I have gathered all the supplies and nurse coldhoof still acts as though I haven't spoken to the npcs. I have all the needed supplies in my inventory and yet she acts as though I don't, what do I do?
Maybe report it with the bug report system
I found a solution. I spoke to linguine after storing the crates in the bank, the game gave me the objective to speak to coldhoof again and I was able to complete the quest.
So if anyone stumbles across this issue, try that.
