Yeah it should. It mostly depends on the GFX, and my computer can run LoE with its Intel HD 3000 piece of crap. So you should be good.

This thread contains an approximate System Spec minimal requirement for the game as it stands now. Judging by your specs I can assume you might not have an issue. Like Woona said, i'm fairly certain the game is slightly biased towards the power of the GPU over CPU, so as long as that's ok and you have a decent connection your other specs should be fine(Dual core processor with SSE2 over 2gb, over 2gb ram, but i'm not sure what your GPU is...i'm assuming you're not running the onboard gpu?)
