Harper is NEVER afraid to have an adventure, she is also NOT afraid of Daleks! She travels with  (:  . She is always up and around, so you'll never see this Pegasus staying in one spot for a nanosecond! She always wants to make new friends and see old ones, Harper is one interesting pegasus, just TRY to keep up with her, she goes to one place and then to another spot in the blink of an eye  ;) but she is super playful, friendly, and mischievous ^-^ . Despite her personality, Harper means well and is a cool pony to hang out with,she ALWAYS does what she thinks is best for others, even if it may put her in a dangerous situation, but you are looking for a pony who knows  (:  and is playful, friendly, and mischievous and is a pony you know you can depend on for anything, come find Harper and she is sure to raise your spirits up into space.....so to speak  lol     <3

Any relation to Stephen Harper?

 lol no, I made up my character when I was 12 years old but Harper is my real name, but I saw Doctor Who (: and loved the show and I still am a fan of it to this very day. The Daleks are what interest me more than anything else in the show X3 , Series 8 is coming in August so I thought that NOW would be the best time to introduce my OC.

Interesting! She seems a bright and pleasant personality, kind of like Pinkie! She appeares to be rather normal in that regard, so props to you!

Now, the inclusion of The Good Doctor is an worrying touch. Inclusion of Mane 6 / Background 6 / Princesses can be difficult to pull of, so I look forward to seeing what you do with it. Normally, I would suggest that if interaction was required, that it be kept to a minimum, but as it seems pertinent to the character, I believe it could work!

The only complaint I have for this character is that it doesn't give a physical description of the pony. It is like how when I say, oh, Celestia's Mane (Celestia's Beard!) we likely get the same Idea in our mind. Describing the physical traits and aspects of the character lets everyone who interacts with this character get the "same" general Idea.

All in all, I do believe this character could work, but you should be careful with it.

Aw thank you for your compliment, and I will try to keep her in line lol but she is more of a mess of personality of.....well huh... :s I can't even describe my OWN OC! lol I will read up on other ponies and report back with what i find :P Okay.....time to continue to explain how Harper works :3 , this is kind of what I came up with, I only think about her...but I never knew I would reveal her to the world just yet so I'm kind of nervous,BUT it IS about time I release her out of my mind and into the world so, X3 Hyper,silly, and fun to be around, Harper is a friend who loves fun and games when the time is right.She is kind,sweet, and loving.She will do anything for anypony and she is shy and timid around others she doesn't know, but she still loves adventure and never backs down from a fight,especially if somepony is in danger. Harper will protect anypony who needs her, she always wants to make friends and see old ones.This pegasus is somepony you can depend on and she will do anything and I mean ANYTHING for the ones she loves, even if it means putting her life at risk sometimes and has a bit of a Dalek personality which even I'M still trying to figure that out, the rest of her personality is still difficult to explain,but I'm still working on it X3 . So I will return soon with more info but for now......I want to know what you all think of Harper so far, I'm tough so don't hold back  :D
