Rust is a game developed by FacePunch studios, well known for their one and only game, G(arry's)MOD
Its a Minecraft-DayZ-Stalker hybrid.
You can craft all sorts of stuff with items found or harvested around the world , craftable items vary from weapons to building parts like doors, walls stairs etc
Those parts can be used to build your own stronghold/fort/outpost whatever 's on your mind
The game features an open world full of zombies and other players, which can help you or shoot you in the back while you are going on your own business
Zombies can only be found in radiation zones tough, these zones contain rare items but are infested and full of radiation, thus making it a grab and runner.
This game looks very promising in my opinion, it takes away the for some frustrating DayZ instalation process and brings some interesting new elements to the mix.
So, what do you guys think about Rust?

Can't believe there isnt a thread on this one I'll make it quick
So Bethesda and Zenimax just released a new Cinematic video.
But to everyones surprise, at the end of the vid we were told that we could apply for the closed beta.
So if you're an Elderscrolls fan or if you are just looking for a promising MMORPG, i'd start following this one..

Anyhoo, what do you guy think of this upcoming title?

Super crate Box is a Free indie game on steam.
It's a survival/arcade game which's goal is to collect as many weapon boxes as you can.
Everytime you pickup a new box you get a new weapons, weapons vary from grenadelaunchers to miniguns and from flamethrowers to discguns.
It's free so why don't ya give it a try
Go ahead and post your top scores aswell, i'm very curious .3.

As some of you may know Comic-con 2012 has started today.
And guess what got announced? if you read the title you should already know
IDW and Hasbro announced a My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic comic series by Catie Cook and Andy Price, set to launch this November.
Are you excited? cause i sure am!

As some of you may have already noticed, yesterday there was a rather weird update...
A few items have been added, including the: Cheese wheel, The banana peel, The gold fish, The damaged capacitor, the Barn door plank, the pocket lint and last but not least the secret diary....
When i saw these items pop up i was, surprised to say the least, i got curious and went from site to site for information.
The info that i got was that valve was working on a campaign mode and a arena mode.
Now the arena mode already exists, altough it's not made by valve. (the map is alot of fun, go to google and search for it... now....right now...)

I also heard that Telltale games and Valve are working on a campaign, every class has it's own lil' campaign and the items have something to do with the campaings...
Now none of this is official and i'm sure there isn't going to be a TF2 campaign but still...
