The school of the dark arts (Jump in)

Obsidian stood up at the mention of necromancy and walked a little closer to the two, "Might I come along too? If you are going to practice necromancy then I wish to see what kind of ressurection you are talking about, call it personal research if it eases your mind."

Storm repeated himself...

"No!"

[Chibalt]

((I am going to assume you mean that as in "No you can't come with me.", also I assume this school has some form of courtyard or something similar))

Obsidian rolled his eyes at the response. "Quite agressive, ah well, if anyone wants to talk to me I'll likely be in the courtyard, or whatever is the equalient of this place, practicing my control over The Dark or chatting with Silver String." The unicorn half spoke half muttered before he turned to leave, an odd black mist pooling at his legs and forming a circle around him before he sank into the mist slow enough to allow for either of the two to stop him.

((The black Mist is just The Dark, nothing harmful about it as he just is using it as a means of quick transport at the moment..))

[Naura]

Naura felt a headace and started to open her eyes, but her body was tired and she fell into sleep.

((Nope, Storm is alone atm, and Starlight's still being held captive))

((Well Storm's with North Wind and Obsidian, the latter whom is leaving for the courtyard(or the school's equalient of one),  other than that it seems we might be a little stuck at the moment, maybe you could pull someone else into the rescue plot too?))

While Naura lay unconscious and Umbra hid, Umbra spotted something of interest.

Meanwhile on the surface, alot of gossip was going on about Starlight's situation.

[Chibalt]

Obsidian had dropped completely into the fog circle and was moving through the school as a small patch of black fog traveling along the ground, coincidentally passing by some ponies gossiping about Starlight's disapperance, the unicorn deciding to stop and listen a little simply out of curiosity.

"I can't believe she was taken by demons"

"It's true"

"Ri'ht, no chance"

"But its true!"

[Chibalt]

Obsidian was intrigued by this, demons stealing a fellow student? He didn't know all that much about her but knew she was a summoner, so it seemed plausible, and there was only one place demons resided as far as he was aware. The unicorn moved outside the school before re-emerging from the black fog, pondering what to do for a few minutes before he made up his mind, dissolving into the black smoke again before racing off towards the closest entrance to Tartarus that he knew of, the same abandoned mine that Naura had went in previously.

Obsidian found a sleeping demon, it would probably be best to leave it be.

Obsidian hardly cared for the slleeping demon as long as it stayed asleep, the dark fog he had taken form of zipping by the demon soundlessly while he went over possible hazards in Tartarus in his head in addition to scanning around him for signs of life as he moved.

Starlight sighed as she awaited rescue, but she then detected a new presence... Her guard also noticed it.

[Chibalt]

((Sorry if I seem a bit OP in this context, also I can't help but feel I'm hogging the RP at the moment.))

Obsidian stopped just out of sight of the Starlight and her demon guard, he could feel the two almost right around the corner he had stopped by. The unicorn considered his options for several seconds before the dark fog he was in raced around the corner and in an instant was below the guard, the black mist rising up to envelop the guard while trying to induce a sleeping spell on him, if that did not work then it would take the more direct measure of knocking it out. Obsidian didn't know all that much about the guard's species though, something he reminded himself to remedy at a later time.

The Fel Guard paused detecting something was wrong, he looked down and realized what it was, before roaring to alert the other Fel Guards.

Starlight meanwhile got dragged away by a Fel Hound yelling. "Curse the Fel Horde! I will be free!"

[Chibalt]

Obsidian hissed as the guard noticed him before he could silence the guard, now with his presence known he emerged from the black mist, his horn glowing and faint outlines of a multitude of instruments forming in the air above him while the dark mist under him seemed to tremble in anticipation of something. "What an annoyance, so much for not harming any of them..." Obsidian muttered to himself before galopping after the Fel hound that was dragging Starlight away, the ghostly instruments floating after him, occasionally one of them playing a few notes whenever some demon or fel guard got too close, resulting in said demon/Fel getting pushed quite roughly aside by black fog appearing out of nowhere.


((Yeah he seems OP but I really wrote the character as sort of a powerful neutral party roughly on par with alicorns in terms of power, call it godmoding if you will but a unicorn who doesn't age is pretty certain to get pretty strong after a while.))

Soon enough the Fel Hound noticed it was being chased and quickened it's pace, although Obsidian was still gaining slowly... And something else was out there...
