Gender: boy
Cutie mark: rain drop
Race: Unicorn(yes, I changed him to a unicorn now)
Magic color: orange
Appearance: Will put picture later
Personality: Happy, optimistic, playful, very kind and considerate.
General info: Rainstorm lives in Ponyville, and it forever rains over his house. Being skilled in weather magic, he loves the rain. He always keeps it raining simply because he likes the sound of it, and it gives him a little magic exercise each time he has to refill the rain.

Race: Earth pony
Appearance: A golden yellowish coat, brown eyes, and brown hair, mane is short and tail is about medium length
Personality: All based on me, really, don't know how to describe my own personality :P
General information: He is the pony based on me, I haven't a lot to describe really, I'll come up with more about him later

What is wrong with a pony using his special talent to make rain?
He doesn't seem to young to do that imo.
