Hi ponies!

This is my second Topic. Hope there is nothing that collides with rules.
If there is something tell me I will change it immediately.
some information:

Idea is from my favourit anime:

name: Alias TheBlackReaper-> Civil alias Kazuya (japanese name)-> organisation name BK-201-> realname not none.

Story: He worked for a evil organisation. Personally he don't know it but as he saw the real face of this organisation he betraed it. Now he fights against this organisation. To correct that what he done all over the years he tries to to thwart any plan and help all pony's they need help. To stay safe from the organisation he travels around in Equestria.

Personality: He was heartless after the death of his big sister. He came hard above them away. There are still traces of it. He is very sensitive about his past. Civil he radiates a very happy and cute pony. He is very helpful and analyzes each pony exactly. He consider every step exactly.

Likes: See new places, Cities. Peace, see happy pony's. upscale food(he eat's a lot!).

Dislikes: fractious pony's. He hates evil pony's or monsters in anyway. failing.

Special Talent: electricity and dissolve any object with direct contact to him(spells only with contact to pony's monster's etc). He is very acrobatic and have a thin steel cable with that he can easy climb up houses and swing around.
