I'm a moderate. I like the show but I'll put off watching the latest 2 seasons if I have to focus on my future (aka studying). I have some merc but not an excessive or obsessive amount (a few dolls, a priceless and rare keychain which I never use, a very large bag). I don't cosplay but I'll go to a Con because it's fun. I get accused of not being a true fan by my extremist brony friends who're ALL INTO THAT MLP FANSTUFFS. I started to fall asleep after the 2nd pony POV they forced me to watch when they tried to "convert" me to the joys of fanmades. I'll just never enjoy certain aspects of this fandom.

I feel the same way, and I think some fanmade stuff kinda... ruins the point? Like if it's inappropriate, well, the whole reason I like the show is because it's great while being appropriate. And some fanmade stuff just annoys me because they'll pay more attention to it than the real canon, and go all "this is true because someone said it" and stuff like that.

I agree and disagree with this.  While it is everyone's right to accept whatever head canon they want, I have to agree that some things are just way too out there (Shippers...They are coming for your waifus    )

I agree and disagree with this.  While it is everyone's right to accept whatever head canon they want, I have to agree that some things are just way too out there (Shippers...They are coming for your waifus    ) 

I'm more of a "you're free to like whatever you want"; just respect my right to stay out of your business.

Everyone has a headcanon. Most widely accepted fan theories are in some sense a headcanon, or started off as one well enough. Scootaloo being an orphan for one. Or anyone who'd try to draw the parents of Fluttershy or Dash (at least mother). A lot are pretty difficult to avoid, and I'd say simply knowing of one makes it by default a default headcanon over that point.

And they're terribly fun.



And if not terribly fun, at least exploratory of some areas that aren't explored in the show otherwise, or blatantly explored in some form. You might perhaps look at the Luna-Celestia relationship and go, "Wow, I wonder how Celestia took all of this for a thousand years". Though it may be obvious and excused as unoriginal, it is a headcanon and is headcanon'd.



You don't need to go to convoluted depths to explain things like what else Changelings can feed off of to have a "headcanon".

To me, I guess I'm more of an online brony. I read fanfics, look at pony art, lurk pony sites sometimes like EQD and Derpibooru. Though I do have a couple of pony figures in my room. I can't really seem to find the comics in any store, though I would like to get them since I am a fan of other comic books/graphic novels and manga. I drew an OC once, but I don't really use her a lot. I'm only decent at drawing humans, though I haven't had any art training. I have watched most of the episodes and the movie and I'm going to see EG2 with my sister. I'm also thinking of writing a fanfic since I am a science fiction and horror writer. I don't really care a lot for knowing every quote in the show, but I still like it despite its flaws.

I am a kind of online brony. I search for interesting pony-sites, share my feelings about show with another funs and watch a lot of fun made videos. Also I like fun made music, official comic books and fun made creepy-pasta, such as Rainbow Factory.

I've watched the entire show... twice, and I plan to rewatch it again for my brony anniversary which is happening in this month. I'm also a mass consumer of pony music and pony videos. I pretty much don't like roleplays, fanfics and Tumblr stuff. I don't own any merchandise yet but I'd totally like to get some. I have an OC but she's pretty much just my LoE character and I don't have any plans to do anything else with her. I'm terrible at drawing although I'd love to draw pony art.

I am the type that watches YouTube mlp videos, reads fanfiction, listens to MLP music and looks at fanart/make some of fanart too.    Also I am a pegasister but no one notices

On occasion, I spend time reading fanfics,
when a new episode comes out, I watch it on YouTube (If I can find it  )
I do collect some of the toys, like blind bags and vinyl figures. I do have some plushies, but I have yet to collect a pony shirt.. I can't wait to wear it to school...
