Whenever I press settings or login, it never works! It doesn't give me an error or anything. Nothing happens. Why? Were the servers already shut down?
Try exiting and opening the game again. That worked for me. There is still time left. 0:)
im having the same problem but even worse. i lowered my res and now i cant even login because the accept button isnt on the screen. cant even use settings. this is a game breaking bug and people who do this can NOT play.

Second, the server was under huge demands so the only way to login was to keep trying to log in. Eventually you'll get in. Just be patient.
The game is now closed and the servers are shutdown so there is no access for anyone currently
