michael dash my oc is a timelord and he lives in ponyville and owns a tardis :D and he can regenrate heres the list of times hes regenrated so far

he has regenrated 5 times he is 906 wich is the age of a normal pony would be 24 but he is a timelord also he doesnt age its how old he is he doesnt age he regenrates :)
This seems more like a Doctor Who OC then a MLP OC... :s
