Thorne Busch really tries to be good, but as his name implies, he has a rather thorny personality. He's been headstrong ever since he was a foal, and preferred to be outside playing games by himself rather than spending time with his family/few friends. He was born in Appleloosa, and lived there for a while until his family moved closer to Canterlot, where his relatives were. he grew up going to school and spending his free time playing in the White Tail Woods. there he learned about the forest and all it's inhabitants, even the timberwolves that had wander from Everfree. He became a natural at tracking and observing animals of all kinds. when he finished foal school, he left his home to live with his relatives in Manehattan, where he took courses in Natural History. he ended up with a job working for the Manehattan Board of Natural history and Archeology as a field researcher in the Everfree forest, as well as the surrounding province. Hes is often commissioned to "collect" or record specimens in their natural habitat. Hes courageous, and loves adventure, but can often be overbearing and obnoxious around other ponies (he often considers city ponies "weak"). even though he's headstrong and stubborn, he often has a weak will around money or food. However, he is courageous and loyal, (especially to someone who feeds him), and loves a good adventure!
