Deus Ex besides being an excellent game the cyber-punk atmosphere and the music made the game better, the second one I didn't knew it sadly

Jet Set Radio. The only game where the local law enforcement will go to comical, GTA lengths to stop graffiti. It's also got a killer OST to boot.

It was originally released for the Dreamcast. But they ported it over to the 360 a year or something ago, and then it made the jump to PC and can be bought on Steam. I'd recommend getting into it. It's funky.
