OPENING:

You're on a bus to Gravity Falls to spend the summer there, you've heard strange rumors about the town, apparently, many paranormal things had happened there. Sitting next to you on the bus is a unicorn mare with a sapphire mane and yellow eyes. She looked lonely, so you decide to talk to her.
Marble : Great...i hope this summer wont be so boring...seriously its books books books...mabe its time for a change...*she keeps talking to herself and suddenly notices Sparkle* oh hey there...
Sparkle was daydreaming, staring out the window wistfully. She hears a pony speak to her, and snaps out of it. "Oh! um, hi," she says turning to the pony.
Marble : so uh this is the first time your going to this...uh place?
Sparkle nods. "Yup." she says bluntly. After what had happened a couple weeks ago, she needed to escape to someplace rural, and this was just the place. Sparkle decided not to tell this to the pony, but her expression said it all.
*Marble looks at Sparkle and folds a paperhat which she gives to Sparkle*
Marble : here it will make you feel better
Sparkle looks confused, but puts on the paper hat. She smiles. "Heheh, thanks," she says. It was a mystery to her how this small paper hat thing could make her feel better, but it did, so she decided not to argue with the logic.
Marble : your probably wondering how i managed to do that so fast well thats my talent...
Sparkle smiles. "Cool! " she says. "Heheh, all i do is sing," she adds jokingly.
The bus comes to a stop.
"Attention all passengers, we have now arrived at the Gravity Falls stop. All who wish to get off here must exit now," the announcer says.
Sparkle rises from her seat. "Welp, thats my cue," she says, and walks off the bus.
Marble : this is my stop aswell *She gets up and exits the bus*
As Sparkle exits the bus, she is welcomed by a large forest, filled with trees as tall as the city skyscrapers back home. The air was fresh, and smelled as if it had just been raining recently. Sparkle took a deep breath, taking in the scenery. It was peaceful here, and it would definitely help take her mind off of what happened last week.
Sparkle followed the signs that led to town, admiring the landscape as she went. She wasn't used to large forests, and it was a nice change of pace.
Marble : hey wait up! *She catches up to sparkle*
Sparkle and Marble walk towards town together.
"so... is this your first time coming here?" she asks, still admiring the scenery. Sparkle thought she heard something nearby, but dismissed it as the sound of the forest.
Marble : yea it is... i have no idea what exactly this is though...
"Well, according to the travel websites, this place is called Gravity Falls. It's known for its regular supernatural events," she explains. "I was hoping to..." Sparkle pauses, and thinks over what she was about to say. "...explore a bit, maybe uncover some of the mysteries," she continues.
There was the sound again. This was rather suspicious, but Sparkle continued to ignore it, and followed the signs to the town.
Marble : that sounds like fun
Sparkle smiles. At last they reach the town. It was a rural area, with very few citizens, and small buildings that were relatively spaced out. The town seemed peaceful, but had an eerie unsettling feeling to it as well.
"Well, this is it. Gravity Falls," Sparkle says, looking around. "It seems peaceful enough," she says to herself. She turns to Marble. "The main attraction of the town is the Mystery Shack, supposedly the center of the town's mysteries," Sparkle explains. Although she had very little knowledge of the town, and had never been here before, she thought she sounded a bit like a tour guide.

(btw misty, have you seen Gravity Falls? if not, i'd recommend watching the show before continuing, as things will likely get confusing from here on out)
Marble : mysteries eh? hmm interesting i wonder where are we gonna stay?
Sparkle puts her hoof to her chin. She hadn't thought about that... "Well uh... i'm sure there's a hotel somewhere... uh.." Sparkle looks around for any hotels. She spots one just across the street. "Aha! over there!" she says, pointing out the hotel. "I'm sure they're probably open!" she says. She just planned on camping out in the forest, but she figured this pony probably didn't want to do that, and she didn't want to leave her to figure out what to do on her own. "Well, i'm gonna head to the Mystery Shack! I'm curious as to what they have there," Sparkle says. She walks off towards the mystery shack without another word.

((well, thats up to you, but i was thinking they sort of just sort of run into eachother often instead of just sticking together all the time))
Marble : hey uh i figured mabe we should stick around what do ya say?
Sparkle turned back for a moment. "hm? oh, well uh, I was gonna head to the Mystery Shack. You can come along if you want," she says. Sparkle supposed it wouldn't hurt to travel with a friend, after all, it'd be safer that way.

(from here on out is when we actually get into Gravity Falls stuff, so if you havent seen the show i'd recommend at least reading up on the show so you know what's going on. Of course if you've seen gravity falls, you can ignore my previous statement lol)

After some time, Sparkle and Marble arrive at the mystery shack. Sparkle looks up at the building. It looked as if it was in a state of disrepair, as the S in 'Shack' had fallen off the sign. "Well, this is the place," she said, her voice sounding unsure. This place seemed spooky, but to Sparkle, that was exciting.
Sparkle walks up to the door, and tries to open it. It seemed to be locked, which was odd, since it was during operating hours. Sparkle knocks on the door. "Hello? Anypony there?" she called.

((who should answer the door? and do you want to play Dipper, Mabel, Grunkle Stan, Soos, or Wendy? also, all characters will be ponified versions of themselves, so there aren't any humans. Also, other charatcers such as Giddeon, Bill Cypher and others will be available to play later, the ones i listed above are just the possible candidates to open the door.))
*Mabel opens the door*
Marble : hello there
Mabel : hi..we dont get that many visitors here...
(they're at the mystery shack... Pacifica probably wouldn't be there.)
Mabel : *walks around in circles talking to herself*
Sparkle walks up to Mabel. "Hello! My name's Sparkle Chord, nice to meet you!" she said, introducing herself with a smile. "This is the Mystery Shack, right? so... where is everyone?" she asked. She had heard that the Mystery Shack was a tourist attraction, so why was it completely baron?
Mabel : what are you talking about...*fake smile* the place looks great hehe
Marble : i wouldnt say that
"well erm... can we get a tour maybe?" she asked, sounding hopeful.
Mabel : sure...why not..
Marble : this should be interesting...
Sparkle grins, and follows Mabel inside.
Mabel : so here we have a...
Stan : this is a worlds smallest Air conditioner as you can see it actually helps!
Tourists : oooh!
Marble : Right...
Sparkle looked confused. "the world's smallest... isn't this place supposed to have supernatural stuff?" she asked, looking suspicious and confused.
*Mabel whispers to Sparkle*
Mabel : Uncle Stan sells all kind of worthless junk in here..
Marble : may i see that air conditioner
Stan : i dont see why not
Sparkle nods. "ooohhhh..." she whispers back to Mabel. "So... where can i find the weird spooky stuff?" she asked, sounding curious.
Mabel : its mostly in the forest...watch out for the gnomes though...
Marble : the darn thing works?
Stan : ofcourse it does...*fake smile activated*
Marble : wait why do i want this thing again?
"Gnomes?" she questioned, looking confused. She heard that anything could happen in Gravity Falls, so she decided not to question it. "um... I heard that there was some sort of mystery expert around here? any chance they could take me on a tour?" she asked, sounding hopeful.
Mabel : yea thats my brother...but he went into the forest...kinda...
Marble : kinda? didnt you said that place is dangerous?
Sparkle smiles. "The forest? great! I'll just meet him there then! Thanks!" she says, and runs off toward the forest in search of this mystery master.
*Mabel Sighs and Marble Runs after Sparkle*
Marble : how do you know hes gonna be here?
"I don't," she says without looking back. Sparkle continues running, searching for the legendary mystery master.
*Suddenly something Flashes beetween the trees*
Marble : did you hear that?
Sparkle freezes. She definitely heard something, but what was it? "...it was probably just the wind," she said, not wanting to worry Marble. Sparkle continues walking, looking around for the pony she was searching for. "err, what did that mare back at the shack say her brother's name was again?" she asked marble.
Marble : she said his name is dipper... *They keep walking until they fell in a trapdoor*
"Right, Dipper. Got it," she said. Suddenly, she felt the floor drop out from under her. "What the--!?" she started, but she was already falling before she could finish her sentence. Sparkle screamed, as one would normally do if they were falling. Although, it was hard to say whether they were screams of terror, or screams of joy, like the kind you hear from ponies on a rollercoaster. And her expression didn't help much in deciphering the type of scream either.
*Marble managed to Remain calm while falling down until they reached the floor*
Sparkle landed on her face when they hit the ground, unable to control her landing. "ugh... where are we...?" she groaned, slowly getting up. The room was pitch black except for the hole in the ceiling they had fallen through.
Marble : i dont know...it looks like a cave
Sparkle looked around. "A cave? cool!" she said. She used an illumination spell to light up the room a bit. "C'mon! let's explore!" she said, walking off with her flashlight horn.
"Who goes there!" Roared a voice, that echoed from the cave.
Marble : did you hear that? *she lit up her flashlight horn*
Sparkle jumped back, startled. "Whoa, that was creepy," she said. "lets follow it!" she said, an excited grin on her face. Sparkle went in the direction of the voice.
*Marble Nods and heads towards direction of the voice*
