I don't know id this is somewhere in the fourms..But is their any way to request a custom cutie mark anyhow?I have a custom cutie mark which is a arrow...But i have no way to put it on the stallion...Any way I can do that

No, you cannot get a custom made cutie mark. It's in the FAQ. http://legendsofequestria.com/faq

As stated in the faq sheet that was linked, the moderation of all the cutie marks in the game would be to difficult to allow custom cutie marks.  Also, the team doesn't take requests to have cutie marks inserted into the game.  At the end of development there will be a bit of customization for the cutie marks but unfortunately that will be as close as you will get to a custom mark.

As stated in the FAQ it would prove to be too problematic in terms of moderation to have custom Cutie Marks.
