This is my main OC Rainy Sky.
Her backstory goes a little like this: -clears throat-

"Rainy Sky (or just goes by Raine) is a pegasus who is in charge of disputes over the rain/storms and when they are to be held.
She got her cutie mark by creating a perfect storm single-hoofed. She resides in Cloudsdale and frequently visits Ponyville and Canterlot.
She travels a lot due to the constant changing of the weather, and makes friends almost everywhere she goes! She's very outgoing and takes important matters very seriously. She's good friends with Rainbow Dash, as they both knew each other from flight school."
