Resolved Issues / Player Quest Marker BUG?

So I found this here Pony with a quest marker on themselves! I was flying over and I noticed a quest! But it was on a player? So I thought I'd show it so you knew it was a thing! I could see it on the mini-map and all~
(also didn't know where to post this...since I couldn't find a bug thread.)
