...

*Abyss looks over Illusion's shoulder to see Mayfly signaling him to come over, rolling his eyes, he sighs again*

Better make use of this little mission that I'm doing...

The moment the unicorn heard that sickening voice, he immediately made one heck of a grimace. A look of intense dislike that I'll only refer to as the "Excalibur face".
"If it involves her, then keep your missions away from me..." He couldn't explain why, exactly, he had such a strong reaction towards that voice, but there it was.

Without another word, he took his cart, and began walking away.

Where are you going..?

"Away. I'll ask one of the vendors for directions, since you're apparently incapable of helping." The unicorn had answered.

*Abyss has no intent on following him, but since he ' agreed' to do a mission, and since Illusion is the pony that he needs to go with, he decides to play along some more... He kinda wonders what's in the cart though while walking with him. Before he hoof signaled Mayfly that he'll be there in a minute...*

"Why are you following me?" The colt asked without so much as even turning his head. "Don't you have anything better to do than following a lost unicorn?"

Peninsula exited the house a new mare. During her time in the house she found a new pair of eye protectors and body armor. The eye protectors were round and fake gold; and her shirt was pink with bright green flowers on it. She didn't know much about "fashion", but she had a feeling she was doing it right. As she walked down the patio of the house, she started to think about what to next. She had to find her pony, but that wasn't her top priority. What she was more concerned about was the fort and upgrading it. The mare made her way back to the beach and started to wonder around again in hopes of finding something useful.

The orb zoomed into the cutie mark and a loading screen popped up. The orb was a bit outdated and slow but it got the job done. After a few seconds a screen pop up with basic information about her assigned pony.

Rush continued down the beach, his mismatched eyes full of joy and curiosity.

[Color=gray]"I haven't been to a beach this beautiful in a while. It may be a bit littered, but that's not hard to fix."[/color] He said aloud to himself.

The mare notice a stallion talking to himself. She assumed he was a lonely weirdo and was about to continue her way. But, she noticed his white armor and assumed he must know what is acceptable to wear on the land. She hurried toward the weirdo as fast as her jelly legs could carry her. Once she reached the stallion she said,
Peninsula: You, land pony! I notice you have "fashion" body armor, which means you must know what is considered appropriate attire for the beach. So I, The Great Peninsula, require your time to ask you question. Does my attire offend you? Answer yes or no!
The mare took a step back so the stallion could get a better look. She had a pink shirt with lime green flowers on them and a pair of fake gold eye protectors. A worried expression crossed her face; hopefully wont offend the land pony.

Rush flinched as the mare approached him and addressed him as "land pony", but he quickly recovered his composition and smiled kindly.

[Color=gray]"I, personally, am not a fashion expert, but no, that outfit doesn't offend me at all. In fact, I feel it kind of suits you."[/color] He said calmly, keeping his smile.

The mare rubbed her chin as she thought about what he had said. He was not fashion expert so could she trust his statement? The weirdo is, in fact, a land pony, so he must know what is normal or not. She decided to accept his statement till a real expert arrives. She turned back to the stallion and said,
Peninsula: You not being an expert troubles me but you're statement is accepted till proven wrong. I, The Great Peninsula, thank you for your time and answer! Now, I must ask you a follow up question. Where do you land ponies obtain fashion body armor and fashion eye protectors!? These eye protectors are not shielding the sun's rays and I must obtain better ones! I already have salmon fetching me a pair, but I must know where more can be obtain.

Rush chuckled.

[Color=gray]"Well, I think I saw a shop off that way that was selling clothing and other beach 'supplies'. I think I saw them selling sunglasses and umbrellas, along with some sunscreen and beach towels."[/color] He said, pointing in the general direction of the shop.

He turned back to her and tilted his head. [Color=gray]"Your not from around here are you?"[/color]

Peninsula looked in the direction he was talking about but did not what he was talking about. The weirdo must be talking in a weird body language so their fashion armory wouldn't be exposed. The land ponies were smarter than she thought, but she is even smarter than she looks. She decided to temporarily recruit this land pony to further her mission. As she examined the location he pointed toward she said,
Peninsula: I don't sea it! You must take me there so I know the way to get there! Erm no, I am not from here. . . But I AM from the surface! Just a different location. . . So this foreign land is unusual to me. I must ask you not to questions my origin anemonemore, since they do not help with my current situation.
She flashed an awkward smile before heading in the direction he pointed toward. The mare ended up tripping but she got quickly back up.

Rush raised an eyebrow, but shrugged and caught up to her, walking a couple feet off to the right of her.

[Color=gray]"I apologize if my question struck a nerve. I was just curious. I will refrain from asking again."[/color] He said, sighing and lowering his head.

Peninsula: Your apology is accepted; therefor, I give you my forgiveness. Enough squiding around! We must find this island's fashion armory! Take the lead. . . You're name is still unknown but I respect that so I will call you a "Sir". Which seems to be an appropriate thing to call ponies around here.
The mare joined the stallion by his side to follow him wherever he was taking her. She made mental notes of land marks so she would recall how to get there later.

Rush walked ahead, leading the way.

"Um... My name is Illusive Valor. Most ponies call me Rush, but either name is fine." He said, glancing back over his shoulder. "And your name was Peninsula, yes?"

Peninsula: YES! That IS my name, The Great Peninsula! You have a mysterious name. . . You either are a mage or the naming around here is different than I am use to. Either way, I appreciate you escorting me to the armory.
The mare smiled big at the thought of this armory. It must be full of heroic armor and deadly weapons; maybe some useful history books too. She tried her best to keep up with the stallion but her legs would give out once in a while. But she never fell to the ground; she wouldn't dare fail in front of a surface pony.

'Armory?' Rush thought, chuckling quietly.

"Mage? I do use magic, but I don't think that would make me a mage, just a unicorn." He said, pointing to his horn.

The mare looked at his horn; she knew there were unicorns on and but she didn't know what they look like. She had learn so much the past few days. The mare was about to say something but she was too busy looking out for the shop. Her excitement was seeping through her smile as she continued to follow Rush.

'I've never seen a pony so excited to go to a shop before.' Rush thought.

They finally reached a decently sized shop that had a few ponies coming out with several items that any normal beach goer would have.

"Here we are." He said, gesturing towards the shop.

The mare examined the outside of the shop. She was impressed by the architecture and the items seen from the window. She walked up to the door as she formed a small smile. As she was just about to open the door, the door opened by its self. The mare was surprised to see the door open by its self. She assumed it had to be a gate that only let authorized ponies inside. The mare let out a triumph laugh; her surface form was able to fool the surface ponies technology. She happily march into the store as she said,
Peninsula: This armory's defense system is impressive, but let us see if their wares are too!

Rush raised an eyebrow and chuckled once again. He followed behind her through the door.

The mare gasped as she was surrounded by the fashion weapons and fashion armor. Peninsula dashed toward the clothing section and started to look through the armor. A lot of them had the beach name on it or bad beach puns. After searching for a while, the mare let out a gasp. She found an armor that was coloured like the sea and had a jellyfish on it. The mare smiled big as she took the armor off the rack. Turning toward Rush she with excitement,
Peninsula: Oh My Glub! This armor has a jellyfish on it! Can you BELIEVE it!? This fashion armor is worthy for The Great Peninsula to wear!
The mare put the shirt over the one she was currently wearing. The color of the pink floral armor poked out and her shades fell to the floor. Not noticing they did, she accidentally stepped on them when she was about to walk toward Rush. The Mare fell to the floor. With the broken shades in her hoofs, she clinch them tight. A single tear rolled down her face as she said,
Peninsula: This land technology is no match for my strength. . .

Rush gasped. "Are you ok?" He asked, moving a couple steps closer. "None of the glass went into your hooves?"

The mare looked up at the pony with a confused expression. Why was he concerned more about her than the technology? She decided to look down at her hoof. The shades didn't hurt her, which made his question even more confusing. Looking back up at him she said,
Peninsula: Um, yes? Who cares about me! My eye protectors are broken! And now I have to endure more torture from the sun!
The mare fell face down on the ground and let out a groan. As she laid in defeat she whispered to her self,
Peninsula: Where is FreeFlow with my eye protectors? . . .

Joy was browsing the aisles, not having picked anything out yet. He had seen a couple of items that caught his eye, but had wanted to keep browsing. He paid as little mind as possible to the new arrivals in the store.

((I'm assuming this is the same store as before.))

Rush sighed.

"A pony's well-being is much more important than a pair of sunglasses." He said, looking directly into her eyes. "I'll buy you another pair of sunglasses."

((I do believe it is.))

Peninsula: No, I wouldn't be able to accept it! I already have salmon getting me new. . . Sandglasses? Imagine how they would feel if I showed up with sandglasses after I sent them to find me some! As kind as your gesture is, I must decline!
The mare said as got up from the ground. If she couldn't protect her eyes, maybe she could find a way to defend them without the sandglasses. The mare walked over to the head protectors and started to examine them. They were all different shapes, sizes and colours. She didn't see how they could be to any use, so she walked over to another section. A little bottle with a sun on it caught her eyes and she shuffled over to it. It had a sun with sandglasses on and  said it could protect from the suns harsh rays. The mare smiled with glee, maybe this is something the surface ponies pour in their eyes to protect them! Peninsula picked up the bottle but notice there were different types of sun protector liquids. She examined each bottle carefully, trying to see which one was better.

"Alright." Rush said, shrugging off the salmon comment.

He followed her over to the sunscreen, and watched patiently as she decided which she wanted.

Peninsula stared at the bottles intensely. She had no idea what made them different beside the numbers and colours. The mare had to think on this for a long time; a decision like this determined her ability to withstand the suns ray and she wasn't about to fail because she picked the wrong bottle.

"If you're wondering which one is best to protect you from the sun, it would be the one with the highest SPF." Rush said.

Her stare intensified by ten folds. This new knowledge only opened a door to more questions. She had no idea what that mean. The made only assumed that SPF stood for Sun Protection Field and the higher the higher the defense. She took the bottle with the highest SPF into her mouth. Now she had armor, she needed a weapon. The made went over to another section. She saw some weird plastic objects and decided to head toward it. The mare gasp as she got closer. She saw a container that had colour tentacles. The mare stared at the tentacles in horror. These sick land ponies must be harvesting these tentacles from her people.

((I'm not quite sure what that's supposed to be.))

Rush followed Peninsula and heard her gasp.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

The mare's words got stuck on her fear. If the surface ponies were harvesting the tentacles and colouring them, what would they use a sea pony like her as? The mare slowly opened her mouth. The wider her mouth got, the louder her scream did. Filled to the brim with fear, Peninsula dashed out of the store. The store's alarm went off as she ran away from the horror armory.

Rush cringed at the scream. He tried to catch up with her as she ran away.

"Hey! Peninsula! Hold on!" He called out, trying not to trip on the rough terrain.

Upon hearing the alarm and scream, Joy promptly left the store, not quite able to see the culprit, but definitely able to hear her. He followed the noise as far as the beach before deciding that he might want to stay behind for now, enjoy his vacation for awhile.


However, he thought, It could be some form of fun. Ah, whatever, I'll see who it could've been and stop there. Curiosity getting the better of him, he, from a distance, followed the noise.

Peninsula ran as fast as she could toward her fort. The screaming died down as she started to get tired. As she was running, a pony threw a water bottle on the ground. She took a hard step on the bottle and slipped on it. The mare fell on her back; the fall knocked the wind out of her and she laid on the ground trying to catch her breath. The sun's rays were digging into her eyes as she laid in defeat. The mare regretted coming onto land; these land ponies and their sun were crueler than she imagined.

Rush ran until his lungs burned, until he finally fell flat on his face about six feet from where Peninsula had fallen. He sat up and cough out the sand that had gotten into his mouth, breathed deeply for a few seconds, then looked at Peninsula.

"What was that all about?" He coughed, knocking some sand off his hoodie and mane.

Doomato pillaged the beach, kicking sandcastles and making a mockery of the lifeguards, not a care in the world.

The mare's gaze rested on Rush as she continued to gasp for air. She couldn't form words so she rolled over and try to stand up. With each gasp of air, she slowly fell back down and laid on her back. Through her heavy breathing she whispered,
Peninsula: This is the end of The Great Peninsula.. .

"Why? What's wrong?" Rush asked, slightly panicked. "What do you need?"

The mare was about to say something but she couldn't help but hear hoof steps. Angry hoof steps. She sat up to see where these rage hoofs were coming from. Her eyes widen and filled with fear as someone approach her. A chubby earthy pony with coconut color coat and green dreads was running at full speed toward her. If she could scream, she would. As the stallion approach them he said,
Da Shop Owner: THERE IS THAT THIEF! COME HERE!
The mare try to escape but the stallion was too fast and grabbed her by the tail. As he held onto her tail he said with angier,
Da Shop Owner: Oh, no no no! No more runnin' child! You think you could out steal from me? ME!? And you think you could run away!? I don't know what kind of beach you think your on, but it is the wrong beach! Oh, and you got the shirt all dirty! That is a twenty dollar shirt! You got anythin' to say before I call the cops!?
The mare continued to gasp for air and fear for her own life. She quickly signed with her hoofs that she was sorry and ask him what are cops. The shop owner raised an eyebrow as he watch the mare use sign language. He let out an annoyed sigh as he let go of her tail. In an monotone voice he said,
Da Shop Owner: Okay. . . You know what, I think I gotta better solution than involvin' the cops. You WILL return the items you stole. . . And for the rest of your stay here you will join my beach clean up club. Lucky for you you get a free t-shirt out of it. Now, hoof over the stuff you stole.
The shop owner reached out his hoof for the t-shirt. The mare sat there with a blank stare; extremely confused by what the stallion just said. But she did as she told and took off the shirt. She place both the shirt and the sun lotion in the stallion's hoof. The stallion nodded with approval and turned to leave. He gave Rush a hard stare as he said,
Da Shop Owner: You best watch your sister better before she gets herself into trouble.
He turned and contiued back toward his shop. Peninsula sat with a blank stare and confused look on her face.

"Sister...?" Rush said, very confused as he stared at the shop owner. He shrugged, figuring that if he assumed she was his sister, it was better than if she was just some random pony that he was helping with directions. He caught up to the stallion and apologized for his "sister's" transgressions, then he pulled out some bits from his hoodie's pocket, paid for the goods that were removed from the store, then returned the items to Peninsula.

"Sorry, Peninsula." He said. "Now. Do you need anything? Please say something." He sounded concerned.

The mare stood up as she took one big gulp of air. As she exhale she finally regain her breath. She looked over at Rush and then back at the ocean. As she continued to stare at the ocean she said,
Peninsula: Thank you for your time Rush, I am going home.
The mare walked a few feet into the dunes and sunk into it. She laid in the dunes as she waited for FreeFlow to return with her sandglasses.

"Alright. Bye. Have a good afternoon, Peninsula." Rush said, waving goodbye.

He turned around and started to walk down the beach, looking more concerned than happy.

"That was very strange," Joystick whispered to himself. "I might've been right. This could be, well, not fun, but interesting." He trotted to the shoreline, thinking about the events he just spied on, running the scene through his head over and over.

The green unicorn mare stills picking up trashes and she saw what happened. Somepony screaming and running away from the store beach and this shop owner yelled at her... The unicorn is both confused and worried. She want to help her, but she don't know what she's thinking.
Maybe the unicorn will go see her while cleaning the beach.

Rush continued down the beach, staring at the sea as he walked. He want really paying any attention to what was ahead of him, and he had quite a bit of sand on his hoodie and in his mane as proof.

Peace looks at all the commotion and is startled by what happened.
The hay was going on. Someone trying to do a 2-hoof discount? *sigh* These ponies should learn.

He nods his head horizontally before returning to the souveneirs with the funny graphics. He makes his mind and gets a bottle of juice and a bag of nuts and proceeds to buy the stuff and leaves the store. He finds a bench right next to the store's door and sits to eat his nut mix.

A new day will start soon and maybe a
small event to help the sea ponies find
their assigned pony. ))

Peninsula laid in the dune with the orb on her stomach. She was checking to see which sea ponies have made it to land and how many more will arrive. Scrolling through the list of ponies reminded her to see who she was assigned for. She clicked on the cutie mark symbol and Peace's profile pop up. The mare looked over his profile and examined his picture. She was surprised that he looked like that but a lot of the land ponies looked funny. The mare closed out of his profile and started to work on her daily report.

((My sea pony will come the night... hope it's not a problem. (+The sand is no more that hot at this time)))

While the green unicorn is "cleaning" the beach, she said "Hello..." to Peace. (you decide if Peacekeeper remember Natura. I would like he remember her.)
She always says "Hello" to ponies she's going near them and she never looks directly in their eyes. So, she don't know who she's talking to.

Peace hears Natura's greeting and is somewhat surprised.

Natura perked her ears when Peace replied and she's surprised because to most of the ponies she said hello never replied hello back to her.
She turns her head toward Peace and remember him. She don't know why he's here.
"Peacekeeper? I-I never thought you are here..."

Hehe... well I just came here to enjoy the beach. How're you doing?

"Um, I guess I'm okay..." She said with a bag where she puts all the trashes in that she picked up.
"It's just I... Well... I don't know why ponies don't stop to throw trashes on the beach, in the forest, and even in the sea..."

Me neither. I mean there are trash bin everywhere and it don't hurt to walk extra steps to try to put it away properly. Guess some of them are lazy to do that. I tend to throw away my trash nicely.

"I would like they are not that lazy and begins to think about animals who live in those places..." *sigh*
"Unfortunately, they are not like that... it seemed like to me they don't care about them..."

Yea. Its not just the animals, its also the plants and the Earth as a whole.

He looks athis watch and looks at the sun.
Might leave soon. For sure I do thank yours and the sanitation ponies effort to clean up the trash and dispose properly. I do feel uncomfortable myself picking up everuone else's.

Natura chuckles a bit.
"It's sure it's a hard work. Would be more easier for us if they don't throw those thing everywhere like this."

*-Well... that is my headcanon X3 . Still a bit disambiguous on whether Equestria is the nation or the planet they reside on. I will research MLP a bit more to see which is true.

[I always thought the planet was called Equus or something along those lines. I'll still call it earth either way, though.  :P]

Good afternoon Sea Ponies! The sun is setting, but that doesn't mean the fun has to end! There will be a Fire Works show on the beach tonight! Ice Cream and other cold treats will be sold 50% off during the show. Be safe and have fun! [/center]

((I think Equestria is just the nation. In cannon, they always say "What in Equestria?", not "What on Equestria?", which would lead me to believe that Equestria is just one continent or country. Plus, the map has places marked that are not actually part of Equestria to the east and southeast, labelled "Yonder to Griffons" and "Dragons be Here".))

Rush sat on the beach and watched the sun set over the horizon, and watched the moon take its place. He sighed as he started to count the stars.

((LoL, when did the OOC turn into a theory session? :pp Also, I really hate to do this in the middle of a RP but I decided to make Peninsula Agender{gender neutral}. Peninsula exited their fort; they were wearing the pink floral shirt and had their dreads tied up with a shark shape mane tie. The pony looked up and watch the cursed sun disappear into the sea. A large smile formed across their face, this was one less problem they had to worry about. The pony made their way down to the beach to continue their mission on land and to find their pony.

((Um... Since Peninsula has no gender, which would they prefer to be referred to as? It is both kind of suspicious and confusing for somepony to refer to another as they.))

Rush sighed as he looked up at the stars. Suddenly, he found himself singing a song from his childhood.

During the night, a sea pony pokes her head out of the sea and looks around her to make sure nopony is looking at her.
Since noone is here, she begins to walks on the beach and took her apparence of a Earth pony.

The pony made her way toward the shop they shoplifted yesterday. Even though the store owner scared them, they needed to keep their word. Peninsula let out a sigh before entering the building. A few minutes pass and the pony exit the building. Peninsula received a white t-shirt that said, "Clean Up Oasis!" and had a crab picking up a can. The pony also was given a bag to put the trash in. The owner gave Peninsula the task to clean up any trash during and after the fire work show. With a sigh, the pony started to wonder around the beach with their new task and t-shirt.

Illusion yawned as he pushed a sheet off of himself, eyes opening to the comforting sight of a beach house's bedroom.
He couldn't help but chuckle at the memory of how he'd managed to get one at the price he did.

The salespony couldn't wait to just give it to him. If only to get him to shut up.

...Are you holding me here against my will, sir?! Is that what it is?! No? Hmph, could have fooled me, what with the horrid practices you are performing! If I have to survive in a bloomin' Jungle, then-
Oh for the love of sweet Mother Mare above, just shut yer trap already! I don' know how y'got here and now I don't care! Take your pick and get outta my sight, ya vagrant!

Good times. Pushing that stallion's buttons was just so much fun. Plus, hey, free beach house for his whining justified complaining. At least for a little while.

Oh, there were fireworks going on tonight, weren't there? He was wondering why he was making the effort to wake up in the middle of the night.
And like that, Illusion had hopped off the bed, pulling on his usual vest.

"Hm... What happened to that Abyss guy, though...?" He couldn't help but ask as he stepped outside.

Marina had speant her day on the beach, just... watching. She decided to blend in and see how exactly surface ponies behaved and lived their lives. Though she began to realise this may not have been the best of plans, as it was getting dark, and she had no idea where to go. She hadn't found her assigned pony, and had no where to stay but on the beach. The mare sighed, standing up. She looked around, and caught sight of a stallion sitting on the beach. Her interest was originally caught by his singing, but after glancing between the orb and the stallion, she realised this was her assigned pony.

Marina smiled as she cautiosly made her way up to the singing unicorn.

Rush finished his song and sighed. He looked back up at the night sky, completely oblivious to the pony that was approaching him.

Along their walk on the beach, they noticed a long that looked a bit familiar. Not wanting to be wrong they pulled out the orb and looked through the list of authorize sea ponies. The name, Acqua pop up and she was on land. Looking over at the mare, they placed the orb back into their saddle bag and walked toward the pony. As they examined the made they said,
Peninsula: Greetings, Acqua. I, The Great Peninsula, am happy to see you made it out fine. Lucky for you you just missed the harsh sun so you do not need shades. But! The sun will come out again, so I give you some sandglasses.
Peninsula pulled out a bright red ladder shades and hoofed it to the mare.

"Excuse me? I hope I'm not interrupting, but you're a wonderful singer." Marina complimented the unicorn, smiling softly. She hoped she'd caught the stranger's attention.

Rush tensed up as he heard the pony's voice, then his face turned a lovely shade of red at the mention of his singing.

"N-no, not at all." He said, turning around so quickly that he nearly tripped over his own hooves. "Heh. You heard that?"

"I hate to break it to you, but you weren't exactly singing quietly." she chuckled. "So yes, I did hear. You're really great at it though, so I wouldn't worry too much about others hearing you."

"Oh..." He said, still embarrassed that he didn't hear her approach. "So, um, did you need something?"

A blue hoof shot out of the sand like a zombie and a muffled voice could be heard. "Kniy tyn awedy...? Sun cwammin sokks!"

"Well, not really. I'm uh..." Marina trailed off for a moment, before coming up with an excuse. Telling him she was from an underwater world and assigned to spend her time with him until she had to return didn't seem like the best way to introduce herself.
"I'm new in town! And you seem like an approachable person, so I figured I'd say hi."  She smiled, finding her excuse to be acceptable. And it wasn't a lie, it just wasn't everything.

Rush raised an eyebrow, seemingly recovered from his embarrassment.

"Me? Approachable?" He said, slightly amused at the thought. "If you say so."

"Anyways, hello." He said, shaking the thought of him being approachable. "I'm actually not from around here either, if I'm being honest; I just came here for a vacation from... work."

"I see. Well, it's nice to meet you." The mare smiled, although she was slightly confused by his reaction to being called approachable.
"I'm Marina." She introduced herself.

"Likewise." He said with a smile. "My name's Illusive Valor, but most ponies call me Rush."

Illusion rolled his eyes as the "zompony" hoof shot out of the sand at him. "Need any help, there? It looks like you've been down there a while..." He had said.

Peninsula looked over their shoulder and gave the mare a warm smile. The pony then began to make their way down the beach, picking up trash along the way.

Marina smiled. She found this to be going quite well.
"So, how long will you be staying here?" She asked. It was an attempt at making conversation at least.

Doomato climbed out of the sand. "Quite fine, indeed! My name's Doomato, here's my business card!" He hoofed a business card from his fedora to him. It read "DoomCo".

"I'm not sure." Rush said, rubbing his chin. "I guess until I feel like going back."

"Never heard of you, I'm afraid. Your company just start up?" Illusion had asked, placing the card into one of his vest's pockets.

"Nah, it's been a thing for a long time. How come Equestrians find it so hard to locate a tiny island with an elevator on it?"

Peninsula smiled big as she picked up a piece of garbage and placed it in the bag. The pony was not only confident, but positive that their plan would work.

"Anyway, anything special happening here. I'm mainly on this island because they'll away the deed for my holiday home if I don't use it and suing the salamander didn't help my case in court. Also, I heard about the litter, so I'm gonna steal some to make clean energy and melt down metals to make perpetual motion machines, meaning more electricity, which means more dimensional wormholes and robots to build!"

"Fair enough." Marina shrugged. "Have you been here long already?"

[Color=gray]"I've only been here for about a day."[/color] He said. [Color=gray]"You said you only just got here yourself? Do you mind me asking where you came from?"[/color]

"Oh! Well... uh, not too far from here really, but not all that close either." Marina mumbled her response. She couldn't tell him she had come from an underwater kingdom filled with sea ponies. Not yet, anyway.

Rush frowned. [Color=gray]"I'm sorry if that question was intrusive; I didn't mean to strike a nerve."[/color]

[Color=gray][I]'I really need to learn not to ask where ponies are from...'[/I][/color] He thought.

"No, it's fine." Marina said, smiling to show she wasn't upset. She looked out across the ocean before them for a moment, watching the dimmer light dance across the surface. She wondered what to say next, or if staying quiet would be a better option.

Rush sighed and turned his head to face the sea.

"It's beautiful." He said, a smile starting to form on his face.

Marina smiled. "It's even more beautiful when you see what's under the surface." she murmured, thinking of her home.

[Color=gray]"Oh really?"[/color] Rush said, smiling as he glanced over at Marina. [Color=gray]"I can only imagine."[/color]

The mare was still looking out across the water, smiling softly. Her face fell a bit, as she thought of what some land ponies had done to the ocean. "It's such a shame it's being damaged." she sighed, looking down at the sand.

Peace arrives at his destination coming off the bus. Do buses here STILL operate at this time? These ponies should be asleep. Oh well. Anywho, Peace got the flyer and came to the beach for the show. He looks around the beach asking questions and seeing signs of where to be to watch it. He looks for a spot in the grass first to see if he can get a good spot. If not, he brought a towel to sit on the sand.

Rush frowned and sighed.

"Yeah. I've never understood why ponies feel they have the right to damage nature. Especially when somepony is trying to keep nature clean and happy."

"Not much that I know of, unfortunately. There's fireworks tonight, but that's about it. I'm just here until the next boat comes along and I can leave. Unfortunately, I don't know when that will be. Good news is, I've got a place to stay for free. Anyway, good luck with your wormholes."

With that, Illusion began walking off, looking for a decent place to sit down and watch the show from.

"Yep, you too." Doomato walked to the shore, beginning to build a sand castle.

A happy feeling gew within Marina when she heard Rush's response. It was good to know he was in favour of the ocean.
"I believe it can be saved though, the damage can be undone. And hopefully, in time, those ponies who are damaging it will see the error of their ways. The ocean is a home to so many, they just need to be reminded of that." She stopped herself before she went off on a huge rant about the whole situation.

"That's a little bit of wishful thinking, but I can certainly see it happen." Rush said, turning and smiling at Marina. "From the way you talk, you seem like you know a lot about the subject."

Peninsula led Acqua around the beach with a confident smile. As they bent over to pick up trash they said,
Peninsula: I would also like to inform you that I, The Great Peninsula, have established a fort for our crew. I know, I am truly a remarkable member of the crown, but do not worry! You will have time to shine on land too! Everyone is useful in their own special way.
The pony gave Acqua a genuine smile before placing the trash in the bag. Continuing her way down the beach they said,
Peninsula: Picking up trash will help out a lot. Who knew these land ponies were so. . . careless. Makes me sick!

"I guess you could say that..." Marina chuckled softly. "It may be wishful thinking, but I'd say it's a pretty great wish. And it may not stop entirely, but I hope the situation will improve." She spoke with a warm smile on her face.

"We can only hope, can't we? But I suppose the more hope that goes into a situation like that, the less others can ignore it, and then more gets done about it. Right?" He said, sighing and looking back out to the ocean.

Doomato's castle rose and rose, becoming a temple that would soon be destroyed by the tide.

Marina simply nodded to show she agreed with what he had said. She was happy knowing that her assigned pony was one who wanted to save the ocean as well.

After a few more moments of staring out at the ocean, Rush turned back to Marina.

Peqce begins to eat his small transparent bag of baked chips. After eating whatever was leftover he puts it away in his bag, but wasnt secured enough and the bag gets picked by a small breeze tumbling across the sand near the grass and street.

After a bit...
I still feel kinda hungry. Might as well get more.
He leaves his towel on his spot to save his spot as he goes into the store shack to buy more snacks.

Natura still picking up trashes, then she suddenly bump her head at Peninsula, both tried to pick the same empty can.
"Oh, I-I'm terrible sorry... I didn't see you..."

The bump surprised Peninsula and caused them to drop her trash bag. The content in the bag spilled out as it fell to the ground. Peninsula didn't collect too much trash so there wasn't much that spilled out. As they bent over to clean up the mess they said,
Peninsula: You should be more careful! Unlike so ponies.... I, The Great Peninsula, am trying to save this pathetic sphere from the life that lives on it. I am also a gentle creature, so you are forgiven.
Peninsula scooped up the rest of the trash and carefully picked up Tue one the made head butted her for. They started to rub the spot that had contact with the other mare. Frowning they said,
Peninsula: Hey, what did you do? Why does my forehead hurt?

"Well... I was just picking up trashes and..." When Penisula asked why her head hurt, Natura looked on her horn. Yes, Natura is a unicorn. "I-I'm sorry again for the bump... I hope my horn didn't hit you or anything..." she said as her horn glow and the trashes she spilled on the ground goes back in her trash bag.

After some time, she notices Acqua with Peninsula. "Acqua...?"
"Hello, Natura! Long time no see! ^-^" Said Acqua.
They both strangely look alike...

Peninsula looked at the two for a very long time. Not only did the two mares similar apperences bother Peninsula, but the fact that the head ache was still happening. The pony squinted, something seemed. . . fishy to Peninsula.
Peninsula: Acqua, how do you know this mare? Given are um. . . location. . . I would assumed it would be hard to get to know someone from. . . here.

"Well, it's a long story." replied Acqua.
"It's true that's a long time we didn't seen each other. Where were you? And is she one of your friend?" Says Natura while looking at Peninsula.
"Yep, she is!"

Acqua whispers in Peninsula's ear. "She don't know yet we are sea ponies..."

Peninsula: Good, lets keep it that way.
The pony whispered back before forcing a smile at Natura. In their normal voice they said to Natura,
Peninsula: Yes, Acqua and I are friends. Which means You and I, The Great Peninsula, shall be friends too. It is quit an honor, I know, but do not be overwhelmed Natura! Just try to keep your cool and we will be great friends!
The pony spoke a confident tone as she talk to Nature. Peninsula wasn't really in the market for land pony friends but they assumed it would be helpful if they need more land ponies.

Peace comes out with a bag of trail mix and a bottle of water. He finds his spot still in tact... well except for some sand that happened to burry a bit of his towel.

Aww darn. Probably a wind or somepony ran over this.
He layed his stuff aside and picks up his towel, flapping it up and down getting rid of the sand. A small breeze blew and some of the sand blew off the towel... only to be replaced by the sand blown from the beach.

*sigh* Guess that answers me.

He flaps it a bit more, even unfurling his wings to blow air to it and slapping it to drop some excess. Finally that it looked as clean as he can get, he sets the towel down and sits on top of it.

"Oh, no reason in particular." Marina replied. "Like I said, just trying to meet some new ponies while I'm in town."
The mare smiled innocently at the other pony.

Rush nodded. [Color=gray]"Alright."[/color] He said with a friendly smile. [Color=gray]"If there is nothing else, I think I'm just going to watch the waves. You can join me if you'd like."[/color]

He turned back to the ocean and stared at the waves.

"Right, nice to meet you new friend!" She said with a smile. "I still have to clean the mess of other ponies on the beach... See you later!" She begins to trot to a random way and pick up a empty can, then place it in her trash bag.

"... I could say that she works hard for the nature..." Said Acqua a little bit sad and also a little bit happy. Happy because she's helping to clean. Sad because she need to pick up a lot and a lot of trash that most lazy ponies throw...

Peninsula: Good, more of a reason why we are here. Not everyone is bad, I doubt the ponies who do litter a truly bad. Just need. . . A little push in the right direction.
They said as they watch Natura walk away. The pony smiled as they watch the mare pick up a piece of trash. Looking back at Acqua they continued,
Peninsula: Hopefully others will mimic her attitude toward nature. Hopefully more toward the sea, but wavever. I guess some are more concern 'bout their own land than someone else. . . . That was very hypocritical for me to say. Anywho, let's continue down the beach. I, The Great Peninsula, have much to discuss!

Marina smiled back at Rush, and looked out across the ocean again. The question of where exactly she'd stay while she was here arose in her mind. The mare looked around the beach, supposing she'd curl up somewhere around there. Deciding not to worry about it just yet, Marina sighed softly and looked back at the sea.

"Alright!" She said as she follows Peninsula.

Peninusla: So. . . I don't actually know a lot about you. Besides the stuff on your registration form. So, what skills do you have to help further our knowledge and success for the crown?
The pony said as the duo continued their way down the beach. Peninsula didn't really know where they were going; they just knew to walk around and pick up trash. So without a destination in mind, Peninsula led Acqua down the beach as they picked up trash.

Rush slowly laid down on his stomach, never taking his eyes off the ocean, then he yawned rather loudly.

"Oof. Pardon me." He said apologetically.

*-Kinda got silent here X3 .

Peace looks around the beach as he awaits for the fireworks show to start off. As he looked around, the sandcastles got his attention and the structure amazed him. His eyes widened with awe and his smile of surprise. He spoke silently to himself.

Wow those sandcastles look cool. Looks bigger than the sand hill I just pile up Every beach day.

"Hmm? My skills? Eh, I'm not sure if I'll be really useful, but I'll try." Said Acqua as she picks up a trash, trying to help Peninsula.

[Color=lightblue]Peninsula: No skills. . . That might be a problem. Do not worry! I will help you find a useful skill! I am sure you could do somefin. . . .
. . . . . . . .
Maybe you could collect materials?[/color]
Peninsula said as the duo made it down the beach. As they were about to say something a loud boom could be heard. Peninsula looked around to find the source of the sound. Looking up toward the sky, a large red flower of fire filled the sky. Other flowers of many colours followed behind. The pony stopped and stared at the sight; they had no idea what it was but placed them in a trance.

"Maybe I could do that." She said she smiles.

Acqua heard the boom as well, it's the fireworks! Really beautiful the night.
"Oh, I believe those thing that explode in the sky and makes flowers of different colors are called firework or something like this... I do not remember well."

Peace then heard a small thud boom sound from where the firework is launched and looks up to try to see. Then the boom and flashes were made in the air and focuses his eyes at the fireworks. He has is earmuffs to supress the loud sounds from the fireworks. He looks in awe as much as the sandcastle but fireworks exploding is something he really didn't want to miss.

Hehe that's cool. Never seen that kind of shape before.
