How to move while sitting/laying/dancing

I'm seeing quite a few ponies being able to slide while sitting & laying down and dancing. I managed to do this last session, but cant figure out how this time. Any pony know how to do it.

it's a glitch in the animation programming and/or etc. Your not suppose to be able to do it, but yet you can.
It should work exactly the same as last time.
It's better to live in the present than in the past.
