You host it on a site and then you put the link in [img] tags.

take your image, host it somewhere so you have a url, then insert it into your sig with the [img] tags
to get to the sig go Profile - modify profile - Forum profile
from there you will see where you can insert the link with the tags in it

i use imageshack and imgur :D dont know why i use both. but i do :)
I used to use tinypic.com , but I've recently started to use imgur.com more often.
I just used Google images lol
just be careful because if they remove the image then your link will break
