Four ponies shall meet, in the city of Manehatten..
Bonding through varying difficulties that befall upon them..
Strange things will occur, leading them astray..
The answer they seek, may soon spell their fate..

As the four newly-acquainted friends, by the names of Nocturna, Suri, Marble, and Sparkle, encounter situations of random unconsciousness, they decide it best to investigate the root of the issue. With the information Nocturna acquired from the overly-cooperative Doctor Crossheart, she learns that multiple cases of this are happening not only in Manehatten, the city of their meeting, but also in Canterlot as well. She feels something strange, like all of this ties in to something she was a part of, or that she learned about some time ago, but alas she knows not why, nor if it's truly the case.

Will she figure out in time the mystery? Or shall darkness cloud her? Will the others ever really find out what's going on with her, and will they all find out what truly is causing this? We shall find out some time in this story.

They decided the first order of business was to wait for the remainder of the crew to wake up, then to leave the hospital after, to visit the one Babs Seed. Thus, the story begins..

"So the documents Doctor Crossheart has given us is truly interesting," Nocturna says, looking them over. She'd been doing so for around 30-60 minutes, not knowing the passage of time.

Marble : this is interesting and strange too this list is really long and it has victims not only from manehattan and canterlot but also from ponyville Cloudsdale and Crystal Empire seriously what is going on why so many victims?

"It seems like whatever this is, it definitely isn't normal. Since we're closest to the victim Babs Seed, my thoughts are that we visit her when Suri awakes," Nocturna states.

Marble : i think we should visit her first any idea where she lives?

"The information of her residence is in these documents, I also have a map of both Manehatten and Canterlot. She appears to be on Brocktown Avenue, not too far from her," Nocturna replies.

//i clearly said she lives in Brocktown avenue...

((Sorry for being an idiot, I'm tired. My apologies.))

Marble : well then lets go visit her *she walks towards the exit*

((Hi everypony! Sorry I'm a little late, my sister was giving me tap lessons :P))

{Sparkle chord levitated her bags and was headed for the door}

"Sparkle wait! I'm coming with you!" Keldeo said as he tried to stop his friend from leaving.
"It could be dangerous!" Keldeo put his hoof on sparkle's shoulder.

"That's exactly why I can't let you come with me." Sparkle said, pushing past keldeo towards the door.
{sparkle turned to face keldeo}
"I can't risk losing you again.  Especially not now." She said in a serious tone.

"But--" keldeo stammered.  He had just recently told sparkle about his feelings for her, and found out she felt the same way.  He couldn't bear to say goodbye, especially not now.

"No buts" Sparkle said, cutting him off.
{sparkle gave keldeo a hug}
"I promise I'll stay out of harms way.  Besides, it's not like I'm going alone, I'll have marble Suri and nocturna with me, remember?" She said with a reassuring smile.

"Right." Keldeo said, a bit calmer now.
"If anything goes wrong, send me a message.  I'll be there faster than you can say anyskittles" he smiled.  Keldeo would miss sparkle, but he had to trust she would be alright.

{sparkle opened the door}
"I'll be back soon" she said with a smile.

{keldeo gave sparkle one last hug}
"Goodbye" he said, a sadness to his voice.

"Bye for now" sparkle said smiling.
{sparkle chord exits the hotel lobby and goes to meet up with nocturna}

{sparkle opens the door to manehattan hospital, she sees nocturna and walks over}
"Hello nocturna" she said.
"Sorry I'm a little late, I had to say goodbye to somepony first" she said with a sad smile.

"It's quite fine. You're sure you'll be alright?" Nocturna asks, concerned a bit by the sadness.

"Huh? Oh, uh, yeah, I'll be fine.  It's keldeo I'm worried about." She said, thinking back to how worried he sounded.

"I'm sure he'll be fine. You have nothing to worry about with your safety, at the very least," Nocturna says, hugging her. "Now let's all get to Miss Babs Seed, okay?" She continues.

{sparkle nods}

"Right." She said with a determined smile, and off they went to find babs.

"So given the fact that Babs is indeed a foal, we would need to go through her parents first. Ideally, this won't be an issue, but if they cause problems, I'll attempt to reason with them, and if nothing else, we may have to move on to the next, unless there's another idea," Nocturna explains, seeing Brocktown Avenue close ahead.

"I've got a friend who's sister goes to school with babs, so getting to speak with her shouldn't be too much of a challenge.  Although I've never actually met her before" sparkle says with a smile.

{there is a mysterious noise, well out of pony hearing range}
{Sparkle Chord hears the noise}

"Did you hear something?" She said, looking around for anything that couldve made a noise

((Sparkle has super hearing, since her talent is music.  This does make her sensitive to things like squeaks though))

"No I didn't, what did you hear?" Nocturna inquires.

"I'm not really sure what it was, it just sounded... Strange." She said with a puzzled expression.

{sparkle shrugged}

"I guess it was nothing" she said.

{the ponies arrived at babs' house}

"Here we are" sparkle said, looking up at the apartment complex.

"So these sort of constructions are common housing?" Nocturna asks, looking it over. "Seems cozy, at least," She continues, proceeding to knock on the door.

*the Door Opens and Ms Orange Appears*
Marble : looks like This is more tricky then i thought babs parents are the oranges?

{sparkle chord stands behind marble and nocturna shyly}

Marble : we would like to speak to ms Babs Seed Please
Ms Orange : yes right this way
*Marble Nocturna and Sparkle enter the apartment and the room*
Marble : hello? Babs Seed? we would like to speak to you
Babs Seed : well i got nothing to do anyway so what seems to be the problem?

"Well, um, you see, we heard around town that a few ponies were experiencing... Temporary unconsciousness, a sort of narcholepsy perhaps, and we heard that you were one of these ponies, so we had a few questions for you. --if that's alright." Sparkle said.  She shifted her hooves around nervously.

Babs Seed : yea i had that why? what about it?

"Do you know if you said anything beforehand, or if anything came to your thoughts before or during it?" Nocturna asks, deciding for a blunt approach.

"See, this has been happening to quite a few ponies recently, and we were hoping to investigate in hopes of preventing it from happening to anypony else." Sparkle elaborated.  Although she said anypony, she was mainly thinking about keldeo.

Babs Seed : no i didnt said anything that blackout for me came out unexpected
Marble : hmm Strange

"Hm, interesting," Nocturna replies, thinking. She walks into the room where her parents are, noticing something a bit off. "Excuse me, did you perhaps hear Babs go off about anything before her blackout?" She asks. ((I assume we can alternate the speaking roles, Misty takes this encounter, I take the next, for example))

Mr Orange : not that i remember she never acted strange or anything
Ms Orange : as far as i remember
Marble : so what could be the problem?

{sparkle thought about this for a moment, then, it hit her}

{sparkle looked terrified}

"Sombra..." She muttered.

"Who?" Nocturna asks Sparkle, going over to her, due to her looking scared.

{sparkle snaps out of it}

"Huh!? Oh, sorry, I was just thinking out loud I-it's not important" sparkle said, not wanting to scare them.

A pegasus, in a full, Fox Unit combat suit and helmet approaches the three mares.

{sparkle chord turns around to face the Pegasus, startled by the noise}

"Oh, uhm, hello there." She said

"Are you sure? Anything you may know would be beneficial," Nocturna states. Soon after, she hears the Pegasus, looking at him curiously. "May we be of assistance to you, sir?" She inquires.

{sparkle chord pauses for a moment}

"*sigh* king sombra is an evil unicorn who ruled the crystal empire 1000 years ago, but he was defeated by Celestia and Luna, and was turned to shadow, and improsoned in the frozen north, but not before he Could put a curse on the empire that made it dissapear with him.  The empire recently returned, along with sombra, but cadence defeated him a second time.  And then just last week, he returned a third time, taking over canterlot and capturing the princesses.  This past time, keldeo and I defeated him, and I was nearly killed in the process--twice." She explained to nocturna, telling her everything she knew.

{sparkle smiles}

"Actually, if it weren't for keldeo, I probably wouldn't be standing here." She says, the thought just now occurring to her.

"Now that I think about it, that's probably why he worries so much." Sparkle continued, now getting off topic.

"You and Keldeo seem very close.." Nocturna observes, seemingly distant, as though remembering something. She shakes her head as though clearing a sad thought before continuing: "I heard about Sombra some time ago, though that's perhaps the most informed I've been about him," She continues.

The armored stallion (Metal is the size and has a muscle mass anf figure of a mare) takes of his helmet, to reveal Metal gear, "Hey girls"

{sparkle blushes a bit, thinking about keldeo}

"well, sorta, I guess, I mean, we're friends, but..." Sparkle trails off.

{sparkle hears metal's voice}

"Metal!" She said excitedly, and gave the stallion a
Hug.

"What're you doing here?" She asked.

Metal hugs back and answers, "I heard you three were traveling, so I came to help" Gear grins.

"Awesome! Thanks for coming, this'll be a lot easier with your help" sparkle smiles.  She notices metal is carrying a note addressed to her.

"What's that?" She asked, pointing to the note.

"Good day Metal, I assume you two are pretty well acquianted," Nocturna says, thankful for the change of conversation.

Marble : Sparkle you dont know Equestrian History do you? he wasnt defeated he was destroyed and he was destroyed by Shining Armor Anyway who is next on our list Sunflower?
Babs Seed : thats my sister come ill show you

{sparkle looked puzzled}

"Actually I studied equestrian history for quite some time, however, I only knew about sombra's second defeat in the crystal empire from what I've heard on the news." She explained, writing down the new information she had learned.

"Could Sombra have something to do with this, do you think? I've never heard Sombra did anything like this, personally," Nocturna asks as they trot to Sunflower.

Metal hands the note to Sparkle.

{sparkle opens the note with her magic}

{sparkle reads the note, as she reads on, she blushes a bit}

{after finishing the note, sparkle sighs, and puts the note in her saddlebag}

"Well, it's possible sombra could be behind this, it's hard to say what his motives would be if this were the case though" sparkle said, only half paying attention as she thought about the note from keldeo, analyzing it in her mind.

Marble : if you studied Equestrian History you should know about the Crystal Heart and how Spike the dragon saved it anyway...Ms Sunflower? we would like to ask few Questions
Sunflower : ask away

{sparkle stands back, letting Suri and marble explain, but she is then kidnapped!}

"Ahh!" She screamed, then it went silent.

Marble : Sparkle! Get back here you! *Marble and Suri Run after the kidnapper*

"Sunflower, Babs, I shall be back. Stick with your parents, this shouldn't take long," Nocturna explains, galloping after the kidnapper as well.

*As They Run after the kidnapper Marble notices the kidnappers cutie mark and Gasps*
Marble : it cant be...
Suri : what is it Darling?
Marble : she....She has Returned
Suri : who?
Marble : let me show you *She teleports infront og the kidnapper causing her to lose the cloak and it reveals a Yellow unicorn with a cutie mark for a shimmering sun *
Suri : Marble you...know her?
Marble : its a long story
Sunset : *while holding Sparkle* oh so you remember me StarLoser?
Marble : she only called me that cause i was weak at magic
Sunset : indeed infact you still are

('Rules of nature' plays XD) Metal gear speeds down, keeping up with the foalnapper, then he tackles him to the ground.

{sparkle struggles against her kidnapper, trying to break free, when suddenly, a jet of water fires at sunset, causeing her to release sparkle}

{sparkle looked shocked for a moment, confused as to what just happened}

{keldeo runs up to sparkle}

"Sparkle! Are you alright!" He said, giving her a hug.

{sparkle hugs keldeo back}

"Yeah, I'm ok.  Thanks" she said, smiling at him.

Gear, his eyes red, leapt on sunset & uncontrollably, began to strongly punch sunset, repeatedly.

"Metal Gear! Calm yourself, now!" Nocturna shouts, attempting to pry him off of Sunset.

"Everypony stop!" Sparkle shouts as she uses her magic to levitate metal off of sunset.

{sparkle levitates sunset in front of her}

"Why did you kidnap me?" Sparkle asked.

Sunset : so that you wouldnt find out the secret...
Marble : what secret?
Sunset : i cant tell you what it is but here is a hint its related to what your investigating *she glows her horn and vanishes*

"Hey! Come back!" Sparkle jumped at sunset, but she got away.

"She got away!" Sparkle said, frustrated.

{keldeo put a hoof on sparkles shoulder}

"Are you ok?" Keldeo asked, concerned.

{sparkle turned to keldeo and smiled}

"Yes, I am.  Thank you, for saving me." She said with a sweet smile.

{keldeo smiles back}

" it was no big deal, really.  I'm just glad you're safe" Keldeo said, blushing a bit.

Marble : i think i know what she meant with that
Suri : what do you mean?
Marble : i think she meant those Blackouts that means we are after something big but Question is Why did Sunset tried to Kidnap you and how did she knew about this? and *looks at Keldeo* punching a mare really?

"I didn't hit her! I fired water!" Keldeo protested.

"I haven't the slightest notion why in equestria sunset was trying to kidnap me, but I have a feeling she knows something about this that we don't." Sparkle said, trying to figure out what sunset was talking about

Marble : anyway i think we should look at other victims at Canterlot
Suri : oh its been a while since i been i there
Marble : indeed lets see... Lyrica Lilac Neon Lights Royal Ribbon Photo Finish Octavia Melody Twilight Velvet and...Prince Blueblood?!
Suri : i guess even the Royal Pain has to feel the pain

"Right. Let's get going then." Sparkle said as she headed for the exit.

{keldeo stops her}

"Sparkle wait!" he said.

"What is it now keldeo?" Sparkle asked, slightly annoyed by being interrupted.

"I'm coming with you." Keldeo said.

"I told you, it's too dangerous!" Sparkle said, worrying about keldeo.

"You saw what just happened! Somepony is after you, knowing that I can't let you go to canterlot alone" keldeo argued.

"But I'm not alone, I've got--" sparkle was cut off

"What I mean to say is, I can't let you go without me." Keldeo said, putting a hoof on sparkle's shoulder.

{sparkle blushes, unsure what to say}

((Ooc: somepony needs to persuade sparkle into letting keldeo come.  If you want to, that is))

Marble : i dont know Sparkle mabe he should come with us...?

{sparkle looks to marble, then back at keldeo, then sighs}

"Fine. You can come." She said bluntly.

{keldeo hugs sparkle}

"Thank you!" He said excitedly.

{sparkle blushes}

"Perhaps it'd be a good idea, we don't know what could occur, so an extra part member could be beneficial." Nocturna says, after talking once more to the family. "Also, the only thing I gathered out of them was that Sunflower was talking about a tall box. Perhaps it was a shipment of sorts," She continues, shrugging.

"Tall box? Was it blue?" Sparkle asked.

"I'm not sure, she didn't really describe it color-wise," Nocturna replies. "Why are you asking?" She asks.

"No reason in particular, I just thought maybe it could be the tardis or something" she said casually.

Marble : anyway lets go *Marble And Suri walk to the direction of train station*

Nocturna suddenly gets a giant migraine. "Ugh, my bloody head.." She says.

{sparkle and keldeo follow, keldeo walking close to sparkle}

{sparkle stops for a moment}

"Are you alright nocturna?" She asks concernedly.

Suri : are you Okay Nocty? *Suri asks with concern*

Metal shakes his head & his eye turn back, "Ugh... what happened?"

"I'm not sure," Nocturna replies, shaking herself to try to dispel the pain, to no avail. "Let's just head to Canterlot, perhaps I'll feel better once we can relax on the train," She reasons.

Marble : Right...*She pays for the tickets and gets on the Train with Suri*

{sparkle and keldeo follow, and keldeo sits down next to sparkle, who was gazing out the window}

Suri : ahh Canterlot its been so long since i been there
Marble : well i could show you around canterlot its atleast what i can do for a friend
Suri : that sounds lovely but i think we have a case here

Nocturna curls up and falls asleep, lightly snoring. ((This is where you all could discuss the weird behavior Nocturna has exhibited in the duration of you all knowing her))

{sparkle takes a deep breath}

"Its hard to believe it's been 2 months since the whole sombra thing" sparkle said, staring out the window.

"Yeah" Keldeo said wistfully

Metal zooms past the train and heads for Canterlot.

*Suddenly Suri eyes start glowing White*
Suri : Mortal fools! you will not solve this case ill take you down if i have to! *her eyes stop glowing*
Marble : what...was that?
Suri : i dont know honestly

{sparkle's eyes go wide}

"...are you ok suri?" She asks concernedly.

Suri : yes i am why?
*Marble falls asleep*

"Oh, no reason really, you're eyes just started glowing is all" sparkle said casually, trying not to scare her.

Suri : i honestly dont know why that happened

"I'm not really sure either..." Sparkle said, confused.

{sparkle shrugs}

"Oh well, *yawn* I guess we won't be figuring it out anytime soon.  Goodnight equestria" sparkle said, and she fell into a deep sleep.


{keldeo sighs, and turns to talk to suri}

"Do you think we'll be able to figure out the mystery?" He asks.

Suri : well if we work together i think we could solve it besides i think the only threat for me right now is my ex assistant

"Ex assistant?" Keldeo asks, confused.

((I guess that idea was dropped, oh well, carry on [emoji14])) Nocturna shakes violently in her sleep, mumbling about blue boxes and hourglasses.

{sparkle rolls to the floor while asleep, then startles awake}

"Waah!--oh..." Sparkle looked around the traincar, suddenly remembering they were headed for canterlot.

{keldeo is startled by the sudden noise}

"Sparkle! Are you ok!?" Keldeo said in a panicky tone

"Haha, yeah, I'm fine." She laughed as she sat back down next to keldeo.

"Oh, that's good" he said, relieved.

Nocturna hears the noise and jumps up from her sleep. "What happened?! Did someone get hurt?!" She asks, panicked.

"Don't worry, everything's fine nocturna, I just fell off the bench" sparkle said, smiling.  She laughed a bit at the silliness of her own sentence.

"Oh," Nocturna replies, blushing and pawing the ground, embarrassed. "Sorry for reacting like I did, I'm just a bit protective," She continues.

"It's alright, I think this whole fiasco has had us all a little on edge.  Right, keldeo?" Sparkle gives keldeo a teasing glance.

{keldeo blushes}

"Eheheh, right" he said with an awkward smile.

"I would say so. How did you two meet by the way?" Nocturna asks, interested in it.

"well, believe it or not, it all started in Canterlot! i was walking outside the city, when all of a sudden, i was attacked by a shadow monster! but then keldeo saved me.  After that we heard an announcement coming from the castle, and the announcement said that the princesses were captured, so we went to Paso Fino to figure out a plan to save them!  It was there that i was put under sombra's spell that nearly killed me, but then keldeo saved me again! and then there was a talent show, that was crazy, then during the show i was captured by sombra, and then keldeo saved me again! and then we had to find a special crystal that could be used to defeat sombra, and then we found the crystal, and faced off against sombra, and then i was almost killed AGAIN, and then keldeo saved me! and thats how it happened!" Sparkle explained.

"huh... now that i think about it, you sure did save my life a lot, didn't you keldeo?" sparkle said, thinking about this.

"yeah, i guess i did!" keldeo said, realizing this as well.

((OOC: the story of how they met is actually from another role play i did on skype :P))

"A wonderful story," Nocturna says, smiling. "I don't think I've heard of two that have bonded in such a way prior. It's a welcome change of pace," She continues.

{sparkle smiles}

Metal was sitting at the station, waiting for them to arrive.

"You're late" Said a sweet yet serious feminine voice. Gear turned his to see Cresselia, she wore a white eye patch on her left eye.

"Well, excuse me for wanting to protect my friends" Gear said, bitterly. Cresselia approached and sat next to Gear, "Is it him?" Gear asked.

Cresselia shook her head, "I'm not sure, but the energy is similar"

"I see..." Metal replied, concern and worry in his voice.

Suri : how long till we reach Canterlot?

"Excuse me, I hate to be a bother, but by coincidence we landed on the same train, and I had a question, if you don't mind," A random, fairly young mare says to Sparkle and Keldeo.

Suri : they sure look like *Suri Giggles*

Suri : wait a minute the train isnt moving *Suri looks outside the window* where are we? looks like a desert

{Keldeo, who was still blushing, notices suri looking out the window, and goes over to see what the trouble is}

"whats wrong suri?" he asks.

{in the background, sparkle could still be heard stammering}

Suri : Sparkle the Train has stopped and we are not moving cmon! i.m going to see outside *Suri walks towards the door and leaves the train*

"S-Suri! hold on a minute!" keldeo stammers, startled by suri's sudden exit of the train.

{Keldeo runs after suri}

*Suri Sees a broken sign that says Dodge Junction*
Suri : well i dont know how we got here but i guess well take a look around

{Keldeo catches up with suri, a little out of breath}

"suri, what are you doing!? the train could start up any minute and-- *sees sign* dodge junction? wheres that?" Keldeo asked, confused.

Suri : Sparkle i checked the whole train without you me Marble and Keldeo there isnt anyone there and this place looks deserted

((lolz keldeo followed suri, not sparkle xD sparkle is still on the train stammering her head off  lol))

The mare smiles knowingly. "Right, of course not," She says, smiling.

Nocturna decides to hop off the train as well, to look around. "Dodge Junction? Weird place to break down," Nocturna says. ((I assume the train is stopped on the tracks, not at a station))

{Sparkle was still blushing}

"eheheheh..." sparkle laughs awkwardly

{Sparkle notices nocturna headed for the train exit}

"n-nocturna! wait up!" she said as she dashed after her.

"I would have stayed and laughed, but I assumed you didn't need more embarrassment at the time," Nocturna states, chuckling. "In any case, do you know what happened? I was asleep, after all," She continues.

*Suri Continues to walk until she reaches a ranch*
Suri : i always wondered where they get cherry pies
*Suddenly a pony walks behind them*.
Cherry Jubilee : what are you doing here? this place has been deserted for weeks!
Suri : weeks? then why are you here and whats your name?
Cherry Jubilee : well i cant leave cause this is my home and the names Cherry Jubilee
Suri : i.m Suri Polomare what happened to all the ponies in this town?
Cherry Jubilee : dont know half of them dissapeared my 2 kids were suppose to visit me yesterday but they never did i dont blame them
Suri : what are theyre names?
Cherry Jubilee : Cherry Fizzy and Cherry Berry why?

"hey, where did keldeo and suri go?" she asked.

Suri : you miss them dont you
Cherry Jubilee : why wouldnt i? they are my only 2 kids
Suri : looks like we have something in common
Cherry Jubilee : what do you mean?
Suri : i used to be selfish and greedy but i changed i dont want to be like that anymore ever

{Keldeo was walking around the orchard, taking in the scenery, when suddenly, a thought occured to him}

"Suri? i think we left Sparkle and Nocturna behind" Keldeo said, just realizing this now.

Suri : *looks at Keldeo* i think Marble and Sparkle are still on the train by the way where are we gonna sleep tonight? its getting dark...

{Keldeo, still slightly puzzled, simply nodded his head in agreement}

Suri : anyway lets go Get Marble and Sparkle shall we?

"Good idea" Keldeo said, and they walked back to the train.

*Suri walks to Marble and she wakes up*
Marble : huh wha? are we in Canterlot already?
Suri : no the train stopped and looks like we are stuck here
Marble : where are we anyway?
Suri : some place called Dodge Junction
*Cherry Jubilee enters the train*
Cherry Jubilee : strange thing is that this isnt even the train station

{keldeo was searching the train for sparkle, but couldn't find her anywhere.}

"Suri! i cant find Sparkle anywhere! i think she gone missing--" keldeo was then cut off by somepony.

"im right here silly!" sparkle's voice said as keldeo turned around.

{Keldeo smiles awkwardly}

"uh... nevermind then" he said, slightly embarrassed about panicking.

Suri : hey gang can we trust her?
Marble : who cherry?
Suri : i dont see why we shouldnt

{Sparkle looked slightly confused, but rolled with the situation anyway}

"sure" keldeo and sparkle both said at the same time.  They looked at eachother in shock. 

Suri : whats wrong why are you scared Sparkle?

"Who's Cherry?" Nocturna asks, confused.

Cherry Jubilee : i am Cherry

"I meant who are you in relevance to now, but very well. My name is Nocturna myself," Nocturna says.

"Well, we need to examine the train and see why it broke down, then I could probably conduct it to Canterlot. Speaking of now though, why does this place seem so deserted?" Nocturna inquires, confused.

"i was wondering the same thing" keldeo said, trying to figure this out.

{in the back there was an explosion, followed by a startled shout that matched sparkle's voice}

{keldeo is startled by the noise}

"Sparkle!" he shouted as he ran towards the noise.

Gear hears the explosion and gallops towards it.

Cherry Jubilee : but...i thought yall gonna stay
Suri : we would love to but...but...eh Marbey why cant we stay?
Marble : no idea i honestly would love to stay but i dont know about others

Hearing the explosion herself, Nocturna quickly rushes to the back of the train. "What happened?!" She exclaims.

*Cherry Suri and Marble Rushes to the back of the train after Nocturna*

{in the back of the train, the air was filled with smoke, in the center of the room, sparkle sat, covered in ash and smoke, her hair a little frizzy.  She was holding 2 wires in her hooves}

"...i think i know why the train broke" sparkle coughed, smiling.

{keldeo facehoofed}

*Suddenly the wire starts sparking *
Suri : Sparkle Look out! its gonna... *before she can finish that the whole train blows up but Marble manages to cast a shield just time*
Marble : is everyone okay?

{Sparkle rubs her head}

"eheheh... oops?" sparkle said, trying to act as innocent as possible.

"What were you even DOING back there!?" Keldeo asked, sounding really annoyed.

{Sparkle made a cute pouty face}

"well, i went to go see what was wrong with the train, and i saw the battery was busted, so i thought that maybe i could jumpstart the train engine, and..." Sparkle explained, but she was then cut off by keldeo.

"you could've been killed!" he shouted, he sounded angry, but really he was more worried.

"but i didn't, right?" Sparkle reasoned, trying to calm keldeo down.

{Keldeo sighs}

"just... don't do it again ok?" he said, now calmer.

"ok..." Sparkle said, sounding like a little kid.

Marble : now we are definitely stuck out here!
Suri : or we could just walk to the nearest town say Cherry which way is the nearest town?
Cherry Jubilee : whats wrong with my ranch? i got everything you need

"i could just teleport us to canterlot" Sparkle suggests, trying to help.

"not now sparkle, we're trying to think." Keldeo said, not actually listening to sparkle.

{Sparkle rolls her eyes, then facehoofs}

"are you even listening to me!?" she said, annoyed.

//Sparkle srsly? i.m trying to make the story interesting and your just gonna squash all the fun with just TPing us to canterlot?
Marble : looks like were stuck here for now

*Cherry walks off Suri and Marble follow her*

{Keldeo and sparkle follow close behind}

*They enter a huge Ranch*
Cherry Jubilee : here we are make yourself at home i gotta take care of a few things if you need anything ill be upstairs *Cherry walks upstairs*
Marble : wow this place is fancy
Suri : i agree its lovely

Metal finally catches up to them, completely out of breath.

Nocturna has been silent since the train, deep in thought. "First we find a town is deserted with only one resident still here, then the train blows up? Seems a bit fishy," Nocturna says, when Cherry is out of earshot.

"What I miss?" Gear asked curiously.

Marble : oh nothing we found a place to crash in
Suri : Cherry said we could crash here

"Sweet, a place to rest. Although..." Gear looked around, "Something about this ranch is a bit... unsettling..."

Suri : hey where is Cherry anyway?
Marble : she said shes upstairs ill go take a look *Marble walks upstairs*

Gear gets CQC (Close Quarters Combat) stick ready, just in case.

"I'm going to go look around outside, don't tell Cherry where I am," Nocturna explains swiftly, trotting out the door.

*Marble walks downstairs*
Suri : well is she there?
Marble : no she isnt there is absolutely nothing upstairs i checked everywhere
Suri : okay i hate to tell ya but i.m a bit scared now

Gear hears something move in the background.

Nocturna notices the train debris is all gone, and that some strange darkness is coming closer to the ranch. She gallops back inside, opening the door with a slam. "We have to move, now!" She says, unsure what she really knows about it, but she's assuming it'll do something to them.

Marble : i dont blame you Suri
Suri : thank you *they Hug*

((sorry im so late again, i had ballet :P))

{Sparkle is looking around the ranch, trying to figure out why it felt so odd, when suddenly, she hears keldeo scream from downstairs}

{Sparkle teleports ot the scream}

"Keldeo!" she shouts, looking around to figure out what the trouble is.  She then sees a giant shadow monster holding keldeo captive.

{Sparkles eyes go wide, and she pounces at the creature, causing it to release keldeo and grab her instead}

"well that didn't exactly go as planned" she said, now stuck.

{Keldeo stands there in panic, unsure what to do}

"go get nocturna! hurry!" sparkle ordered as the creature slowly tried to eat her.

{Keldeo nodded, and dashed to go get nocturna}

"Nocturna! come quick! shadow thing! sparkle! attack! c'mon!" he stammers as he grabs nocturna's hoof and drags her to where sparkle is.

*Marble Shoots the Shadow Creature and it vanishes*
Marble : what was that?
Suri : i dont think we are safe in here

{Sparkle drops to the ground, unconcious}

"Sparkle!" keldeo stammered as he ran to her side.

{Sparkle looked pale}

*Marble Levitates Sparkle and brings her inside*

{Keldeo looked very worried}

"w-will she be alright?" he asked, sounding near tears.

Marble : she will you have my word *she puts Sparkle on the couch*
Suri : this place is creeping me out first the train explodes then the owner dissapears...

{Keldeo takes a deep breath in attempt to clam himself}

"yeah, this place is pretty weird" he says, thinking back on everything so far.

"...its almost like somepony is trying to stop us from getting to canterlot" he says, putting together the pieces of the puzzle in his mind.

*Marble Levitates a blanket on sparkle*
Marble : true but i dont understand how did cherry dissapeared?

Gear gallops in, kneels before Sparkle, takes a light crystal out of his pocket and places it against her chest, bringing color and light back to her.

{Keldeo thinks about marble's question for a moment}

"maybe she has some sort of portal hidden somewhere?" he suggests, trying to think like sparkle, since that usually worked.

*marble shakes her head*
Marble : no there were absolutely no portals on the second floor *Suddenly all the doors close on theyre own*
Suri : what was that??

((Did everypony just decide that Nocturna doesn't exist? She said that you all needed to run xD))

{Keldeo is startled by the doors closing}

"uh oh... thats not good" he said, worried.

{suddenly, sparkle shot awake, sitting up rapidly, then becoming dizzy}

"w-what happened? is everypony safe? *tilts her head* whatre you all looking at?" she asked, a bit confused

{Keldeo hears sparkles voice}

"Sparkle!" he said happily as he ran over to hug his friend.

"i'm so glad you're alright! i thought i'd lost you..." keldeo said, hugging sparkle tightly

{Sparkle is a bit squished}

"yeah, im fine... you can let go of me now" she said, blushing a little.

{Keldeo releases sparkle}

"oh... right. sorry" he said with an awkward smile.

{Keldeo is blushing a bit as well}

Marble : this is not good at all the Doors just dont close on theyre own

Gear picks up Sparkle and puts her on Keldeo's back,  "We need to get out of here!" Gear opens a window and throws three flashbangs, creating large flashes of light, thus creating a clear path, "Come on!" Metal kicks down the front door & gallops down the path.

{Keldeo, without thinking, follows after metal.}

{Sparkle is a bit startled, and confused as to what just happened}

*Marble and Suri Follow them* *a loud Echoing voice behind them says Your not going anywhere*

{Sparkle is startled by the voice, and holds onto Keldeo tighter}

{Keldeo begins running faster}

Gear throws two more flashbangs at the darkness, causing it to yell out in pain.

Marble : if im not mistaken The town of appleloosa isnt far from here

"which way?" keldeo asks, still running.

Marble : South-West from here about 3km

"Cresselia!" Metal Gear calls out. Cresselia appears then creates a path of light to Appleloosa.

{Keldeo follows the path, charging at full speed}

{Sparkle struggles to hold on}

Gear follows behind, ready to catch Sparkle if she falls off.

*they continue Running*
Marble : hey i see a city in a distance
Suri : me too its pretty big!

{Since they are moving so fast, there is a lot of wind}

{Sparkle shivers}

"hang in there sparkle, we've almost made it..." Keldeo says, trying to get to Appaloosa as soon as possible.

"I can see daylight!"

*they get to Appleloosa and Suddenly a earthpony with a cowboy greets them*
Braeburn : welcome to Aaaaaaapplelosa!
Marble : right...please dont tell me that this town is deserted too
Suri : i hope not
Braeburn : no its perfectly fine why wait a second sid you came from dodge junction?
Marble : yes we did but the owner she like dissapeared
Braedburn : listen ill tell you one thing that ranch owner Cherry Jubilee she died a week ago
Suri and Marble : WHAT??

"He must have taken form for her, to lore you all into his trap" Cresselia said calmly.

{Sparkle looked at braeburn with shock}

"y-you mean she was a... a..." Sparkle stammered, and then she fainted.

{Keldeo catches sparkle}

{Keldeo looks at cresselia, confused}

"whos: he?" Keldeo asked.

*Marble Tries to hold to a wall so she wouldnt fall down*
Suri : so no wonder she was so nice to us
Marble : how did she died?
Braeburn : nopony knows actually

"That, I am uncertain, though, Metal Gear and I prefer to call him, 'Phantom'" Cresselia replied.

"and this 'phantom' can shapeshift?" keldeo asks, eager to find out more.

{Suddenly, sparkle springs up unannounced}

"maybe its sombra" she said cheerily.

{Keldeo is startled a bit by sparkle suddenly springing up from fainting.}

Braeburn : i admit she was a nice lady she was really healthy never thought this could have happened
Anyway cmon ill show you your place to stay *Marble and Suri follow Braeburn*

"That, is impossible. Sombra is dead, and his remains showed no energy readings. And yes, 'Phantom' can shapeshift, but he's weak against light"

Marble : but Cherry was with us outside entire day!

"ah, i see." keldeo said, trying to figure this out.

"yeah, thats a good point.  I dont even know why I suggested it was Sombra, since I was THERE when he was killed" Sparkle said, laughing a little at her own mistake.

Marble : good point Sombra was destroyed but *Marble falls to the ground while grabbing her head*
Suri : Marble are you okay?

{Sparkle rushes over to check on marble}

((So, as what I did was thrown under the rug, I guess I'll attempt to pick it up here.)) "Perhaps it's not Sombra at all, it seems a bit powerful, whatever the force is, moreso than the princesses I'd venture," Nocturna states to the group.

"you might be onto something nocturna" Keldeo said, trying to figure out what the force might be.

Cresselia nods, "That is correct"

"Um, hello there, mind enlightening me to your name?" Nocturna asks Cresselia.

"Oh, my apologies" Cresselia looks at Nocturna, "I am Cresselia"

"A pleasure. My name is Nocturna. What did you mean by that's correct though?" Nocturna inquires.

*Marble walks to Cresella *
Marble : hi there

"It means your right about a stronger force, and hello"

Marble : i keep hearing voices in my head
Suri : what do they say?
Marble : they say that the elements of Harmony are gonna have new bearers soon i dont know why is it telling me that

{Sparkle's face lights up, hearing what marble just said}

"its us." she said randomly out of context.

"What?" keldeo said, confused.

"That, might be a problem" Cresselia said lookin grim, "When 'Phantom' arrived, he corrupted the Elements, the tree and the originally bearers of harmony"

{Sparkle's expression changed to shock}

"soo... that would be bad then?" she asked, still on her own train of thought.

"What the hay are we even talking about!?" Keldeo asked, very confused.

Marble : i understand it now since there are 6 of us but the thing is i dont know what elements we represent
Braeburn : wait wait your talking about elements of harmony? i never heard about them

((Apologies, there might be extreme delays on my end for some time. Testing, and my phone is now screwing up)) "The elements? I've heard of those, though personally speaking I don't see how I could be any of them," Nocturna says.

"And they won't be much use while their corrupted" Cresselia pointed out with a dull and annoyed expression on her face.

Marble : i think we are the ones who can restore them

"Maybe" Metal nods.

Marble : hey Braeburn what is the Quickest Route from here to canterlot?
Braeburn : well you can take the train
Suri : sounds good to me

"Lets get going then!" Sparkle said cheerily, eager to get to canterlot.

{Keldeo looked a little shocked}

"wait... us? the bearers of the elements of harmony? what!?" Keldeo said, shocked.

*Marble and Suri Gets on the Train*

{Sparkle follows them, practically skipping to the train}

"h-hey! wait up!" keldeo stammers as he dashes after them, still a little confused as to whats going on.

*The Train Takes off and Marble sees Braeburn waving in a distance*
Suri : there is one problem how are we gonna get to cloudsdale?
Marble : i havent actually thought about that ..

"getting to cloudsdale could prove to be a bit of a problem..." Sparkle said, trying to think of a solution.

*Marble Hear the Train Stopping*
Marble : were here already? this doesnt look like Canterlot
Suri : Marble this is Ponyville cmon! *Suri leaves the Train*
Marble : Hey wait for me! *marble Runs after Suri*

"Cloudsdale won't be too much of a problem if we want to split up for it, though if we want to all go together it could prove to be a problem, unless we have the capability for a cloud-walking spell and the ability to use some sort of aerial vehicle," Nocturna states.

Marble : i think we should check the city out first that building particular *She points at Boutique*
Suri : mmm looks fancy lets go! *they both walk towards the boutique*

Marble : so we want to ask you miss...?

Marble : has there been anything strange going on in town recently?
Rarity : there were few things a lot of ponies been blacking out recently also i seen a vision that the elements of Harmony are gonna be reseted and have new bearers
Marble : so you havent Blacked out?
Rarity : oh no Darling i have been fine ooh Suri mabe you could lend me a hoof with this dress?
Suri : i dont see why not lets see what you got *They walk off to the other room*

"I really don't like the potential of you getting hurt. I'd rather me be harmed then you," Nocturna says, concerned herself about the spell.

*Rarity and Suri walk back*
Rarity : i really misjudged you Suri you really did changed
Suri : thank you i think we should get going cmon Marble
*Marble And Suri Leaves the Boutique and head towards the town hall*

"dont worry, i wouldn't do something that could potentially hurt me or anyone else." Sparkle reassured her.

"if it helps you feel better, ive done extensive research into this spell, and the worst that could happen is i get stuck floating for eternity until somepony reverses the spell" Sparkle explained.

"that doesnt sound safe..." Keldeo said, worried.

"dont worry, its only happened once! ...or twice.  Ok, so three times, but that was a long time ago!" Sparkle said, blushing a bit.

Cresselia said with a dull and annoyed expression again, "Didn't I just say the 'Original bearers of harmony' are now corrupted"

Marble : wait...we need to find the others
Suri : Any Idea where could they be?

((they're all back on the train xD))

((srsly?? the Train Stopped and your still there?))
Marble : cmon mabe theyre still back at the train
Suri : good point *they walk back to the train station*

"If you're sure..I really would like more if you would test it on me," Nocturna reiterates.

"trust me, im sure.  The spell isnt safe to test on anypony that can already fly, since the aftereffects could result in taking away flight instead." Sparkle explains.

*Suri And Marble Step inside the Train*

{Sparkle was about to try the spell when suri and marble entered}

{Sparkle stops}

"hi guys!" Sparkle said cheerily.

((guys LOL))
Marble : hey uh so are we gonna check the city out?
Suri : well strange thing is we visited Rarity and she said she had similar vision like Marble does that mean its true ?

"DID ANYONE HEAR WHAT I-" Cresselia yelled out looking furious, but before she could finish, the train shakes, as if it were rammed by something large.

{Sparkle, a bit startled by the shaking train, accidentally falls into Keldeo}

Suri : i.m Sorry *suri starts crying*
Marble : Nice one Cresselia she was trying to help and you made her cry real smooth

"That wasn't me" Cresselia said. The train shakes again, this time, nearly caused it to tip.

Marble : seriously what was that? and Suri i appreciate that you became nice but please dont become too soft
Suri : i.ll try my best

A large heartless Behemoth rammed train again, only this time, it succeeded in knocking over the entire train.

Marble : ooooh my head wha was that?
Suri : whoever it was it was probably big

{Sparkle and Keldeo are squished onto the wall of the train due to the shaking}

"whats going on!?" Sparkle said, very confused.

Marble : someone or Something really big knocked over the whole train
Suri : cmon we gotta get out of this Train..

Suddenly, a pair if jagged teeth pierced into the top and tore it to shreds, then a large horn-mouthed head poked throught the hole. (if you don't know what a 'Behemoth Heartless' looks like, you can look him up)

*Marble Focused and Shot a beam of Magic at the behemoth*

The Behemoth roars and starts to tear more of the train apart.

*Marbles Casts The Shield So they have time to escape *

Gear picks up everyone and runs out of the train, repeatedly saying 'run'

*Marble is unable to keep the shield up behemoth stomps on the shield knocking Marble Unconscious and Suddenly the train explodes*

Gear stops, drops everyone and yell out, "MARBLE!!!" Gear then runs into the fire to rescue her.

*Suri Runs Fast towards The Train*

Gear ran out of the fire, his very being a blaze, yelling 'HOT!' repeatedly as he carried Marble to safety.

Suri : we gotta get her to Safety

{Keldeo used his water jets to douse the fire}

"Run!" he shouts behind him.

{Sparkle is nowhere to be seen...}

The Behemoth chases after them... at a turtle's pace.

{Keldeo fires a focus blast at the behemoth}

{keldeo notices sparkle is missing from the group}

"Sparkle? Sparkle! where are you!?" Keldeo begins to panic, searching frantically for his friend.

The Behemoth was unaffected by the attack... except it's moving slower now.

*A minty green Unicorn shot a beam at behemoth*
This way! *she shouted*

{Keldeo is searching frantically for sparkle}

"C'mon sparkle, where are you!?" He muttered to himself as he searched the ruins of the train wreck.

*Suri Approaches Keldeo*
Suri : she is nowhere is these ruins...

"If you want, I'll continue looking. You need to go though," Nocturna tells Keldeo.

"But... I have to find her" Keldeo said, sounding near tears.

Suri : no if you stay and look i will too i.m not backing down for Sparkle

"I think we don't have to worry about that thing, right now" Gear points to the Behemoth, "It's moving at a snail's pace"

Suri : but i dont understand we search all over the wreckage and Sparkle isnt anywhere

{Keldeo had an expression of fear in his face}

"Do you think she's...?" Keldeo didn't finish his sentence.  He couldn't bear the thought of losing sparkle.

*Suri tried to hold back tears*

"No... It can't be... S-sparkle..." Keldeo stammered, tears running down his face.

*Suri Hugs Keldeo in order to make him feel better*

{Keldeo was breathing heavily, trying to calm himself}

"I... Can't believe she's gone..." Keldeo choked on the last word. 

{suddenly, the sound of hoof steps came from behind them.

"Who's gone?" A familiar voice said.

*Suri Turns around hearing a familiar voice she Hugs Sparkle*
Suri : i.m so glad your okay!

{sparkle hugs suri back}

"Yeah, I'm ok" she laughed.

{Keldeo hears sparkle's voice}

"SPARKLE!" He said as he tackle hugged her.

{sparkle is knocked back a bit}

"Hello!" She said cheerily as she hugged him back.

"I thought I'd lost you!" He said, breaking into happy tears.

{sparkle smiled at him gently}

"Of course not." She said calmly as she stepped back for a moment.

{Keldeo noticed sparkle was badly injured}

"Sparkle... What happened?" Keldeo asked, worried.

{sparkle looked down at herself, noticing her rather beat up state}

"Well I had to escape the army of shadow ponies somehow right?" She said in a joking tone, trying to lighten the mood.

Suri : wait wait a minute where is Marble?

"I'm pretty sure metal brought her to safety after the fire" Keldeo said.

"Wait, there was a fire!?" Sparkle said, sounding alarmed.

Suri : yes i saw the train explode while marble was still in it

"What's with all these trains exploding recently?" Sparkle said, trying to be slightly humorous.

*a Black Shadow Forms in Front of them and Sunset Appears*
Sunset : you dont get it do you? i said i would do anything to make sure you wont solve this and get to the elements of Harmony

{Keldeo jumps in front of sparkle in a protective stance}

"Stay away from her sunset!" He said, determined to protect sparkle.

Sunset : *laughs* if i wanted her i would have got her a long time ago *she vanishes*
Suri : i think we need to get the elements of harmony

{sparkle is a bit startled by sunset vanishing, and accidentally starts flying}

{Keldeo's eyes go wide, he noticed sparkle's horn was missing}

"...s-sparkle!?" He stammered, utterly shocked.

{sparkle notices she is flying, and blushes a little}

"What did you-- how-- you're a Pegasus!?!?!?" Keldeo stammered.

"Eheheh... I... Sorta accidentally used the flight spell on myself?" Sparkle said with an awkward smile.

"You WHAT!?" Keldeo said, now in full freak out mode.

"I had to escape the shadow ponies somehow!" Sparkle protested.

*A beam of Magic Shoots at Sparkle turning her back into a unicorn*
Suri : who was that?
Marble : i honestly thought you forgot about me

{sparkle falls to the ground, but Keldeo catches her}

{sparkle blushes a bit}

"Thanks" she says, smiling.

{Keldeo simply smiles back}

Suri : i think we should continue on our mystery
Marble : Agreed who is next on the list?

"If I'm correct, we still never made it to canterlot" sparkle said.

Marble : we had ponies not in canterlot there were plenty of them in here aswell

"Good point" sparkle said.

"I think we should probably investigate locally first." Keldeo said.  He wanted to avoid canterlot for as long as possible.

Marble : Anyway who is on our list from Ponyville?

"Wait, we landed in ponyville?!" Sparkle said, not realizing this.

{before anypony could respond, sparkle was taking off}

"I gotta go explore!" She shouted behind her as she ran.

"S-sparkle! Wait!" Keldeo said as he dashed after her.

Marble : well that leaves us Suri
Suri : True but we cant go without them

Nocturna has been attempting to piece some stuff together, thus being silent. She's hardly been able to keep all the papers and such from getting destroyed by all the explosions and such, and she ponders if anypony even knows she's around at the moment.

*Suri Turns around and looks at Nocturna*
Suri : Nocty you wanna come with us?
Marble : yea were gonna check the first victim Spike

"Sure..I guess," Nocturna reluctantly replies, yawning.

Marble : cmon then! *Marble and Suri Head towards the Golden Oak Library*

Nocturna follows them, feeling sickly. I guess it's tiredness, who knows.. Nocturna thinks to herself.

{Keldeo and Sparkle had been running all around ponyville}

"this place is AMAZING!! ive never been to ponyville before!" sparkle said, admiring the scenery.

"yeah, its pretty awesome-wait, you've never been here before?" Keldeo asked, now intrigued.

"yeah, to be honest, before we met in canterlot, id never been outside of manehattan before!" Sparkle explains, munching on an apple fritter.

"wow... well its a good thing we met then, huh?" Keldeo said, smiling.

{Sparkle smiles}

"meeting you is probably the best thing thats ever happened to me" Sparkle said, blushing a bit.

{Keldeo blushes}

(suddenly, the two run into nocturna and the gang}

"oh, hey guys!" Sparkle said cheerily.

"I'M ON FIRE!!!" Gear runs by and accidentally bumps into Keldeo, causing his and Sparkle's lips to meet.

{Sparkle and Keldeo both blush crimson}

"Ha, the kiss of the Kelden Spark," Nocturna says, chuckling at the display.

{Keldeo and Sparkle finally unfreeze, and step back}

{Sparkle was red as a strawberry, so was Keldeo}

{there is a brief silence}

{Sparkle Chord then faints}

Twilight : can i help you?
Marble : yes we are looking for Spike
Twilight : hold on ill go get him *she walks upstairs*

Gear is still running around on fire.

((oh.  Actually, Keldeo is a gen 5 legendary pokemon that is notorious for looking like an mlp character :P EDIT: wait, you meant his expression, didnt you? lolz i misunderstood xD))

{Keldeo notices Metal is on fire, and uses his water jets to douse the flames}

*Spike Walks downstairs*
Spike : so how can i help?
Marble : were here to ask you about your blackout

{a few moments later, sparkle woke up, and sees nocturna standing there, giggling}

"What's so funny?" She asked.

Suri : we want to ask what were you doing when you blacked out?
Spike : well i was helping out twilight then i suddenly blacked out
Marble : strange...

"Just the adorableness of you two kissing, nothing more," Nocturna says, walking towards where the others went.

Marble : so true...
Suri : so where should we go next?

Suri : i dont know honestly i want to stay in manehattan but i dont want to leave my friends behind you know...

{sparkle caught up to nocturna, her face red with embarrassment.  She was still thinking about keldeo}

"It wasn't that cute" she said, somewhat out of breath.

"...er, was it?" She asked, now blushing an even deeper red

"That in itself is adorable, what you just did," Nocturna begins. "About earlier, that's perhaps one of the cutest things you two lovebirds have done to date," She continues, pondering where the others are.

{sparkle laughed nervously}

"Yeah, I've been told that I can be pretty adorable sometimes" sparkle said, blushing a
Little.

"Wait--L-lovebirds!? W-who said anything about-- were not-- I mean--" sparkle stammered, completely flustered now.  She was blushing again.

Suri : hey what about others?
Marble : i think the lovebirds will find us anyway here we are *she knocks on the door*

{keldeo runs up to Suri and marble}

"Hey have you guys seen sparkle anywhere? I wanted to talk to her and--wait, what're we doing here?" Keldeo asked.

Marble : i dont know mabe she is with others?
*the door opens and a white angry bunny stands on the doorway*
Suri : i gotta say thats one angry bunny
*Angel shows signs to them to follow*

"Your stammering speaks louder than the words that attempt to escape, denying hurts worse than admitting," Nocturna states.

*Marble follows Angel Upstairs*
Suri : we are here to see another victim

{Sparkle looks at nocturna with an utterly confused expression}

"...well, yeah, but, what does that have to do with..?" Sparkle trailed off, trying to figure out what nocturna meant.

"Try to figure it out, my dear Sparkle. Love is a binding, after all," Nocturna says, flying towards a noise she heard.

{Sparkle stood there for a moment, confused}

{She then noticed she was now standing alone}

{Sparkle follows nocturna to go investigate the noise as well}

{when they arrive, sparkle spots keldeo}

{Keldeo runs over}

"sparkle! thank goodness i found you! i wanted to talk to you about something" he said.

"uh, sure, whats up?" Sparkle asks, now curious.

{Keldeo pauses for a moment, then blushes}

"uh... well, i..." he stammered, apparently he didnt think he was actually going to get to talk to her.

Marble : so we want to ask you about..
Fluttershy : you wanna know how i blacked out?
Marble : *confused* How did you know?
Fluttershy : i guess pinkie is not the only one...

"yes...?" she said, eager to find out what keldeo wanted to tell her.

"well, its... um... see, i... i wanted to tell you... uh..." he stammered, seeming completely flustered.

{Sparkle looked puzzled}

{all of a sudden, a beam of magic came out of nowhere, and hit sparkle, causing her to fall unconscious}

"Sparkle!" keldeo said, panicking.

{Keldeo looked around to see where the beam of magic came from}

Sunset : Bleurgh! i hate love! you should watch your girlfriend there *demonic laugh*
Meanwhile...
Fluttershy : well i was baking pastry and i suddenly had this vision that elements gonna be replaced...
Marble : this was definitely no coincidence then if you twilight and rarity had the same vision that means its all true

"What did you do to her Sunset!?" Keldeo demanded.

Sunset : oh shes just gonna sleep for a while...

Suddenly, a poisoned dagger struck sunset's heart.

Sunset : this isnt the end! *She vanishes*

{keldeo is a bit startled}

A hooded stallion approachs. He gently places a hoof on Sparkle's chest, causing her to awaken.

*Suri walks over to keldeo*
Suri : what happened ?

"I-I dunno, sunset just showed up, and..." Keldeo stammered, a little confused.

{sparkle shot up}

"What... Happened?" She said weakly.

{keldeo notices sparkle is awake}

"Sparkle!" Keldeo said as he ran over.

"Are you alright?" He asked, concerned.

"Yeah, I think so..." Sparkle said, sounding a little dazed.

Suri : where is Sunset then?

"She vanished" Keldeo explained.

The stallion removes his cloak. His body was mostly mechanical except the top of his white head and spiky hair. He carried a sword and his left eye was covered by a black bandana.

Suri : Keldeo we have to Stop Sunset once and for all and there is only one way to do it...

"How?" Keldeo asked suri.

{sparkle was talking with the other stallion}

"Thanks, for saving me, I mean" she said shyly.

Suri : we have to get the elements of harmony
*Marble walks towards them*

"The Elements!? How?" Keldeo asked.

The stallion tosses a radar to Keldeo, then leaves.

Marble : i think i know who can tell us where they are...

{keldeo looks at the radar, confused}

"What's this for?" He asked, but the stallion was already gone.

{sparkle walked over to Keldeo}

"Ooh! Cool contraption thingy! What's it for?" She asked, intrigued.

"I'm not really sure" he said.

Suri : who Marble?
Marble : she used to have the element of magic..

{sparkle gasped excitedly}

"We're gonna meet princess twilight!?" She said excitedly.

Marble : yes but there is 1 problem there were 6 elements and...there are only 5 of us

"Whaddo you mean? There's you, me, marble, nocturna, metal and Keldeo. That's 6, right?" Sparkle said, trying to think

/the problem with Metal is that hes either this pony or that other one hes rarely around

*Marble heads towards the Treehouse but as soon she was about to enter it she is blown off by an explosion*

{due to the explosion, sparkle was knocked into Keldeo}

Suri : cmon! there might be somepony inside!

{sparkle hopped back up and followed Suri inside}

Suri : i.ll check inside and you go see Marble

"right" Sparkle said, so she went to go check on marble.

Standing near the burning tree was Tirek, who was back to full strength.

*Suri went inside the Treehouse and suddenly it collapsed*

Tirek picks up Suri, drains her magic then flings her away. Gear, dashes and catches Suri.

Suri : i Guess i got what i deserved...

{sparkle runs over to Suri in panic}

"What happened!? Are you alright!?" She asked, concerned.

*Suri Looks at Sparkle*
Suri : i guess im okay magicless but okay and Look Out! *Tirek Grabs Sparkle and Drains her Magic*

"Tirek! Stop hurting everyone!" Gear yells out.

"Oh, well hello, Gear" Tirek smirks, "I almost didn't notice you were standin there" Tirek then points to his hooves which had platinum horse shoes, "You like my new shoes?"

"No, their goofy and out of place" Gear frowns.

"Oh" Tirek sounded disappointed, "Well, that's too bad"

*Marble wakes up*
Marble : ughh my head...what happened here?

{sparkle is unconious}

{keldeo runs over}

"SPARKLE!!" He shouted as he fired a focus blast at Tirek.

*Tirek Grined and Drained Keldeo*
Marble : looks like i.m next...

{sparkle wakes up, a little dazed.  She sees Keldeo on the ground, unconious}

"KELDEO!!!" She cried.

{sparkle kicks Tirek, causing him to lose his grip on her}

{sparkle runs over to Keldeo, trying to wake him up}

"Keldeo! Keldeo can you hear me? Wake up! C'mon... Wake up!!" She cried, tears running down her face.

Tirek : your turn!
*Marble attempts to blast tirek but he steals her magic and walks into everfree forest*

{no matter how hard she tried, Keldeo wouldn't wake up}

{sparkle was bawling now}

"Keldeo! ...no... It can't be... KELDEO!" She cried out, tears rushing out like a waterfall.  She was shaking a bit.

Marble : Sparkle i promise well get Tirek for this

{sparkle was standing there crying}

"H-he was my only love..." She stammered.

Marble : i.m sorry

{Suddenly, a weak voice came from behind them}

"glad to know you feel that way about me sparkle..." keldeo's voice said weakly.

{sparkle is startled for a moment.  She slowly turns around}

{Sparkle's face lights up}

"KELDEO!!" she said, grinning.

{Sparkle runs over and kisses him}

{Keldeo blushes}

Marble : cmon Suri lets get our magic back
*Suri nods and they walk into everfree*

{Sparkle backs up}

"w-what was that for?" he asked, smiling and blushing.

"for not dying." Sparkle said casually.

"but really, dont ever scare me like that again!" she said, hugging him.

Suri : isnt this a bit dangerous?
Marble : we got nothing to lose! we already lost our magic

Gear jolted after Tirek.

*They Reached a cave*
Marble : well do you think we should go in?
Suri : yea lets do it

Gear was fighting Tirek in hand to hoof combat. Gear was quick, but his hits barely did a dent. "How can a pony like you, born without a single drop of magic, can posses this kind of power. Which reminds me, why I adopted you as my little brother"

Gear let's out a cry of fury, flies onto Tirek's back and starts to rapidly punch him in his spine.

{Keldeo looks around, only to discover everypony else had left}

"hey, where'd everypony else go?" he asked.

{Sparkle then noticed they were alone}

"uh... i-im not sure... i think they went to the everfree forest--or something" she stammered, her previous actions just now hitting her.  She was blushing a little.

"the everfree forest? ...i guess we should go after them then." Keldeo said, starting to walk into everfree.

{Sparkle was a little dazed still}

"h-hey, wait up!" she said as she dashed after him.

{awhile into everfree, Keldeo and Sparkle found the cave with tirek and gear}

{they hear a roar and a crash}

"ya think their in there?" Keldeo asked, somewhat sarcastically.

"uuhh... yeah." Sparkle said bluntly.

{the two walked into the cave}

{Sparkle narrowly dodged a flying boulder}

*They Reach the Tree of Harmony*
Marble : i think this is it

{Sparkle and Keldeo catch up to them}

{Sparkle looks up at the tree in awe}

"whoa... so, sparkly..." she said, her eyes wide with amazement

Marble : we need Nocturna and Metal for this to work i think

Nocturna, who was dazed for a good bit of time, awake in the Everfree Forest, seeing a path. "Huh, where did everyone go?" Nocturna inquires to herself, walking to a light that is shining ahead.

"That is one sparkly tree..." Keldeo said, gazing up at it.

{sparkle was leaning on Keldeo a little, trying not to faint from the view of the glorious tree.}

*Sunset appears*
Sunset : sorry but this will not happen

Tirek, accidentally steps on the Tree of Harmony.

Marble : even without the elements the tree has enough magic to...
Suri : we still need Metal for this to work the tree may be gone but the elements are still here

{keldeo sees sunset, and jumps in front of sparkle protectively}

"What do you want this time sunset!?" He said angrily.  You could tell by the look on his face he was worried about sparkle.

*Sunset Grabs Sparkle by the neck*
Sunset : how about i have a little fun?
Marble : dont you dare!

Metal jumps in and plunges a dagger into Sunset's throat.

{Sparkle ws startled by sunset collapsing, and then noticed the odd gem floating around her}

"oh, this must be one of the elements" she said bluntly.

{suddenly, her face lit up}

"oh my gosh the elements!!" she proclaimed excitedly.  She was bouncing up and down excitedly.

Gear yells out in fury, trying to plunge a sharp branch into Tirek, but he merely swats Gear away. "Pathetic creature" Tirek growled.

*Suddenly the floating Gemstones turns into necklaces that matches cutie marks*
Marble : i think i know how we can beat tirek

{Sparkle nods at marble, catching on to the plan}

*Marble Grabs Suri's Hoof*
Suri : what are you?
Marble : its my plan

{Keldeo, now understanding the plan, grabs onto Sparkle's hoof}

{Sparkle smiles at Keldeo}

Marble : okay now we need you Nocty and Metal

Metal Gear's out cold.

{sparkle activates her horn, and uses her healing magic to wake metal}

{keldeo's eyes go wide}

"No sparkle don't!-" he stammered, but it was too late.  Sparkle had passed out on the ground.

((When sparkle uses healing magic, it drains her own life energy, she sort of transfers the injury to herself.  Thus, why she fainted))

Metal wakes and attacks, this time, strikes Tirek, causing him to return everyone's magic

((lol whoops I forgot sparkle didn't have her magic xD))

{keldeo was trying to wake sparkle up}

"C'mon sparkle, wake up!" He said as he shook her.

{sparkle wouldn't budge}

{keldeo's eyes went wide with panic, that is, until sparkle twitched}

"5 more minutes..." She grumbled in her sleep.

{keldeo rolled his eyes}

*Suddenly a huge a flash of light blasted Tirek returning him to his first form*
Marble : is it over?

Gear kicks Tirek through a small portal to tartarus, but not before returning the magic to his friends, that Tirek took.

{sparkle was awake now, but she was a little off balance}

"Hm? Is it over?" She said sleepily, trying not to fall over.

*Marble looks at unconscious sunset*
Marble : yea i think its over

"oh, thats good..." she said, falling into keldeo, who caught her before she hit the ground.

Marble : what do we do now? *Suddenly a burst of light appears in front of them*
Suri : what the? Celestia?
Celestia : congratulations you defeated sunset now i shall take you all home

{Sparkle's eyes went wide}

"P-princess, Celestia..." she said shakily.  She could feel her legs giving out from under her, and her vision was fading.

{Sparkle Chord fainted from overexcitement}

*they all appear in canterlot*
Marble : so what now? were gonna split and never see each other again?
Suri : no! i dont want that!

"gosh, i hadn't really thought about what we were gonna do after this adventure..." Sparkle said, thinking.

"i didn't think we were even going to SURVIVE this adventure," Keldeo said nonchalantly.

Marble : mabe we should return to manehattan?
Suri : id love to but...

"We never actually solved the mystery, did we?" Sparkle said, the
Thought just now occurring to her.

Marble : we didnt but we can solve it now we are in canterlot after all

"you're right! this adventure ain't over yet! lets go!" Sparkle said, charging off.

{Sparle quickly turned around and walked back to the group}

"er, which way is it again?" she said with an awkward smile.

((guys, Prince Blueblood was on the list right? if so, can we start with him? i had a really funny idea  :D))

Marble : i guess we should start with him i think he lives in canterlot castle

"lets get going then!" Sparkle said cheerily as she charged towards the castle.

"S-Sparkle, wait up!" keldeo stammered as he rushed after her.

{At the castle...}

"here we are, Canterlot Castle.." Sparkle said, staring up at the magnificent structure.

{Keldeo was getting flashbacks to previous events that happened here.  Remembering facing off against Sombra}

{Sparkle walked up to the door and knocked}

"excuse me, we were looking for Prince Blueblood" Sparkle said loudly at the door, hoping somepony would hear her.

Blue Star : yes i.ll call him
Grulaz : he will come soon

{Sparkle nods, and waits for a bit}

{Keldeo turns to Suri and Marble}

"so whaddo you think he'll be like?" Keldeo asked.

((OOC: ima play prince blueblood for the introduction scene so i can set up my joke :P anypony can take over afterwords if they want))

Suri : if hes anything like the royal sisters he should be good
*Marble nods*

{Keldeo smiles}

{Suddenly, a tall white unicorn appeared before them, a regal look on his face.}

"Who has summoned me?" Prince Blueblood said in a snooty tone.

{Sparkle bowed lightly}

"hello your highness.  My name's Sparkle Chord, my friends and I were hoping to ask you some questions," She said politely.

{The prince smiles at sparkle, not really listening to her question}

"my my, you are quite a lovely unicorn my dear.  Say, would you perhaps like to join me for dinner?" The prince said in a charming tone.  He seemed to be quite taken with Sparkle.

{Sparkle blushes a little}

"oh, um, thank you, i..." she trails off, not quite sure what to say.

{Keldeo felt a stab of jealously, which was visible in his expression.}

Marble : well he was charming?
Suri : handsome too *looks at keldeo* whats wrong?

{Keldeo was mumbling something}

"hm? oh, nothing..." Keldeo said, sounding a little grumpy.

{Sparkle looked back to Suri and Marble, wondering what she should do}

{Keldeo looked away.  He wasn't sure why he was jealous, but he was.  Not much to do about it.}

Suri : your jealous arent you?

{Keldeo looked a little surprised}

"wh-what!? no! why would i be? its not like prince--whatever over there has anything i don't," Keldeo said, rolling his eyes.  His tone of voice sounded like he was jealous.

Suri : Keldeo ive been in a path full of lies i was a manipulator i know when a pony lies..

{Keldeo looked somewhat frustrated}

"really, i'm not jealous.  That would be shallow.  Besides, its not like Sparkle and I are... y'know." Keldeo said, blushing a little.

Suri : mhhm

{Prince Blueblood looked expectantly at Sparkle}

"well...?" he said, a small look of anticipation in his eyes.

{Sparkle looked like she was thinking hard about the Princes' offer.}

{Keldeo suddenly looked somewhat nervous}

"theres no way she'll say yes..." he said to himself, quietly hoping it was true.

"I would be honored to join you, your highness," Sparkle said almost exactly afterwords.

{Keldeo went wide-eyed}

"Wonderful my dear! I shall see you in an hour at the castle then," he said with a charming smile.

"of course, your highness," Sparkle said with a small bow.

{Prince blueblood went back inside the castle}

{Sparkle walked back over to Suri, Marble and Keldeo}

"well, that went well!" Sparkle said, smiling.

{Keldeo rolled his eyes a little}

Suri : well he seemed nice
Marble : i agree i didnt thought hes like that

"so... what exactly was i supposed to ask him about?" Sparkle asked.  Apparently, she had no clue what questions to ask the prince in order to most effectively discover more about the blackouts, but it sounded like she had just forgotten.

{Keldeo grumbled something, standing a little back from the group}

Suri : mabe the prince is a tough nut to crack

"wait, what?" Sparkle said, somewhat confused now.

Marble : mabe he just doesnt want to talk about it?

"well, i was thinking since im going to dinner with him, i could ask him there," Sparkle explained.

{Keldeo suddenly outburst from his grumbling}

"ALRIGHT! we get it! you got a date with a fancy prince! so what!?" he shouted, unable to keep the jealousy out of his voice.

{Sparkle looked puzzled}

"a... date?" she said, sounding genuinely confused beyond all reason.

Suri : what did i said keldeo i knew you were jealous

"Jealous? of what?" Sparkle said.  Her face looked confused, but it almost sounded like she was trying not to laugh.

{Keldeo was blushing now}

Marble : not you its keldeo

{Sparkle looked at Keldeo, confused.  She wanted to know what was going on}

"IM NOT JEALOUS!" he practically exploded at Suri, then ran off.

"What was that about!?" Sparkle asked, a little shocked.  Keldeo wasn't normally like this, so she knew something was up.

Marble : hes madly in love with you sparkle
Suri : he tried to lie to me but i can tell if a pony lies

{Sparkle was silent for a moment, her eyes wide.  She knew Keldeo liked her, but she had no idea it was that serious.}

"i dont understand..." Sparkle said, a little dazed.  Due to her oblivious nature, she didn't understand why Keldeo was jealous.  Then she suddenly realized what she was missing.  Prince Blueblood had been hitting on her, and she hadn't noticed at all.

"oh... whoops." she said, now realizing her mistake.

{She turned to Marble and Suri}

"how can i fix this?" she asked, unsure what to do.

"I think he's hurt. emotionally" Gear spoke, "Now if you excuse me, I'm gonna beat the answers out of pirince blue face"

{Sparkle stopped Gear before he could go}

"hold on! i think diplomacy is the best option here.  Thats why i said yes to going to dinner with him." Sparkle explained.

"I know Blueblood and he won't talk about his blackouts. He's stubborn but physically weak. Go find Keldeo and make things right. I'll deal with Blueblood" And with that, Gear walks off.

{Sparkle bit her lip.  She knew she couldn't stop Metal, but she had a feeling this wouldn't end well, for Metal or Blueblood}

{Sparkle sighs}

{Sparkle heads off to Paso Fino, figuring thats where Keldeo would probably be}

{Sparkle entered the building.  She sees Keldeo sitting at a table.  It looked like he was crying, but had stopped}

{Sparkle sat down at the table}

"What do you want?" Keldeo said grumpily.

{Sparkle placed her hoof on his}

"im really sorry, i had no idea." She said, looking him in the eye.

{Keldeo's expression softened}

"the only reason i said yes to Blueblood is because i figured i could get some awnsers out of him if he was in a relaxed setting," Sparkle explained.

"I honestly had no idea he... well, y'know." Sparkle said, careful not to bring the topic up.

"you... didn't notice?" Keldeo said, sounding like that wasn't even possible.

"nope.  Not a clue." She said.

{Keldeo smiled a little}

"i'm sorry i exploded like that, i dunno what came over me" he said, looking down at the table.

"its alright.  Im sorry i was such an insensitive jerk," Sparkle said, beginning to smile as well.

"its ok, its not your fault you didn't notice" he said, gently squeezing Sparkle's hoof a little.

{Sparkle smiled}

"now then, how about we head back?" she said, standing up now.

"sure thing" Keldeo said, smiling.

{so the two walked back to Suri and Marble}

*5 minutes later*

Gear drags a brused Blueblood to the group, then he tosses him, "Here he is. And I think he's ready to talk"

{Sparkle and Keldeo both shared a shocked expression}

"I have clearance from the princess to gain information in a serious situation, by any means necessary"

{Sparkle was speechless.  She was very against violence, but she didn't say anything}

{Keldeo walked up to Blueblood, who looked beaten up and tired}

{Sparkle tensed up a little, standing back}

{Keldeo took a deep breath}

"ok, 5 questions.  Thats all we need to ask you.  Alright?" he said calmly.

{Sparkle visibly relaxed a little}

{Prince Blueblood nodded, a look of terror in his eyes}

Metal sits beside, ready to act, just in case Blueblood tries to pull something.

"ok, question 1: when did this blackout happen?" Keldeo asked, keeping calm, and trying to resist the urge to ask him about Sparkle.

"a-about a week ago.  I-I was just going about my day as u-usual when it h-happened," Blueblood stammered. 

Suri : did you had to beat him up Metal? we are suppose to protect Equestria not destroy it

"We do, what we must, by any means necessary" Gear glared at Blueblood.

((Can I just say this whole thing has taken a giant turn from the whole purpose? I'm fine with changing what this is meant to be, but someone needs to give me a recap of what's actually going on.))

((Sorry bout that nocturna  :P At some point we all ended up getting the elements of harmony and defeating tirek and sunset, but now i think were back on the original goal  X3))

{keldeo raised an eyebrow}

{sparkle nearly dropped her pencil at this, her eyes wide with shock}

Suri : whats wrong sparkle?

"right after the canterlot ball was where i first met keldeo..." Sparkle said, sounding a little zoned out.  Her expression was one of shock.

{Keldeo looked a little surprised by blueblood's awnser as well, but he continued with his questions}

"Question 3: ..." Keldeo paused for a moment, debating on a question.

"did you see anything 'shadowy' before you blacked out?" Keldeo continued, remembering meeting sparkle after the ball.  She had been attacked by a shadow monster, and would've been eaten if he hadn't rushed over in time.

{Blueblood was silent for a moment}

((I'm just going to magically be there)) "What's with the silence, Blueblood?" Nocturna inquires.

{prince blueblood looked nervous}

"Alright!! Remember the shadow creature that attacked you after the canterlot ball? It was me! Sombra had taken over me and forced me to attack! I'm sorry!!" The prince was practically crying now.

{keldeo and sparkle shared an expression of shock}

"That was you!?!?" Sparkle said, totally mindblown.

Gear grabs Blueblood, "That's impossible. Sombra's magic wa destroyed along with his body" He growled. Cressila stops Metal, "Calm down. It might be a theory, but I believe 'Phantom' might be behind this"

"That's not possible, I SAW sombra with my own two eyes!  He nearly killed me! Like, four times!" Sparkle said, totally confused.

{keldeo simply nodded in agreement}

"I wasn't finished. I think 'Phantom' may have revived Sombra" Cressila explained, causing Metal's teeth to grid.

"oh... well that makes sense." Sparkle said.

{Keldeo was trying his hardest not to explode at Blueblood.  He wanted so badly to find out where sombra went, and why he wanted Sparkle, and why sombra would even bother with canterlot in the first place, but he knew blueblood wouldnt have these awnsers, so he refrained form speaking, only breathing heavily.}

*Suddenly blueblood collapsed on the ground*
*Misty puts her hoof on blueblood*
Suri : well?
Misty : hes gone...the prince hes gone what are we gonna do now?
Suri : this isnt good
*A guard notices Blueblood on the ground*
Blue Star : whats going here? *he puts his hoof on blueblood and gasps*
Blue Star : you are all under arrest!
Suri : but we didnt do anything!
Blue Star : tell it to the princess*he whistles and a dosen guards surround them with spears aimed at them*

"wait!" Sparkle shouts, holding her hoof up in the air.

"I can heal him," she says, trying to calm the guards.

{keldeo's eyes go wide.  He knows what sparkle was thinking, and it was risky.}

Guard : heal him how?? hes already dead!
Marble : i.m sorry sparkle but there is no way we can bring back the dead (seriously dont be a mary sue)

*The Guard escorts them all to a Room*
Celestia : leave them here *guard nods and leaves the room*

And suddenly, a purple portal opened, and from it came out a figure of a pony with a blank robe that covered his whole body and a scythe on his back. "Step aside mortals." said the hooded figure while he approached to the body on the ground.
He conjured a scroll and started to read it aloud to himself, looking for the name "Let's see. Blueblood... Blueblood.... Sorry but the rule book here clearly stipulates no dying. Back up you go" he said to before tapping the stallion's body with the end of the scythe, infusing life back into his body. "My job's done here, farewell." he said before going back into his portal and vanishing shortly after.
