"Hey guys!" A mare happily proclaimed as her friends arrived at her house, she has organised a friendly game of Warhammer 40000 and was eager to get the game underway with her new army. She had even set up the playing field, a large mountainous region to the north-eastern area of the playing board, with a open plain to the west. On the southern end of the board was a large sea with a island on it, the only way across, besides naval vehicles, being a small set of bridges.
She had even set up her Marines in the northern plains, a large battalion, armed with squads, tanks and three Dreadnoughts. Her army was a grand total of 2000 war points. "Ready to play?"
((Dice rolls are going to be heavily used for the RP game. And it's just a board game, no weapons or such exist and this is a group of friends.))

It was the dawn of a dark, new day in Equestria. The land was scarred and lifeless, towns and cities lay in ruin. And few were still alive.
Moonlight Falls was one of the few survivors. She was however, unfortunate to be so. With no-pony else she would surely slip into insanity.
She roamed the ruined city of Manehatten endlessly, searching for scraps of food and water.
Then suddenly she heard something - movement! Was she about to meet a new friend to travel with? Or was it a dangerous foe?
Moonlight Falls was one of the few survivors. She was however, unfortunate to be so. With no-pony else she would surely slip into insanity.
She roamed the ruined city of Manehatten endlessly, searching for scraps of food and water.

It had been two years since Twilight's coronation, and a new colony had formed in a far off, lush land.
But disaster struck...
The great threat of the centaur had finally done damage. The wall that divided the pony colonists from the centaur fell, ruining the lands, where once there were green rolling plains, now there was a dead wasteland, the capital of the lands lay in ruin, the survivors camping in the wreckage.
And now the ponies were falling. But there was hope.
Moonlight Falls stood looking over her ruined home, standing proudly in defiance. She would not give up. She had hope, a hope that would save pony-kind. Hopefully...
"Ponies! We have survived the fall of the great wall, what could possibly stop us now?" she called as ponies got on with their business. "I am looking for those who would help those outside our new home. I am looking for those willing to travel behind the great Wall!"

It has been a quiet day so far on the ship Silver's Glory, the crew of the pirate sailing ship relaxing on the deck, taking advantage of the calm waters and bright, warming sun.
Well, most of the crew were at least, the buccaneer's known as Ceada and Ithua Splinterhoof had been looking at the map and compass for hours, trying to find out where in the South Seas the ship was!
"What about there?" Ceada asked.
"No, or we would be able to see the Broken Isles from here." Ithua replied
"What about there?" Ceada asked, pointing to a different part of the map.
"No, if we were that close to Plunder Isle, we would be at the bottom of the ocean by now."
"There?"
"No..."
Suddenly the crew heard a loud explosion, causing the crew to look towards the east, where they could see the Equestrian ship The Bleeding Sparrow, and the Shattershore ship The Oblivion, both of which were in the middle of a battle between each other.
Soon the Silver's Glory was caught up in the battle and the three ships began to sink, each fatally struck.
Soon enough the crew's of all three ships somehow managed to wash up on the same island, at three different points.
"Great... now where are we?" Ceada asked.
"I have no idea..." Ithua responded, looking up to see a large island...
The island was Plunder Isle!

Azenaire was a land unknown to Equestria, it had been completely forgotten... Mostly.
Azenaire had its own royal family, government, law, and lands to explore. A land Crimson was eager to explore. She was at Shadowwing Inn at Silverspire Village at the boarder of Tala'mere jungle and Shatterhoof Crag. She looked around the inn knowing she would need aid on this quest, she eyed her choices of whom to ask, hoping that somepony else may ask first. Crimson was a Sun Walker, a paladin of Celestia's sun. Of course most ponies didn't even know of Celestia, Luna or Equestria, unlike her.
It was late at night and ponies were coming inside in larger numbers, some buying rooms, others siting at a table and talking with friends. But everypony was coming in, not going out.
Crimson smiled as a drunk wandered past, clearly having taken more than his fair share. She decided to drink her ale down quickly, otherwise somepony else might.
She saw another pony enter... The last one to do so. She motioned to them. "'Ey wanna drink? it's on me." she called with a warming smile.
Crimson's smile stayed on her face, masking her concern for those that would agree to travel, the lands of Azenaire were dangerous, not because of conflict, in fact the land a peaceful one, but its terrain was hazardous, and its predators deadly. When morning came Crimson and those that decided to join her would have a hard journey ahead. But for now, it was a night for quiet fun.

It was a typical night in Silverbark Forest, cold windy, and chilling. In the heart of this forest lied a fortified keep, Luna's Stand. It was an old keep built as Princess Luna's personal getaway, but now it provided shelter for the remaining Equestrian citizens, their lands lost to an unstoppable... Thing!
Nopony knew what it was, or where it came from. All that pony-kind knew was that it wasn't friendly. And now they stormed Luna's Stand!
Crimson Night stood behind the metal gates as a horde of these creatures - undead ponies, tried to break through. She was in the courtyard, her only defence stolen by them. The refugees in the keep were lucky these monsters were too stupid to open a door, the gatehouse door on the other side. Luckily, even if they managed to do so, the inside gatehouse door was locked.
Starlight stood petrified on the stone brick floor, her voice weak she said. "S-Somepony get over here, and b-bring something pointy with you!

We all have dreams from time to time, but when a teenage green dragon interrupted a fairly happy one...
It didn't end well.
It was a odd dream, but a nice one.
As the hoofsteps of a pony rattled through the ruined halls of Elitesky Cathedral a odd green mist formed at the edge of the ponies vision, along with another pony. It was hard to make out any details in the dim lights however...

I had an idea while reading a WoW comic, which I will not link to for reasons.
It's about ponies in a dream world, they believe it to be reality, a reality they miss. But it is not, and the discover it through a dragon called Nathair.
That's the basis, but I'm completely open to suggestions on detail and depth, I want this to be a RP where everyone contributes to the setting, not just me.

Starlight eclipse trotted through the heavy snow of the Frostridge Valley slowly, muttering to herself. Looking back to her group she called to them. "Hurry up, you lot!" Her breath was heavy, and the puffs of war air created vapour clouds as Starlight breathed. A blizzard had started recently and there was a danger of hypothermia, something everypony wanted to avoid.
In the distance a ruined bunker was visible, remnants of the Equestrian Civil war that took place in the same valley about seventeen years ago. That's where the ponies set up their camp for the night. They lit the fire and sat around it, examining the bunker. It looked like New Lunar Republic architecture, and the remaining equipment showed signs of previous conflict. Swords, staves and a few disarmed explosives, along with a few days rations.
"Well... anypony got any stories?"

Anyway, it was a year far into the future, Equestria had developed so much, and so had its Luna colonies. Now on board the ESP Starcall thousands of ponies worked, played, and enjoyed what they could on their journey to a new star system.
But what awaited them there? and what could happen on the way.
The power cut.
"Hey what's going on!" Starlight called angrily in the darkness.
"Emergency powers activated" The system controls stated across the ship, as the lights came back on. Starlight sat in her room, white panels covered the four walls and roof, while a cyan carpet covered the floor.
"What's going on?" Something exploded. "Were under attack..."

Punctuation is vital, if you want to end the sentence you must have a full stop. the same goes for a new one, but the old one must be finished first.

1) No weapons! Seriously, after my last RP was deleted for gore and weaponry I'm NOT allowing it.
2) No gore! This is for the same reason.
3) Vamponies, Demons and the Undead to exist, however the latter two are not to be played without asking.
4) Ponies know each other. This is a school/academy where ponies Will know each other.
5) OOC is in double brackets. ( this post unincluded)
