Go Down

Gamepad

Game stood and watched purring as the pony scratched his ears before wandered off, before he began to waddle to in the direction the pony pointed, hoping to finally get his maw on something.

(Is there anypony in the diner or am I gonna get their and just rummage around in the trash or make a bunch of background characters.)

Rush of MLP

((The diner's not actually a diner anymore; it's actually just the home of the Scale family. And I don't think that anypony in the diner is qualified to give Game food; the only ponies there are two fillies, and two stallions (one that I think would be allowed in and the other not so much).))

Gamepad

Game slowly waddled to the 'diner' noting that it wasn't what he expected. It was more of a house than anything. Looking at it he failed to see anyway in and opted to bang his head again the door repeatedly, before he began to sniff for some food.

(Was thinking of them randomly have a doggy door and having Game get stuck, but not sure. Are they still active on here?)

Rush of MLP

((They're not as active as they were, but they still come on from time to time.))

Jcfraven

((My bad about the diner, had a brain fart with that.))

Maplewood

Maple groaned at being called a "youngster" but followed joy to the house

PlatinumJoystick

Joy knocked a few more times, the knocks resonating throughout the house. Is anyone home? He thought, walking towards the stairs.
Hail to the Knights Of The Dawn.

"Alright." Rush said as he smiled back down at Blue. "Let's go."

With a large smile Blue walked from the damaged bathroom straight to her room, where Naura was supposedly sleeping. She opened the door and walked in.
The most common accident is the one noone expects.

Gamepad

Game, giving up on the door decided to waddle his way around to trash and found a near perfect pie. Devouring it quickly his hunger was sated for now, slowly waddling back to the beach he was hoping for something to drink or a icecream.

Rush of MLP

Rush followed Blue, stepping just inside the doorway and sitting down. He quietly watched the filly.

Jcfraven

Raven, having nowhere really to be, goes back to where him and Spook were hanging out at on the beach, closing his eyes and falling asleep.

LunarDusk

Scar continued dragging his horns against the wall as he followed Rush and stopped when he walked into the room. Then he stood close to the door listening in on what conversation is about to happen.

Naura

Naura rolled around once more in the bed, moving her mouth in a motion that made it look like she was sucking in air as if it was hot soup.

Maplewood

"I don't think there anyone here joy" maple sighed looking around for any evidence of use

Gamepad

Game, having returned to the beach plopped himself down in the sand and started digging a hole, he was unsure why but he just felt like digging.

PlatinumJoystick

"Strange. There's usually ponies here. Well, now what? Come back later?" Joy walked back towards the door, observing the area.
Hail to the Knights Of The Dawn.

DawnsEmbrace

Pleasant Dreams looked over to Common, noticing his ragged appearance for the first time.
"Who put you through a blender?  You look terrible."
Common took a deep breath, letting it out as he blinked long and hard.
"I...Met someone.  Haven't had much sleep since then."  His voice was strong, though his expression was anything but.
"I could probably give you something to help with that.  My name matches my skills, you know."  Plea said, hopeful that his compatriot would take the offer.
Common wasn't an idiot.  "No thank you.  I heard that sweet couple you gave your last concoction haven't woken up yet."  He said, snark clearly hearable.
Plea made a mock expression of hurt, "Awww, but I was just trying to help!
His exaggeratedly sarcastic tone grated on Common's nerves.  "Yeah, like Tartarus you were..."
Plea's eyes bore into Common like a diamond tipped drill, doing their very best to wear him down even further than he already was.
"...Are you sure, Common?  You'd be free of all these problems."  Pleasant got a bit closer, smiling a little wider.
"So much responsibility, pressure to make Betty proud of you.
Pressure to keep your operations secret.
Pressure to stay alert at all times.
It could all go away, you just have to let me help you out.
"
Common knew what the look on Pleasant's face would be.  He'd seen it only once, a long time ago.

He didn't want to see it again.

Instead of listening to Pleasant's dribble, Common chugged his cider until it drained completely.
Setting the glass down hard, he spoke.  "No thanks, I quite like feeling alive."
He got up from the barstool, making his way to the door.  Pleasant leaned back to look toward him.
"...Can't blame a guy for trying, can you, buddy?"  Humor held aloft in Pleasant's voice.
Common pushed the front door open, muttering one last thing to himself.
"I think we both know that I can."
The door closed behind him.

Not a moment passed after Common left before Pleasant began howling with laughter.
Motioning toward the bartender, he tried to speak through the raucous noise.
"Ahahahaha!  Did you see his face!?  PFFFFHAHAHAhaha..."
Much to Plea's disappointment, the bartender didn't share in his mirth.  Slowly, his laughter began to die down.

"...You don't talk much, do you?"  The bartender said nothing, only blankly staring while cleaning a mug with a rag.
Slowly, a new feeling took Pleasant.  Sure, he'd had his fun, but...He felt emptier for it.
It was not a comfortable emptiness, either.  It was cold, bitter and biting.
Pleasant grimaced, picking up his cider.  He hoped in vane that drink would banish the company of his new feeling.

Setting down the now empty glass, Pleasant slowly took a photograph out of his coat pocket.  It was old...More than a decade at least.  He squinted, holding it close to his face.
He could just barely make out some colors, and a shape.  Pleasant sighed, putting the photograph away.
Quietly, he slipped out of his barstool.  Pleasant kept his eyes closed, relying on sound and touch to find his way to the door.
Without making another sound, he left, leaving the establishment empty.

...A bartender came out of the back.  He'd been busy cleaning the same dishes endlessly since Common had bribed him to leave the room as soon as the banker had arrived.
He set about putting the stools back in their proper places, glad that he was the only one working a shift tonight.

Maplewood

"i guess so but maybe theres some pony up stairs"

Rush of MLP

Rush heard voices downstairs, but chose not to investigate; if somepony was dumb enough to steal from the Scales' home, they would have bigger problems than him on their hooves. He remained in the doorway to Blue's room.

Gamepad

Game panted, having finally made a hole that was big of him to fit in, pudginess and all.
