Animated Website Banner?

I was wondering if the banner "Legends of Equestria" on the website could be slightly animated when the game goes into beta or releases? Or even have an animated version in the game? Even if it is just looks like it is floating, it would be nice.

This isn't really important. Maybe much later in the future of the project it could be considered, but even then it doesn't seem necessary and would just require unneeded work.

Although I agree that it's not that important, if the owner would give me permission I could animate it and send it to him? I'm pretty good with this stuff (even though I'm lazy XP) and I would love to help out in anything this game has to offer!
