That is not Legends of Equestria. That's probably a different fan project that Phirenor is working on. Note that the date of that video is August 10th. Phirenor joined our team on September 21st, so the timing makes no sense either.
Please don't ask if anything in that video will be included in LoE. I have no idea and I haven't seen that before. Even if I had, I couldn't say.
