Hello, I was wondering if the Brazilians can play that game ? My sister is wanting to play, she is 7 years !! she liked it a lot, but Brazilians can play?

That's his own fault.

But On-Topic: as far as I know it will be completely in English, whether it's British or American is still an internal war between the developers.
So if she knows at least basic English, playing can't be a problem.
If she knows more, communication with other players will be easier.

Well, North American English has some differences with British English. Eg:

North American:
color
aluminum
theater

British:
colour
aluminium
theatre

Oh right... Well, either one is fine. I actually prefer some words from the British english, and some from the North American english.
