The show is freaking amazing. I don't know the last I enjoy so much that may me go nuts for. FIM taught me alot about of important life lessons and it got more into filming and editing. Nothing inspire me as much as this show did and you got love reference they in the show.

So much, that after finishing the first season I immediately sought out a game. When it turned out there wasn't one yet, I joined a development team. ;)
Also, I like the show for many reasons that I would struggle to convey in this little box.

Questria is a mlp fightning game
Can't vote, not enough for an out of five.
Season 1: 18/20
Great, original, focused on their lives along with logical issues that weren't forced
Season 2: 05/20
Almost could not watch it. I feel it went in entirely the wrong direction, and was in general just bad in lots of tiny little places that added up massively. Only the opener ws decent to me.
I don't think season 2 was that bad... it had a lot of good songs and episodes. I don't know why people sometimes dislike it so much :P

I can honestly say I absolutely HATE season 2 with a passion.
NOT everyone did. Saying such a thing shows you have no idea what you are talking about. I am a living example of someone who hated season 2. I hated it not because of the wait (I got into the show a while after season 1 ended and don't really wait for sequels, I just let them come when they do)
I hated it because I just plain found it bad.
Why can't we all just watch the cartoon, have a laugh, and just enjoy? Isn't that what Lauren Faust wanted all along when she originally created Friendship is Magic?

Now personally, I enjoyed episodes of both seasons, and found other episodes of both seasons very difficult to watch. And no matter what anypony says, no, it doesn't matter to me whether the pony playing pretend with non-ponies is a horridly drawn foal or an awesomely drawn mare. It's playing pretend, with inanimate objects, in my opinion. Now, the context is shocking, yes, for the latter, but unless somepony knows that context the scene itself is just strange, not "cool", or so I think. I adore Fluttershy, yes. That doesn't mean that I don't find some episodes with her in it irritating or embarrassing to watch or listen to. Same goes for the rest of the mane six and side characters. Now, as for rating the show, personally, I think the producers did a wonderful job in creating something that is accessible to many, many demographics. It's not perfect, but then again, nothing really is in my opinion.
I'm not going to go forcing my opinion on anypony else, that's just what I think. Blues obviously will have different opinions on some aspects, and Zygro will have different opinions on other aspects. And that's fine. Diversity in opinion is what shapes a fandom, and really shapes society in general. We might not all agree on everything, but at least we are all part of a community. That's what's important, in my opinion.

Season 1 had the feeling of magic, along with lots of creativity and original storylines.
Season 2 is full of fanservice, overused plotlines, mediocre songs (with only a select few exceptions), constant breaking of character, and the worst Alicorn in the series taking full control of the Season Finale.
Both seasons had it's strengths and flaws, but I found Season 2 to be FAR more hit-or-miss.

Personally, I'm with what seems to be the majority opinion that season 2 was just as awesome (if not more-so) as season 1. Though again, my opinion.

I believe the correct method here is not within the rating of numbers, but instead within the rating of fruits. With that in mind i believe, My little ponies in my opinion is rated under the high fruit class of "mmm banana's".
