Introducing my OC, Stylish Story, which is also sort of a personification (Ponyfication???) of who I want to be, or at least hope to be, and my profile picture. Hope you guys, like, find this concept to be, like, not as horrible as I, like, imagine it to be.
Appearance: Stylish Story is a male pegasus that has black hooves, very light blue eyes, a few freckles between his eyes and very light gray coat with often groomed dark moderate magenta mane and tail.

Personality: Classy, stylish, finest gentleman around. That and much more is often used to describe Stylish Story, fashion designer and author who also writes articles for a Manehattan fashion magazine. However, Stylish Story tends to feel a little lonely and dependant when nopony's around. As a daydreamer who usually speaks with a brittish accent and has his eyes only half open most of the time, Stylish Story travels around writing articles on Equestria's best fashion designers and original fantasy stories of his own based on what he has lived and seen. He left his career as an attorney to pursuit his dream of becoming famous. He still isn't at the stunning level of famous he wants to be as neither author or designer, but keeps on working as hard as he can hoping to, someday, have his name known by everypony all around Equestria.
Background: Born to a high expectation family, Stylish Story always wanted to be famous. He didn't care at all about money, he just wanted to be known by everypony around, he wanted the very sound of his name to make ponies know it was him, he wanted to be famous. Ever since he was a colt, Stylish Story doodled croquis and had a taste for art. As Stylish grew older, he found his passion to lie within the world of art. He loved drawing, painting, writing, everything. That and his classy manners earned him his cutie mark: a notebook with a rose sketched over it crossed by a brush. He knew his place was nowhere near judges and attorneys who work all their lifes without people even knowing their names. And with that on mind, he quit law school and started a life by himself, earning some money to fund fabric for his fashion designs by working as an animal caretaker at Canterlot. He appreciated every form of art and would write stories at his free time, between designing and work. Earning enough money to make a collection, he was soon acknowledged at the fashion world and quit his job as an animal caretaker. Using both his talent to write and his creativity to draw, Stylish Story devoted himself to fashion, becoming a columnist in a Canterlot fashion magazine as well as remaining a fashion designer. His traveler life around Equestria as a columnist led him to know and become inspired by countless scenarios and stylists. He has now settled down on Ponyville, where he first came searching for an unique mare who used gems on her designs, and uses his unfinished article as an excuse to remain around. Even though he was born to Canterlot's high society, it is Ponyville that he feels he is bound to call home.
Cutie mark: A rose sketched on a notebook which is crossed by a brush.
Pets: Owns a black persian cat named Obsidian which is always around when Stylish Story is drawing or writing, often laying around Stylish's working desk until he leaves or sleeping between his hooves. Described by Stylish himself to be a faithful and loyal companion, even though they seen to don't get along very well, they love each other from the bottom of their hearts.
I really like this Oc, well described but not overdone. He is quite simple, not any sad backstory, just simple but likeable, and when you say "Ponyfication" you might be looking for the word "Ponysona"?
He got a nice and not eye hurting color scheme, maybe a little similar to Rarity with a cat and everything, but nothing else bothers me. I think this a good Oc as long as I can see, I am not a professional rater, but as I already stated, I really like him.
And also, tons of props for great spelling, sometimes I can't read because of all spelling errors, this was short and sweet, keep up the good work!

Thanks for the positive feedback X3
As for the color scheme, I really love purple and I really wanted my mane purple so I had to match my coat and mane. For a purple mane, the coat had to be either gray, black, white, brown or khaki. Black and purple would have ended up on something a bit too dark, while white would be a bit too Rarity, I dislike khaki and brown would make Stylish Story end up looking real close to Stellar Eclipse so I had to go with gray in a lighter shade to get an effect that was nowhere similar to black and purple. I thought it wouldn't end up too much Rarity because Stylish's color scheme is kind of darker. In the end, it did get a bit too much of a Rarity feeling because I had to add my real life cat, Obsidian :c
I really wanted to make the story simple, in the end it was based off how I'd like my own life story to be (That's why I said personification/ponyfication, I meant something like "if my expectations were to take form, they would be this pony"), because I'm a big fan of The Hobbit (Both book and movies) and Bilbo is just plain simple. He isn't destined to be legendary or something, he's just your everyday hobbit. By the way, I really liked that scene on Battle of The Five Armies where Thorin thinks Bilbo has the arkenstone while Bilbo's only looking at that only seed he will take home to plant it and remember his adventure when he is home looking at the tree because it really gave us this one feeling that Bilbo just wants to go home, he's just a hobbit, he's no legend, no hero. Just. A. Hobbit.

Loved those movies, and I can really understand you. We all want our attention sometimes, but some of us just wants to be normal and happy, nothing really big.
