Quality of Life Issues

-I know it's early but can we please get an "ignore" function? This is twice today someone just spams the chat with "HELP ME!" over and over again. It's irritating, especially when they ignore advice and just continue to scream in chat.

-I'm sure the pain of having to change zones has been done to death so I won't mention it but PLEASE fix this soon. I use headphones and it's so unbearably painful.

-Is there a way to have combat spam be filtered to another chat? It's really annoying that I can't fight and read global at the same time.
