I'm in the middle of the 'Full Yellow Jacket' quest where you have to perform a cyclone on a cloud, but while I was figuring out where to find the cyclone skill the cloud vanished? I tried talking to the quest foal but nothing happened... how do I reset the quest or get a new cloud?
