But, you still got it right.
If by "a movie" you mean Equestria Girls, then I'm afraid there isn't a quote stating "I'm there every single day..."
Though Fluttershy said the very-similar quote "I'm there almost every day." And that's my guess.
And here's one from early Season 4.
"Remember - professionalism."
That one's either Rainbow Dash or Harshwhinny.

It was Dash. I chose that quote specifically to make anyone guessing to be unsure. I guess not everyone thought to look up the episode transcripts?
