Help...I'm out the map and I can't repawn

Hello Everypony,
I'm CyborgTEAM and somehow i'm falling out the map.
I have annother bug, I lost my arrow power and teletransportation, I check all the 10 action board.

Please help me.

Try doing /stuck to fix yourself from falling out of the map.

As for the other issue, idk how you managed to lose both of them, and I can't really help you there if they didn't show up on the other hotbars.
